Podczas rezerwowania hotelu nie podana została informacja, że kolacja podawana jest w innym hotelu. Godziny obiadokolacji były zbyt późno. Po powrocie z organizowanej przez biuro wycieczki, nie był dostępny przejazd powrotny z miasta do hotelu - pomimo informacji rezydentki, ze taki transport jest zapewniony. Transport opłacony musiał zostać prywatnie.

Hotel juz nadaje sie do odswiezenia i remontu, wyposazenie pokoju nie odpowiadalo ofercie (np. brak suszarki do wlosow). Nieoczekiwanie musielismy jezdzic na kolacje do innego hotelu oddalonego o kilka kilometrow, co bylo pewna uciazliwoscia i dezorganizowalo nam plany dnia. W hotelu w praktyce nie byly dostepne zadne dodatkowe uslugi/atrakcje poza basenem (np. spa bylo prowadzone przez zewnetrzna firme, recepcja nie posredniczyla w kontaktach).

wycieczka na Maderę - porażka! za mało czasu na zwiedzanie, oczekiwanie na promie 1 godzinę na odpłynięcie (pani rezydentka powiedziała, że takie są standardy ale wątpię w to..). Większość osób uczestniczących na wycieczce uważają, że powinni państwo pokazać przede wszystkim ogrody na Maderze, jej wyjątkową przyrodę..... Poza kościółkiem na górze Monte reszta obiektów to raczej strata czasu a poza tym zwiedzanie na szybko cały czas.... Dodatkową atrakcją byłby na przykład wjazd luz zjazd kolejką na górę Monte.Do hotelu i do jedzenia - żadnych zastrzeżeń! Wszystko super :) Plaża piękna, wyspa również. Objazdówka po wyspie również bez zastrzeżeń. Ogólnie rzecz ujmując - kolejny udany wyjazd z Itaką :) I na pewno nie ostatni....
