Hotel zasługuje co najwyżej na 3 gwiazdki. Czystość pozostawia wiele do życzenia szczególnie w restauracji. Nie mają w zwyczaju sprzątać stołu po każdym, kto przy nim wcześniej siedział, nawet poproszeni o to nic sobie z tego nie robią. Na uwagę zasługuje fakt, iż z jednej strony hotelu jest budowa (dość hałaśliwa), słyszalna na terenie całego obiektu. My mieliśmy pokój od strony ogrodu na szczęście, ale pokoje od strony budowy są normalnie przydzielane turystom. Jedzenie monotonne i słabe, drinki w plastikowych i nieapetycznym kubkach. Jedynie co nas zaskoczyło na duży plus, to kawa w kawiarence przy kaplicy, naprawdę pyszna. Kolejna sprawa to problem z ręcznikami. Sprzątaczka potrafiła wywieszać nam ręczniki na krzesłach na balkonie, zamiast je wymienić, a jak rzuciliśmy je na podłogę, to musieliśmy jej szukać, żeby nam dała czyste. Jak prosiliśmy panią sprzątająca o kawę lub mleczko, to rozkładała ręce i mówiła, ze się skończyło:( Podsumowując, nie polecam tego hotelu.

Hotel położony bardzo ładnie, dużo roślinności, ładne alejki na spacery. Pokój duży i czysty. Obsługa przyjazna dla turystów mówiących po hiszpańsku. Jedzenie niedobre, mięso twarde i nie nadawało się do jedzenia. Brak szklanek i filiżanek na śniadaniu. Brak leżaków na plaży i przy basenie. Słabo działające wifi w całym hotelu.

Bardzo piękny hotel, mnóstwo ciekawych zwierząt jak np flamingi, żółwie. Plaża codziennie sprzątana, duże fale ale i tak bardziej mi się podobała niż na plaży Sanoa. Obsługa bardzo mila, choć dwa razy nie otrzymałam zamówionego napoju przy kolacji.Jedzenie dobre, trochę mało owoców i większości czasu codziennie to samo do jedzenia. Ale nam to nie przeszkadzało jo jedzenie bardzo dobre. Nasz pokój czysty, duży, brak pleśni. Animacje dla dzieci niestety dość słabe i niestety przy recepcji a nie bliżej stołówki. Hotel piękny. Duży ale przytulny. Pokoje w Caribe Deluxe prostorne i duże. To do czego ciężko się przyzwyczaić to wilgoć ale to nie wina hotelu tylko klimatu Tropicalnego. W pierwszym pokoju pojawiła się pleśń ale szybko wymienili pokój na lepszy z widokiem na ocean. 3 ogromne baseny i rajska plaża. Dużo zwierząt na terenie ogrodu tropicalnego. Jedzenie w głównym bufecie dobre przeciętne. W restauracjach alacarte przepyszne. Drinki super smaczne z dobrym alkoholem. Sprzątanie codzienne ale ręczników często brakowało więc parę razy musieliśmy dzwonić do obsługi i prosić o czyste ręczniki i po 10 minutach Pani sprzątająca donosiła. Bardzo polecam ten hotel. Hotel kameralny jak na standard Dominikany. Piękny, zadbany teren. Pawie i inne mniej znane ptaki spacerują pod balkonem. Kaczki, flamingi, żółwie, iguany (te ostatnie może nazywają się inaczej) do zobaczenia na terenie. Dla osób które nie lubią chodzić jest możliwość skorzystania z meleksów. Nie rozumiem w jakim celu. Ale oczywiście każdy musi znaleźć coś dla siebie. Pokój (deluxe) duży, wygodny dla dwóch osób, czysty. Sprzatany codziennie. Dobrze działająca klimatązacja. Najwięcej zastrzeżeń mam do łazienki. Wymagałaby przede wszystkim przebudowy, po przemyśleniu jej architektury. Plaża bardzo ładna, szeroką, płaska, praktycznie bez wodorostów. Przy sąsiednich hotelach wodorostów było dużo. Ale na tym odcinku plaży, w porównaniu z okolicą, duże fale. To chyba wynika z linii brzegowej i lokalizacji raf koralowych. Jedzenie poprawne, urozmaicone w ilościach nieogranicznych:) Restauracje a'la carte to przerost formy nad treścią. Dania nie zawsze miały związek z regionem z którego miały pochodzić. Dużo barów, oczywiście w porównaniu z wielkością terenu. Kawa w barze kawowym genialna. Na terenie, na szczęście, tylko jeden sklep z "bublami" czyli tzw pamiątkami z wakacji. Personel oczywiście sympatyczny. Wszystko można było załatwić. Zawsze z sukcesem, nie znając ich wersji hiszpańskiego. Na pewno było bezpiecznie. Hotel ma kategorię 5. Ale powinno być to 4+. A cena pobytu troszkę niżej skalkulowana. Podsumowując: dla tych co nie lubią gigantycznych molochów, zabaw do białego rana, wrzasków o świcie pod balkonem miejsce super. Zdjęcia w internecie zgodne ze stanem faktycznym. W uzupełnieniu pytań poniżej dotyczących oceny rezydentów: nie miałam okazji aby poznać, co jest dla mnie bez znaczenia. Ale na pytanie dot. godziny wyjazdu na wycieczkę fakultatywną zakupioną w Itaka, zgodnie z informacją na voucherze, w pierwszej kolejności otrzymałam informację w jakich dniach i godzinach rezydenci odpowiadają na wiadomości na WhatsApp. Nie widziałam, że wymagane jest posiadanie ww aplikacji:) Błąd ! W drugiej wiadomości otrzymałam, nie pełną informację na zadane pytania, a podana godzinina nie była zgodna że stanem faktycznym. Przewodnik wycieczki do Santo Domingo, Pani Kasia , przyjechala o godzinie podanej na voucherze a nie przez rezydenta. Co świadczy o jej profesjonalizmie. Pani Kasia to oełen profesjonalizm. Nie dręczyła opowieściami o niczym. Mówiła tylko o tym co ciekawe! I zawiózł tam gdzie trzeba. Miejscowe biuro podróży obsługące transfery do/z hotelu Caribe był zawsze co do minuty!

Bardzo przyjazne, cieple lobby, kilka lokali gastronomicznych o bardzo wysokim standardzie, z pysznym jedzeniem, kilka bufetów sportsbar całodobowy ,kawiarnia z pysznymi ciastkami i lodziarnia . Obsługa przemiła, bardzo pomocna. Pokoje ładne i czyste. Obiekt znajduje się przy samej plaży, z trzyma basenami z widokiem na ocean i palmy kokosowe .Po hotelu można przemieszczac sie melexem . Genialne! Polecam .

Cudowne wakacje! Cudowny hotel! Szczerze polecam pobyt w tym kompleksie, zamieszczone zdjęcia nie oddają w pełni tego jak wspaniale wygląda cały obiekt. Otwarta duża recepcja z lobby barem i budynki w kolorowym karaibskim stylu dodają niesamowitego uroku temu miejscu, do tego przepiękny ogród botaniczny z fauną i florą cieszy oko za każdym razem jak się spaceruje pośród dostępnych alejek. Dla 'nieco leniwych' przez cały czas kursują meleksy, wiec można bez problemu wsiąść czy to z bagażem czy bez i zrobić sobie podwózkę pod swoje wejście do budynku :) Pokoje ładne, przestronne, sprzątane codziennie, lodówka również regularnie uzupełniana w napoje. Tudzież otoczenie także każdego dnia utrzymywane w czystości. Hotel posiada 3 baseny w tym jeden z pool barem, drugi rekreacyjny a trzeci ze strefą dla dzieci. Położony jest idealnie, bezpośrednio przy pięknej piaszczystej plaży z turkusową wodą i dużą ilością leżaków z parasolami. Obsługa zawsze miła, uśmiechnięta, lejąca alkohol strumieniami ;) Jedzenie w głównej restauracji różnorodne, dla każdego coś się znajdzie, zawsze ładnie podane, świeże, przy tym duży wybór opcji live cooking. Oferta a'la karte również bogata, do wyboru jest kilka tematycznych lokali, w których miejsce można sobie zarezerwować przez hotelową aplikację. To były wspaniałe 2 tygodnie we wspaniałym miejscu! Polecam wszystkim tym którzy zastanawiają się jaki hotel wybrać :). Komfort podróży bardzo dobry, co prawda długi lot, ale jednym ciągiem bez międzylądowania, obsługa w samolocie bez zarzutu. Świetne wakacje w świetnym miejscu. Na pewno jeszcze skorzystamy nie raz z usług Itaki.

Hotel spełnił nasze oczekiwania jeśli chodzi o położenie i otoczenie.Piękny ogród z flamingami i innymi rzadkimi ptakami.Plaża strzeżona przez strażników , nie było problemu z leżakami w dalszych rzędach.Morze ciepłe z dużymi falami ale dużo w nim glonów.Trzeba przejść dalej w kierunki Tropicany aby było czyste.Pokój odnowiony , ładny w stylu karaibskim ale mała toaleta i brak jakiejkolwiek półeczki w prysznicu. Wszystko trzeba trzymać na podłodze. Jedzenie monotonne w głównej restauracji. Na kolacje polecamy restauracje tematyczne ale trzeba szybko rezerwować i nie wszystkie są czynne. Dużym minusem była dość droga 169 $ wycieczka na wieloryby.Organizacja była fatalna.11 łodzi goniło 1 humbaka w huku motorówek. Jak mają się te zwierzęta rozmnażać w takich warunkach.Obiad na wyspie okazał się katastrofą. Mimo iż nasza wycieczka przybyła wcześniej musieliśmy zaczekać aż najedzą się Francuzi. W bufecie zostały resztki makaronu ,ochłapy ryby i kurczakowe kości.Żenada. W drodze powrotnej łódka tak nas zalewała że wróciłem przemoczony do suchej nitki. i nabawiłem się zapalenia zatok. Naprawdę nie polecam tej wycieczki.

Gniazdka usb do ładowania i jedno europejskie sieciowe w pokoju. Sprawnę działające WIFI w całym obiekcie, również na plaży. Obiekt chroniony - bezpieczny. Plaża duża, czysta, bez wodorostów).
