Greece — Crete

Megalonissos, in other words Great Island - that's what Greeks call Crete, the largest of the thousands of Greek islands and fifth largest in the Mediterranean Sea. They call it the biggest not only in the literal sense. The most famous Greek poet - Homer - was enraptured by the beauty of Crete.

Polecam wycieczki do wąwozu Samaria i nad zatokę Balos.

EASTERN CRETE

The Heraklion region:

This is a very fertile valley located in the middle of the Dikte massif, sheltered from the wind on all sides by mountains.
