Hotel ok, wyżywienie smaczne i różnorodne. Były wieczory w których serwowano ogromne homary i krewetki. Obsługa miła i uczynna. Uważajcie na wypożyczone ręczniki. Zdarzało się, że znikały, a potem trzeba było uiścić opłatę w wysokości 15 dol za kazdy ręcznik. Chodziły słuchy, że to obsługa albo osoby z animacji je podbierały, bo to dodatkowy zarobek dla hotelu.

Pyszne drinki! - tylko kolejka do nich dosc dluga a barmani sie nie spiesza. Polozenie samego hotelu bardzo fajne, nad samym oceanem. Koncerty w hotelu i wystepy tancerzy byly ciekawe, pozostale animacje od animatorow hotelowych raczej slabe.

Hotel nie najnowszy ale czysty i zadbany. Dużo zieleni na jego terenie . Pokój czysty codziennie sprzątany. Piękny widok z jadalni na ocean, plażę i palmy. Do dyspozycji gości są stoły bilardowe, piłkarzyki i stół do tenisa stołowego. Po wieczornych animacjach skierowanych głównie do kanadyjskich gości (którzy stanowią 80% klientów) dla spragnionych dalszej rozrywki dostępna jest dyskoteka czynna w godz 23.00-02.00. Jedzenie dostępne praktycznie całą dobę w różnych punktach hotelu. Na terenie resortu znajdują się dwie restauracje tematyczne włoska i grill bar - lepsza ta druga. Z obu można skorzystać w sumie 3 razy za pobyt. W ciągu dnia cały czas organizowane są animacje typu piłka siatkowa, jazda rowerami, aerobik w wodzie, mini golf, nauka tańca itp. lecz nie zawsze na najwyższym poziomie. Obsługa hotelowa wyluzowana, tempo pracy liczone ich czasem razy trzy, ale bardzo sympatyczni i uśmiechnięci. Za wszystko oczekują napiwków jak wszędzie na Dominikanie. Z tego czego się dowiedzieliśmy napiwki są dla nich ważne ponieważ mają bardzo niskie pensje. Hotel oceniamy bardzo dobrze nie żałujemy pobytu w nim ,ale zależy to również od nastawienia jeżeli ktoś szuka wad to zawsze je znajdzie. My poznaliśmy wiele fajnych osób i spędziliśmy naprawdę wspaniałe dwa tygodnie na Dominikanie.

Tylko w basenie chłodna woda, ale po co kąpiel w basenie jak woda w oceanie cieplutka. Pokoje dobrze sprzątane.

Blisko do lotniska, czysto , ładne plaże , leżaki i ręczniki darmowe. 80% gości to Kanadyjczycy , więc można spotkać naprawdę fajne osoby z którymi można spędzić miło czas.

Damajagua Waterfalls — a discovery safari - departure from the hotel after breakfast in half-open terrain trucks. Drive via boulevard in Puerto Plata, Las Caobas residence, stop at the historic "Coffee House" with the possibility of tasting (additionally payable).
