Był to nasz 10 wyjazd z Itaką-szkoda ,że Biuro tego nie dostrzegło-a tak nędznego wyżywienia nie mieliśmy w żadnym z poprzednich hoteli .Tak bufet śniadaniowy jak i kolacyjny nie dawały w istocie możliwości wyboru potraw | 'standardem' na śniadanie były : letnia jajecznica na zmianę z jajami sadzonymi lub bekonem równie 'gorącymi'.O standardzie obsługi i posiłków świadczy fakt ,że zgłoszony brak czarnej herbaty stanowił przeszkodę nie do usunięcia bodaj przez dwa dni . W trakcie naszego pobytu jednej z osób z 'polskiej' grupy zginęły pieniądze z pokoju hotelowego .Niedostatków posiłków nie niwelowały-bezpłatne wino i woda do kolacji .Poza tym sam hotel jak i pokoje w pełni odpowiadały kategorii 4x |hotel stanowi b.dobrą bazę do zwiedzania tej części Portugalii-szczególnie Lizbony

Hotel znajduje się w przyjaznym, spokojnym położeniu. Można w nim naprawdę odpocząć. Obsługa hotelowa jest przyjemna. Pokój był sprzątany codziennie, kosmetyki wymieniane też codziennie.

Hotel nowoczesny, zaś pokoje w wysokim standardzie. W pokojach dostęp do bezpłatnego Wi-Fi oraz aneksu kuchennego z dobrym wyposażeniem. Basen hotelowy trochę mały, jak na 4 gwiazdki. W hotelu za odpłatą istnieje możliwość skorzystania z pola golfowego i spa. Śniadania kontynentalne, ale mało urozmaicone. Z kolei obiadokolacje, które wydawane są do 22:30, zróżnicowane i bogate w potrawy rybne. Plusem są także owoce serwowane przy śniadaniu i obiadokolacji. Minusem hotelu jest brak transferu na plażę, który znajdował się w ofercie. Dojście na plażę z hotelu zajmuje szybkim spacerkiem ok. 25 min. (nie polecam rodzinom z dziećmi ze względu na 'wymagającą' drogę). Autobus miejski, którego przystanek jest niedaleko hotelu, kursuje co 20 min w kierunku plaży i kosztuje 1,7 euro za przejazd lub 1,3 euro, w przypadku zakupu karty na 10 przejazdów.

Hotel przeznaczony dla osób lubiących ciszę i spokój a także jako dobra baza wypadowa do Lizbony i okolic. Pokoje z balkonem, dobrze wyposażone (lodówka, kuchnia, mikrofalówka), duże około 25-30 m2. Pokój codziennie sprzątany i czysty. Dojazd do Costa da Caparica autobusem (50 m od hotelu). Bardzo dobry dojazd do Lizbony (do promu około 35 minut jazdy autobusem). Wyżywienie - dla klientów Itaki wyżywienie zdecydowanie nie pasowało to klasy hotelu - monotonne, często niezbyt ciepłe. Makarony i ryż codziennie. Pobyt udany gdyż codziennie byliśmy na wycieczkach i wyżywienie hotelowe nie było najważniejsze. Rezydentka starała się pomagać podczas pobytu.

Inną sprawą są posiłki: monotonne, czasem zimne. Dla naszej grupy podawane były w drugiej restauracji i smutno sie robiło, że nie byliśmy traktowani jak inni goście w restauracji głównej. Nic nie pomogły nasze apele odnośnie badzo monotonnych i słabych posiłków w porównaniu z tymi dla innych gości. Pomijając tragiczne posiłki ogólnie oceniam pozytywnie.

Hotel ładny jednak bardzo daleko od lotniska i plaży z miłą obsługą .Dostałem bardzo ładny pokój ale słyszałem,że nie wszystkie są taki. To co jest dużo poniżej standardu to wyżywienie . Śniadania absolutnie nieakceptowalne ! Kolacje po wielokrotnej interwencji rezydentki poprwaiły się w ostatnie dwa dni. Jeżeli ktoś liczy na atrakcje w postaci animacji to ich nie ma . Ogólnie mam mieszane uczucia . Wycieczki fakultatywne w większości się nie odbyły ze względu na zbyt małą ilość chętnych (10 osób ?) z drugiej strony można samemu zorganizować sobie ciekawie czas np.w Lizbonie :)

Hotel nowoczesny, eleganckie pokoje z balkonami, kolacje dobre (ryby, mieso, warzywa,owoce,makarony, ryz, ciasta etc) , sniadania troche monotonne, ale mozna się najeść, w okolicy super market pingo doce (kawałek ciepłej pizzy ~ 1 euro, kurczaki ponad 3 euro, woda ~ 1 euro, wino porto ~ 5 euro, dobre bułki ponad 1 euro ), niedaleko hotelu punkt widokowy, kościół. Do pięknej plaży costa de caparica ~ 25 minut z buta, w sezonie jezdzi bus hotelowy 5 razy dziennie. Taxi ponad 3 euro. W miejscowości costa de caparica polecam restauracje 'o Pipo' (super ryby i mieso ). Stosunkowo blisko do wspaniałej Lisbony (prom ponad 1 euro, taxi hotel-prom 8 euro). Jesli chodzi o wycieczki: ladne miasteczko Sintra i ogrody Quinta da Regaleira (wielka szkoda ze nie widzielismy pałacu pena i zamku maurow), ładne kurorty. Fatima - aktualnie bazylika w remoncie. Dla lubiących zwiedzać bardzo ciekawe miejsca w okolicy Fatimy: Alcobaca, Tomar, Obidos i Batalha. W restauracjach z Fado warto zapytać czy występ jest płatny bo potrafią doliczyć do całej kolacji 15 euro za show /osobe mimo iz sie nie jadło przystawek ... samo Fado ciekawe. Super wakacje - Polecamy.

Hotel klimatyzowany, wygodny. Pokój bardzo dobrze wyposażony (lodówka, mikrofalówka, kuchenka, sejf). Codziennie sprzątany. Jedzenie baaardzo monotonne i, co gorsza, różne dla różnych klientów hotelu. Znajomi jedli w innej restauracji i dostawali na śniadania i kolacje dużo więcej dań do wyboru. Mieliśmy wrażenie, że goście dzieleni są na lepszych i gorszych. Nasza grupa trafiła do restauracji Diamonts - sniadania codziennie identyczne, tylko dwa ciepłe dania: jajecznica z proszku i bekon (i to podane dopiero po interwencji rezydentki). Prosiliśmy o interwencję, by posiłki u nas były takie same jak w drugiej restauracji, ale, niestety, nie wywalczyliśmy tego. Plaże super, Lizbona bardzo ładna - to rekompensowało minusy 'żywieniowe'. Polecam hotel, ponieważ jest to fajna baza na wycieczki do Lizbony. Dojazd do niej jest dość prosty. W miejscowości Capuchos praktycznie nic nie ma.

Hotel usytuowany daleko od plaży ( ok 3 km ), możliwy bezpłatny transfer na życzenie w hotelu lub taxi ok 4 euro. Blisko hotelu dobrze wyposażony sklep spożywczy. Brak innych atrakcji poza hotelem. Łazienka trochę zaniedbana jak na cztery gwiazdki ale obsługa bardzo uprzejma, pomocna i życzliwa. Dobra cena. Pyszne urozmaicone kolacje. Miła atmosfera bez głośnych animacji i hałasu z ulicy, można odpocząć w ciszy i harmonii. Doskonałe połączenia do Lizbony: można podjechać autobusem (3 euro ) bezpośrednio spod hotelu i przesiąść się na prom (1 euro ) - cała podróż zajmie nam ok 1h. To idealne rozwiązanie dla turystów, którzy chcą być zarówno blisko plaży jak i Lizbony. Polecam dla par bez dzieci :)
