Hotel Vis położony jest w przepiękniej Zatoce Lapad, tuż przy kamienistej plaży. Hotel usytuowany jest w spokojnej okolicy, wybudowany w latach 60 jednak dobrze utrzymany i czysty. Pokój (355) z balkonem i widokiem na przepiękną i niezwykle malowniczą Zatokę Lapad. Nasz pokój był codziennie sprzątany przez miłą obsługę. Śniadania i obiadokolacje w restauracji hotelowej z tarasem, z którego rozpościera się widok na całą Zatokę. Śniadania dość monotonne jednak przygotowane ze świeżych produktów. Kolacje urozmaicone z dodatkowo płatnymi napojami (ceny dość wysokie jak w całym Dubrowniku). Niewątpliwie największym plusem hotelu jest jego położenie. Tuż przy hotelu znajduje się przystanek miejski, z którego można dostać się do centrum Dubrownika (autobus nr 4 kursuje średnio co 20-25 min). Cały wyjazd oceniamy bardzo pozytywnie i polecamy!

Hotel zasługuje na swoje 3 gwiazdki. Jego największą zaletą jest lokalizacja: przy samej plaży, w spokojnej okolicy z możliwościami spacerów ale niedaleko od Starego Miasta i z bezpośrednim autobusem. Haczykiem jest to, że niektóre pokoje są wyjątkowo ciasne - według mnie nie powinny być przydzielane na kilkudniowe pobyty - po interwencji zmieniono na większy.
