Fajne miejsce dla odpoczynku. Duży hotel z bogatą roślinnością. Klimatyzacja w każdym pokoju. Molo robi wrażenie. Na molo są leżaki i w momencie odpływów można pływać w oceanie. Fantastyczne widoki. Odległość od lotniska około 1,5 godziny, ale uważam to za atut. W czasie podróży do hotelu jest możliwość zobaczyć prawdziwy Zanzibar (Zanzibar nie dla turystów). Absolutnie nie ma żadnego problemu z organizowaniem wycieczek: jak z biurem podróży, tak i z beachboysami. Pyszne jedzenie. Ale! Właścicielem hotelu jest Włoch i wszystkie informacje, atrakcje po włosku. Wszyscy mówią po angielsku, tak że nie ma problemu się dogadać. Trzeba pamiętać, że to nie Egipt i nie Turcja. Inny klimat.

Części wspólne hotelu i pokój były regularnie sprzątane i czyste. Na szczególną uwagę zasługuje dbałość o ogród w którym położone są pokoje hotelowe. Bezpośrednio z hotelu organizowany jest snorkeling na pobliskiej rafie. Jedzenie w restauracji było różnorodne i kilka razy w tygodniu organizowano kolacje tematyczne (afrykańska, owoce morza). Hotel położony jest w spokojnej okolicy, przy regularnie sprzątanej plaży. Bezpośrednio przy hotelu nie ma dodatkowych atrakcji, natomiast za dodatkową opłatą można zorganizować sobie samemu wycieczkę do pobliskiej wioski Paje, w której są sklepy, bary, restauracje.

Piękny obiekt w pięknym miejscu. Hotel położony na lekkim wzgórzu nad przepiękną plażą, budynki z pokojami zorsiane na terenie bujnego przepięknego tropikalnego ogrodu, pełnego kwiatów, palm i egrotycznych zwierząt. Pokoje duże, wyposarzone w klimatyzatory, wygodne duże łóżka z moskitierami. Łazienka z prysznicem, WC i bidetem. Na terenie hotelu ogromny basen (ze słoną wodą) boisko do siatkówki plażowej, korty tenisowe, długie prawie 300m molo z barem, restauracją i zejsciem do morza prosto na rafę koralową. Kuchnia dobra, ilość jedzenia nie do przejedzenia, właściciel jest Włochem więc bardzo często podawane są typowo włoskie potrawy (mają własny piec do pizzy), są też lokalne owoce morza i przepyszne świerze owoce. Mimo że w Tanzani (Zanzibar) używają brytyjskiego standardu kontaktów, w tym hotelu zainstalowane są kontakty typu włoskiego od polskich różnią się tylko wielkością dziurek w kontakcie, zwykła ładowarka do telefonu z płaską wtyczką wejdzie ale przedłużacz z okrągłą wtyczką już nie (za grube są bolce wtyczki)

Hotel o bardzo niskim standardzie, , od wielu lat nieremontowany, wielokrotnie brak prądu, wody, łazienka zagrzybiona z niedziałającym prysznicem, zamek w drzwiach do pokoju ze starości się rozpadł , trzeba było wymienić wkładkę, firanki nad łóżkiem dziurawe, ze ścian odchodziła miejscami farba.łazienka odstraszająca. Podkreślam, iż był to pokój za dopłatą 200 zł od osoby za wyższy standard- skandal, aż strach pomyśleć co byłoby w pokoju o normalnym standardzie. ogólnie to porażka, cena nieadekwatna do jakości. Nie polecam!

Największym plusem dla mnie była mała ilość gości (poniżej 50%), przez co panował spokój i swoboda wyboru leżaków. Przez płatny alkohol nie zaobserwowano żadnych nieprzyjemnych zachowań. gości. Plaża, odpływy i przypływy, pomost, ogród - to ogromne atuty hotelu. Posiłki urozmaicone z dopracowaną kuchnią włoską. Jedynie w poźniejszych godzinach dostępność była ograniczona. Pokoje duże z wydajną klimatyzacją, jedynie łazienki wymagające remontu. Sprzątanie i odkomarzanie codzienne. Obsługa miła, wyuoczona w podstawowych zwrotach w j.polskim. Generalnie nastawienie na klienta z Włoch, ale to nie było zaskoczeniem.

Hotel pięknie położony, przy szerokiej plaży z białym piaskiem. Na części plaży publicznej dużo miejscowych kobiet i Masajów oferujących bransoletki, koszulki itp., jak również wycieczki, rejsy etc., ale nad porządkiem czuwa stale obecna ochrona, choć tak naprawdę miejscowi zaczepiają turystów z umiarem i uśmiechem. Bezsprzecznym atutem jest wspaniała, zadbana zieleń otaczająca hotel. Pokój mieliśmy w wersji superior - obszerny, z działającym poprawnie sprzętem i urządzeniami. Sam pokój czysty, codziennie sprzątany i odkomarzany. Może bez większych luksusów i widać, że nieco tknięty zębem czasu, ale tak naprawdę nic więcej do odpoczynku nie było potrzebne. Jedzenie smaczne, dość zróżnicowane, poza śniadaniami, na których były praktycznie te same produkty, niemniej zawsze można było coś znaleźć dla zaspokojenia głodu. W ramach śniadań były świeże pyszne soki - najlepszy arbuzowy i ananasowy. Do wszystkich posiłków sporo owoców (przepyszne ananasy i malutkie banany). Obsługa bardzo miła, uczynna, zawsze uśmiechnięta. Animacje średnie, w zasadzie skierowane tylko do Włochów, jednak dla mnie to bez znaczenia, bo praktycznie nigdy nie korzystam z tego rodzaju usług. Za to bardzo fajną atrakcją jest muzyka na żywo grana codziennie przed kolacją w hotelowym lobby (dużym, ładnie urządzonym, klimatycznym, będącym jedynym miejscem z działającym bezpłatnie wi-fi). Hotelowy basen także na plus - bardzo duży, zadbany, czysty. Mimo, że jest w nim słona woda, to przy basenie i plaży są dwa miejsca, w których można się opłukać ze słonej wody. Generalnie pobyt dla mnie cudowny. Nie miałabym problemu, żeby wrócić tam raz jeszcze.

Wycieczki dostępne na miejscu
Stone Town and Spice Tour — city of stone is a presentation of the rich culture and history of Zanzibar, where little has changed in the past 200 years. Here, every building, every window and door tells its own story. The city is a symbol of the fight against slavery, as it was one of the main centres of slave trade in East Africa. A stroll through the narrow streets of Stone Town, a visit to the urban market, visiting the Museum in one of Sultan's Palaces, free time for shopping. Then, the programme includes visiting one of the largest plantations in Zanzibar, where cloves, vanilla, coconut nuts, cardamom, ginger, turmeric, nutmeg, herbs, ornamental plants and tropical fruits are cultivated. Day trip. Price - approx. 75 USD.
Josani Forest and Prison Island — a trip to Josani National Park. A walk along the natural trail through the forest, full of rare species of exotic birds, butterflies and endangered western red colobus (Colobus badius) with characteristic long hair on their head. This is one of the few places where you can encounter them. The forest is tropical in nature due to the persisting high humidity from the sea and a lot of rainfall during the rainy season, which diversifies vegetation. There are palm trees, fig trees, mahogany, ferns and mangrove trees. A visit to Prison Island, where tortoises live. There is a small beach and a reef here, excellent for snorkelling. In the local restaurant you can try i.a. seafood (for an extra charge). Day trip. Price - approx. 85 USD.
Safari Blue — an expedition on a traditional dhow boat. Sail out from the small fishing village of Fumba, which is the perfect place to start your adventure. Exploring part of the beautiful Menai Bay. While sailing on the turquoise waters of the Indian Ocean, you can admire the wonderful sandy shores of the islands and lagoons, as well as encounter bottlenose dolphins. Stopover on one of the heavenly beaches, time for snorkelling in the transparent waters of the ocean and admiring the rich coral reef. Then a real treat with seafood, fish, lobsters. A walk to the tropical forest, where you can see a 500-year-old boabab. Short boat cruises, swimming in a lagoon and relaxation. Day trip. Price - approx. 100 USD (includes lunch and drinks).
Sunset Cruise - Setting Sun — a wonderful, romantic adventure. A cruise by local dhov boats from the village of Nungwi with one of the most beautiful beaches in Zanzibar. Relaxation, silence and the sound of waves as well as admiration of the sunset. On-board local fruit tasting. Price - approx. 65 USD.
Safari in Tanzania - Selous (2 days) — great landscapes and nature at your fingertips. Airplane safari to Selous Park - the largest African reserve, which accounts for 5% of Tanzania's area. The main attraction of Selous park is the elephants. Here you can also meet hippos, crocodiles, lions, antelopes, and some of the last surviving black rhinos. Overnight stay in lodges on the banks of the river Rufiji, which is home to hippos and crocodiles. Price - approx. 890 USD (including flight, accommodation, meals, entry to the Selous National Park, cruise on the Rufija river).
Mkokotoni Village — an expedition to a local village to learn about the real life of the Zanzibar people and the methods of making traditional dhow boats. At the end of the day, enjoy the sunset and free time on one of the most beautiful beaches of the island, in Nungwi. Optional: visit the Aquarium with sea turtles (charged extra). Price - approx. 40 USD.
