Obsługa na recepcji miła, jedzenie w jadalni dobre, dużo mięsa i warzyw tylko ziemniaki i frytki często były zimne. Basen czysty, winda nowa, pokoje raczej czyste, klimatyzacja w pokojach niestety głośna. Do plaży jakieś 500 m, ale gdy się idzie skrótem po stromych schodach, tak to ok 800 m. Dziwne, że plaża nie jest czyszczona, jest tam masa petów, choć nie na plażach hotelowych. Woda w morzu fajna, ciepła i dość czysta.

Hotel bardzo ładny, dużo zieleni, zadbany i czysty. Dobrze działający internet, porządna klimatyzacja w pokojach. Pani sprzątaczka codziennie prawie przez cały dzień była na piętrze, dyspozycyjna i przemiła. Jedzenie bardzo dobre, świeżutkie ( szczególnie obiady, kolacje ) zróżnicowane i z dużym wyborem w formie bufetu szwedzkiego. Pyszna kawa. Basen duży, leżaki i parasole były dostępne dla każdego. Lokalizacja bardzo dobra, blisko do przystanku autobusowego, sklepów, centrum Złotych Piasków i plaży. Ogólnie hotel oceniam na 10/10.

Hotel zgodny z oczekiwaniami. Na plus: codziennie sprzątanie pokoju i częsta wymiana ręczników, sympatyczna obsługa, czysty basen, jedzenie świeże. Na minus: monotonne posiłki- praktycznie codziennie było to samo i był mały wybór- przy krótkim pobycie nie jest to uciążliwe, ale przy dłuższym lub opcji all inclusive zdecydowanie tak. Hotel daleko położony od plaży i na górce - dla nas to było w porządku, ale może być to uciążliwe dla osób starszych bądź dla chcących być w pierwszej linii brzegowej. Znakomicie, że bardzo blisko znajduje się przystanek autobusowy i można w łatwy sposób dojechać do Warny na własną rękę.

Hotel spełnił nasze oczekiwania. Ogólnie Wypoczynek uznajemy za udany. Hotel usytowany jest blisko rezerwatu, z dala od zgiełku Złotych Piasków. Sam hotel zaprojektowany z dobrym gustem. Jest przestrzenny i jest w nim widno, dzięki licznym szybom i lustrom na holu. Aranżacja ogrodu, basenu i jadalnii pod drzewami, nadaje dodatkowego uroku temu miejscu. Zabawne są ptaki, które odwiedzają to miejsce w określonych porach dnia, licząc na dodatkowy posiłek. Pomimo tego na terenie hotelu jest bardzo czysto i schludnie. Presonel hotelu kulturalny i pomocny. Posiłki są smaczne. Można sobie pojeść. Dobry repertuar muzyczny z przebojami jest puszczany przy basenie. Co się tyczy plaży to generalnie jest czysto, aczkolwiek mankamentem są pchły paskowe o tej porze roku, które nas zaatakowały oraz nieliczne miejsca wolne od opłat za możliwość leżenia na plaży. Woda w morzu jest ciepła i czysta.

Hotel sprzątany, jednak brudny. Na szybach prysznicowych czarna pleśń, w łazience odwieczny smród kanalizacji. Jeśli chodzi o wyżywienie to słowo dramat określą najlepiej standard panujący w hotelowej restauracji. Pomijając fakt monotonnego menu to niestety świeżość tych dań jest conajmniej niedopuszczalna. Sama z rodziną leczę jeszcze zatrucie. Masło pomimo małego jednarozowego opakowania było niestety z nalotem zielonej pleśni. Hitem na kolacji był opiekany ser, jak się okazało to hit tylko z nazwy ponieważ pod panierką krył się biały ser twarogowy ze śniadań. Napoje serwowane z maszyn niestety śmierdziały brudną maszyną. Polecam organizatorowi weryfikację tych usług bo poziom tego co turysta zastaje na miejscu mi osobiście z Itaką się nie kojarzy.

Nie polecam, to drugi mój pobyt w Perle, rok temu byłam w miarę zadowolona. W tym roku od poczatku niemiła niespodzianka, nie było dla mnie rezerwacji, musiałam czekać, aż obsługa hotelu coś wymyśli. Tym razem miałam pokój od strony parkingu, ciemno i ponuro. Przerażający brud. Pani sprzątające codziennie wyrzucały śmieci, przecierały brudnym mopem ze spryskiwaczem podłogę. Nawet na wyraźna prośbę o posprzątanie nie zareagowały. w kątach pełno brudu, łazienka zapuszczona, wszystko brudne, nawet baterie od umywalki. Jedzenie jak zawsze monotonne, ale na to byłam gotowa. Nie polecam napewno już tam nie pojadę.

Jechało nas 5 osób w związku z czym mieliśmy 2 pokoje 114 i 116 przedzielone ścianą. W obydwu było czysto lecz w jednym bardzo śmierdziało . Gdy zgłosiłem problem w recepcji prosząc o inny pokój powiedzieli że nie mają i kolejnego dnia ktoś przyjdzie. nikogo nie było . Lodówka grzała. Popołudniu było umówione spotkanie z rezydentem problem zgłosiłem jemu powiedziałęm że nikt się nie oddzywał poszedł ze mną do recepcji powiedzieli że dnia kolejnego ktoś przyjdzie o 7 rano i do wyjazdu nikt nie dotarł . Nie do końca podoba mi się ten pobyt w hotelu . Cieszę się że to była oferta jako last minute, bo cena jaką miałbym zapłacić pierwotnie za śmierdzący pokój to porażka. Jedzenie ok .Pogoda była gwarantowana.

Cena wyjazdu adekwatna do komfortu. Pokoje codziennie sprzątane . Okolica cicha i spokojna. Do plaży mieliśmy ok 1 km. Tak więc mogliśmy codziennie zatrzymać się w innym sklepie. Jedyny minus to bardzo drogie leżaki . Płaciliśmy ok 24 lewa za 2 leżaki, a było nas 3. Raz wzięliśmy 3 leżaki i wtedy zapłaciłem 36 lewa. Czyli prawie 80 zł za plażowanie . Zrobiliśmy błąd ,że nie zrobiliśmy rozeznania pierwszego dnia . Bo niedaleko była free zona. Jednak na free żonę wejście do morza było bardzo kamieniste i niebezpieczne. Tak więc konkurencja nie śpi. Gdyby hotel posiadał na plaży jakieś zniżki nie było by się do czego przyczepić . Rano ciekawe i syte śniadania , które spokojnie wystarczały do kolacji . W dni ze słabsza pogoda wybraliśmy się do delfinarium oraz na rejs statkiem po zatoce Warneńskiej. Ogólne wrażenia z wycieczki bardzo pozytywne . Na lotnisku nie czekaliśmy długo. Szybko i sprawnie wróciliśmy do kraju. Rezydent we wtorek o 21 załatwił nam jedna z wycieczek następnego dnia. Tak więc też tutaj praca zespołu na duży plus. Pozdrawiam

Po przeczytaniu opini o tym hotelu nie spodziewałem się cudów, ale pokój który otrzymaliśmy to był z czasów komunistycznych , stara klimatyzacja ( na szczęście działa ),szafa w której nie da się przesunąć drzwi, oraz chłodziarkia ( nie lodówka ) w której nie mieści się butelka 2 litrowa, łazienka z wanną i cieknąca słychawką prysznicową. Brak klimatyzacji w lobby i na stołówce. Jedzenie dobre ale bardzo monotonne i mały wybór, ciągle kurczak ,frytki i ziemniaki, dodatkowo makaron, ryż i sos do tego, sałatki minimalistyczne, śniadania słabe jajecznica ,jaka na twardo i parówki i stare pieczywo, zdażaly się ciepłe wypieki ale to spradycznie, Bar przy basenie płatny, bar który obsługuje all inclusive znajduje się na stołówce co skutkuje tym że przed posiłkami jest zamykany i jest brak dostępu do niego. Basen czyszczony codziennie ale i tak woda jest mętna nie jest dostatecznie czysta. Jedyny plus to ok 10 min. od hotelu znajduje się plaża oraz sklepy-supermarkiety, bary oraz stragany przy plaży. Jeżeli ktoś ma małe wymagania i lubi spokój oraz uda się go zakupić w dobrej cenie to może być.

Plusem jest to że znajduje się kawałek od centrum i jest cisza i spokój.

Lodówka maleńka na 2 but wody i koniec a latem jest potrzeba chłodzenia więcej wody. Stołówka powinna mieć wydzielona cześć dla palących podczas posiłków palacze psują cały aromat i smak.

Balchik - White City — afternoon trip to the town of Balchik called the White City due to the colour of the stone that was once used to erect houses. Visiting the Quiet Nest - the summer residence of the Romanian queen Mary and the botanical garden situated right next to it with 3 thousand species of plants, including 250 species of cacti. Drive and walk around the picturesque cape of Kaliakra, the monumental cliffs where there was an enormous fortress located at the farthest point. Kaliakra, in free translation "wonderful cape", once a great inspiration for artists, today is the most beautiful part of the Bulgarian coast. In the evening, a traditional, rich in wine and Rakia Bulgarian feast combined with a folklore programme and show of "Nestinarka dance” on burning coal.
