Gorąco polecam ten resort. Miejsce szczególnie dla rodzin z dziećmi, ale każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie. Czysto, przyjazna atmosfera, pomocny personel, komfortowy nocleg, wspaniała roślinność. Na terenie resortu wiele atrakcji. Baseny, bezpośredni dostęp do morza, liczne restauracje, place zabaw, sklepy, wypożyczalnia rowerów, boiska, korty i jeszcze wiele innych. Byliśmy na przełomie września/października więc koniec sezonu i część obiektów i atrakcji była już nieczynna, ale i tak nie narzekaliśmy na nudę, a dzieci szczęśliwe bo na każdym kroku atrakcje dla nich.

Hotel sam w sobie bardzo ładny. Pokój który dostaliśmy to miał wystrój jak z PRL do tego zapachy nie przyjemne z łazienki utrzymywały się przez kilka dni. Obiekt jest tak skonstruowany żeby najlepiej z niego nie wychodzić i tam wszystko kupować po zawyżonych cenach. Żeby dostać się do innej miejscowości trzeba pokonać kilka kilometrów.

W rzeczywistości: hotel, to kompleks budynków , w różnej odległości od kluczowej infrastruktury. Jaka to odległość- nie wiadomo na etapie zamawiania . Na miejscu recepcjonista wyznaczył miejsce pobytu ok.800m od kluczowej infrastruktury ,kat 3*, a nie 4*, jak w zamówieniu, bez możliwości zamiany na inny apartament bliżej położony. Ograniczyło to znacznie korzystanie w pełni ze strefy SPA, rozrywkowej, plaży, kawiarni itp. W centrum kompleksu; jadalnia, sklepy, kawiarnie, restauracje, kompleks basenów itp. dobrze przystosowanych dla osób niepełnosprawnych.

Hotel spełnił nasze oczekiwania, pokój był zgodny ze zdjęciami i opisem, było czysto, obsługa była w porządku, jednak ręczniki nie były wymieniane przez cały nasz pobyt (a taka była deklaracja). Śniadania były okej, każdy mógł wybrać coś dla siebie, ale kolacja już niekoniecznie - bardzo słaby wybór i jakość, kilka razy powtarzały się te same dania, co ten wybór dodatkowo ograniczało.
