Wszelkie udogodnienia tj. bezpłatny sejf, suszarka do włosów, czajnik do kawy z uzupełnianym zapasem kawy i herbaty oraz uzupełniane kosmetyki- (żele, szampony, odżywki), szlafroki, kapcie, czy wymieniane systematycznie ręczniki. Leżaki przy basenie w dużej ilości- bezpłatne, również ręczniki plażowe. Gorąco polecam wszystkim ten hotel!!!

Hotel przepiękny, klimatyczny. Wartością dodaną jest to, że nie ma tu małych dzieci. Hotel przyjmuje gości 12+, i to jest coś pięknego. Cisza, spokój, można rewelacyjnie wypocząć. Dostaliśmy piękny, przestronny pokój z widokiem na morze. W łazience dozowniki z żelem pod prysznic, szamponem, odżywką do włosów i balsamem do ciała. Były nawet szczoteczki i pasta do zębów . Pokój był codziennie bardzo dokładnie sprzątany. Bogata oferta żywieniowa. Wszystko smaczne. Każdy na pewno znajdzie coś dla siebie znajdzie. Cała obsługa hotelowa bardzo życzliwa, pomocna i zawsze uśmiechnięta. Plaża bardzo czysta. Codziennie sprzątana. Leżaków i parasoli dużo. Woda w morzu ciepła. Przy hotelu znajduje się długi bo około 800m pomost, który prowadzi do pięknej rafy. Spędziliśmy tu cudowne chwile. Gorąco polecamy hotel Casa Blue wszystkim tym, którzy chcą wypocząć w ciszy, spokoju, bez hałaśliwej muzyki. Jeśli wrócimy do Marsa Alam to tylko i wyłącznie do tego hotelu. innego już szukać nie będziemy, ponieważ ten spełnił w 100% nasze oczekiwania.

Idealne miejsce na wakacje. Szukaliśmy minusów i ich nie znaleźliśmy. Hotel przepiekny, urzadzony zgustem i klasą. Wyremontowany, czysciutku. Piękne przestronne pokoje dokładnie takie jak na zdjęciach. W łazienkach wszystko łącznie z cudownym balsamem do ciała. Był nawet zestaw do golenia. Sprzątane codziennie przez bardzo miłą, zainteresowaną naszymi potrzebami obsługę. W barku napoje gazowane i codziennie dostarczana woda (którą można też otrzymać w każdym barze i restauracji o każdej porze). Mieliśmy nawet niespodziankę urodzinową od hotelu - pięknie udekorowany w kwiaty i balony pokój oraz tort ( pomyłka bo urodziny były miesiąc wcześniej - ale było to bardzo miłe). Jedzenie doskonałe, różnorodne. Przemiła obsługa, a przy tym nienachalna i bezinteresowna. Parzyli nam po przejedzeniu cudowne herbatki z własnej inicjatywy. Hotel bardzo czysty - codziennie myte nawet lodówki w barach. Co wieczór czyszczony basen - łącznie z cokołami obramowania. Co kilka dni pobierane próbki wody. Mierzyli nawet temperaturę potraw. Nie było najmniejszego problemu z leżakami. Obsługa natychmiast przynosiła kolejne. Ręczniki basenowe wymieniane codziennie. Naprawdę miejsce idealne.

Kiedy tylko wyjechaliśmy z Casa Blue, od razu zaczęliśmy się zastanawiać, kiedy możemy tam wrócić. Ten hotel to objawienie turystyczne w Egipcie. Mieliśmy już doświadczenie z innych hoteli w Marsa Alam, więc mamy porównanie. Ogromne pokoje, czystość na piątkę, przemiła obsługa i przede wszystkim- nikt do niczego nie namawia i na nic nie naciąga. Internet działa we wszystkich częściach hotelu. Animacje świetne, ale nie nachalne. Każda jedna osoba z obsługi jest miła i uśmiechnięta, od recepcji po ogrodników. Jedzenie jest w porządku, nam się nie znudziło. Mało różnorodnych wersji wegetariańskich, ale nie było problemu ze skomponowaniem zbilansowanego posiłku. Na miejscu siłownia, kilka barów, kilka restauracji, i wieczorne atrakcje, więc nie może się znudzić. Poza tym cisza, spokój i błogie nic nierobienie. To na pewno nie był nasz ostatni pobyt w Casa Blue.

Hotel jest naprawdę fantastyczny! Krótki transfer z lotniska. Czystość na najwyższym poziomie, obsługa życzliwa, uśmiechnięta i pomocna. Jedzenie dobre - każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie. Polecam skorzystać z restauracji a’la carte - japońskiej i orientalnej - mega jedzenie! Obiekt nie jest ogromny, co w Naszym przypadku było na duży plus (w tych temperaturach raczej byśmy klnęli gdybyśmy mieli gdziekolwiek daleko). Co ważne, przyjmują gości 12+, więc jest spokój. Zero problemów z dostępnością leżaków. Animacje może i nie są jakieś spektakularne, ale Nam na nich nie zależało. Mi osobiście bardzo podobał się fireshow na plaży. Duży ukłon dla obsługi baru w basenie - Petera i Hamady - świetni ludzie, zawsze uśmiechnięci mimo całego dnia pracy.
