Bardzo zadbany hotel z dużą ilością zieleni. Genialne jedzenie- świeże ryby i owoce morza codziennie robione na grillu. 3 razy w tygodniu gotowanie na plazy- dodatkowa atrakcja i pyszne jedzenie.Obsluga zawsze uśmiechnięta i pomocna. Nie było dla koch żadnego problemu. Po zgłoszeniu do nich problemu,on poprostu znikał.Na płazy duzo glonów,ale codziennie rano obsługa hotelu ja czyściła. Minus : W po kojach panowała wilgoć, włączając klimatyzacje można było wyczuć zapach pleśni. Powinni cześciej odgrzybiac klimatyzacje. Hotel wydoki poziom, nie ma na co narzekać.

Hotel bardzo wysoki standard, pokój z przepięknym widokiem na ocean, wyposażony we wszystko co potrzebne ( łącznie z szlafrokiem i kapciami, deską do prasowania i żelazkiem), przemiła obsługa hotelowa, bardzo pyszne i różnorodne jedzenie,animacje i występy indywidualne na wysokim poziomie, codziennie coś innego, dogodne położenie, krótki transfer z lotniska, przepiękna plaża codziennie czyszczona z glonów po nocy. Hotel zasługuje na swoje 5* a nawet na więcej. Komfort podróży w klasie komfort - komfortowy.

Hotel trochę zaniedbany jak na grupę IBEROSTAR, mieliśmy pokój na ostatniej kondygnacji, który w czasie deszczu przeciekał, łazienki stare, płytki sprzed 20 lat. Wyżywienie dobre ale monotematyczne, animatorzy nadużywali dobrego smaku z nastawieniem na Kanadyjczyków, Hotel dobrze położony, ale ścieki z pobliskiej wioski lądują w morzu, dlatego w morzu bogactwo zielonych glonów, co psuje ogólne piękno przyrody. Wrażenie przeciętne jak na klasę Iberostar. Nasze krytyczne uwagi powinny być skierowane raczej do Administracji hotelowej z przesłaniem przystąpienia do systematycznego remontu kapitalnego. To nie jest ocena rozkapryszonych turystów, ale rozsądna ocena na podstawie doświadczenia z ponad 20 dalekich podróży w tym to jest 3 wyprawa na Dominikanę i 2 do hoteli Iberostar na tej wyspie. Jestem trochę zawiedziony 5* klasą hotelu, dlatego nie polecałbym go w tej klasie, raczej o klasę niżej tj. 4* co jest bliższe prawdzie.

Sam hotel bardzo ładny i komfortowy na pięknym rozległym terenie zielonym. Duży basen, super posiłki,świetne animacje, drink bary.I właściwie nie miałabym do czego się przyczepić gdyby nie to że ostatniej nocy wstając do łazienki i swiecac światło (zawsze tak robię w hotelach) dostrzegłem na podłodze w przedpokoju ogromnego ! karalucha. Popsuło mi to i obrzydzilo wcześniejsze cudowne wrażenia gdyż jestem na tym punkcie przewrazliwiona i chyba mam fobie. Była to ostatnia noc więc wcześniej czułam się świetnie ale szkoda bo myślałam że ten hotel jest wolny od robili. Poza tym wszystko inne było cudowne.

Hotel,łazienka w pokoju wymagają solidnej renowacji. Jeżeli jednak przyjechałeś z pozytywnym nastawieniem spędzenia miło swego pobytu, to czystość, obsługa, wyżywienie, codzienne animacje tworzą generalnie świetne warunki do wypoczynku. Bardzo udane wakacje / rodzina +dziecko 12 lat/. Zdecydowanie polecam ten hotel.

Puerto Plata — the largest city on the northern coast, with distinctive Victorian architecture. Formerly it was an important port city and a place of frequent pirate attacks. The programme includes a walk through the old town and visit in a factorty of Brugal rum - the most famous Dominican rum. Visiting the museum of amber, then the coast of Puerto Plata, which is often called the Amber Coast. A visit to the fortress of San Felipe, built by the Spanish in the second half of the sixteenth century. After lunch, a cable car to the top of Isabel de Torres, from where you can admire the entire city and the northern coast of the Dominican Republic. Day trip Price - approx. 80 USD, children up to 12 years old - approx. 40 USD.
Santo Domingo — a visit to one of the oldest cities in the Caribbean, now the capital of the Dominican Republic, which combines modern sophistication with centuries-old charm. The programme includes beautiful karst caves of Tres Ojos, Faro a Colon and the "old town" - Zona Colonial. Here you can see the wonderful monuments that remember the times of Columbus, for instance, the Cathedral of Santa Maria la Menor, Calle Las Damas, Alcazar de Colon. A walk through the famous El Conde. Free time. Return to hotel. Day trip Price - approx. 100 USD, children up to 12 years old - approx. 50 USD.
Damajagua Waterfalls — a discovery safari - departure from the hotel after breakfast in half-open terrain trucks. Drive via boulevard in Puerto Plata, Las Caobas residence, stop at the historic "Coffee House" with the possibility of tasting (additionally payable). Then, drive to the factory of wooden handicrafts, the opportunity to look at the works of sculptors and purchase souvenir figurines. Arrive at Imbert, where the phenomenal waterfalls begin (there is a total of 27 of them). Supply of necessary equipment, then an approx. 30-minute hike up to the first waterfalls. Stop at the ranch, time for buffet lunch with soft drinks. A visit to a Dominican village: visiting schools and a traditional home. Return to hotel in the afternoon. Whales from Samana Bay — depart from the hotel early in the morning towards Samana Bay. Boat cruise in search of whales, which arrive here for mating season.
