Poziom i standard hotelu obniza brak On inclusiv,nawet za zwykla wode do kolacji trzeba dodatkowo placic. Obsluga hotelowa przyjazna gosciom. W`czasie powrotu na liscie pasazerow byly tylko dzieci bez doroslych opiekunow, jednak temat zostal zalatwiony przez rezydenta.

Hotel jest nowym obiektem, bardzo nowoczesnym. Niezwykle miła obsługa hotelu, bardzo dobra i różnorodna kuchnia. Codziennie świeże i smaczne pieczywo, wędliny, wyśmienite sery, bogaty wybór warzyw, ryb, mięs i owoców. Kuchnia dostosowana także dla potrzeb wegetarian. W hotelu znajduje się spa, wspaniała atmosfera, możliwość korzystania z basenów, siłowni etc. Nie ma 'bitwy' o leżak, serwis jest na wysokim poziomie. Mankamentem był pokój usytuowany od strony ogrodu, na parterze w pobliżu głośnych agregatów prądotwórczych. Koniecznie trzeba zamykać drzwi na taras (bezpieczeństwo i hałas). Kolejnym mankamentem jest niemożność dokupienia opcji większego pokoju (studio) w sytuacji wypoczynku trzech osób. Zmniejsza to odczucie komfortu pobytu w hotelu. Plaże są dość daleko od hotelu, warto podać taka informację w katalogu np.dla osób z problemami w chodzeniu - dojście do plaży jest bardzo trudne a korzystanie z plaży hotelu President nie jest opcją komfortową ze względu na konieczność tłumaczenia w recepcji tego hotelu skąd się jest i czego się oczekuje, a także ze względu na to, iż drzwi otwierają się w jedną stronę (na plażę hotelową), a z powrotem trzeba 'polować' na kogos, kto właśnie wchodzi, by móc wyjść. To jest trochę śmieszne, ale tez denerwujące. Hotel Valamar Lacroma ma wspaniałe widoki z tarasu (możliwość oglądania cudownych zachodów słońca, posłuchania muzyki na żywo). Pomimo niedogodności hotel godny polecenia, do starego miasta dojechać można w kilka minut autobusem nr 6, którego przystanek jest zaledwie kilkanaście metrów od hotelu (bilet kosztuje 12 kuna). Można skorzystać z wycieczek do Czarnogóry, Bosni i tym samym zwiedzić Bałkany w kilka dni. Zachęcam gorąco - przepiękne widoki, cudowna pogoda, mili ludzie.

Oceny dotyczą hotelu Valamar Lacroma albowiem w hotelu Villas Kolocep w dniu przyjazdu w pokojach nie działa klimatyzacja i nie było jasnej informacji czy i kiedy będzie działać. Wobec tego zażądaliśmy od rezydenta rozwiązania tej sytuacji i zostaliśmy zakwaterowani w innym hotelu. Na szczęście rezydent, p.Ania, wykazała się inicjatywą i wszystko związane ze zmianą hotelu pozytywnie zorganizowała. Jednak przez to zamieszanie spędziliśmy pół dnia na wożeniu się na wyspę, z wyspy i do hotelu. Na szczęście początkową wpadkę zrekompensował nam pobyt w pięknym hotelu Lacroma.
