Arrival in Sri Lanka. Transfer to the town of PINNAWALA. It is home to the world's first elephant orphanage, which has brought the world's attention to the problem of the declining population of these beautiful animals. The possibility of observing the feeding and bathing ritual in the nearby Ma Oya River. Transfer to the town of DAMBULLA. Visiting the complex of rock temples, entered on the UNESCO World Heritage List. They are some of the most beautiful temples in Sri Lanka. On an area of over 2,000 m², there are 150 wall paintings from the 18th century and one of the world's largest representations of the Buddha, which is carved into the rock. Transfer to the hotel. 3. DAY. SIGIRIYA - POLONNARUWA - P.N. MINNERIYA
Drive to one of the most interesting points on the program, the ruins of the SIGIRIYA rock fortress. The dazzling beauty of the fortress, another monument on the UNESCO list, is situated on a huge rock and despite the passage of time, it still delights with its Mirror Wall, Water Gardens and frescoes more than 1,500 years old. A short climb to the fort. Return to the hotel for breakfast. Transfer to the town of POLONNARUWA, the medieval capital of Ceylon. The former royal city was flooded with lush vegetation. The entire area of the archaeological park is on the UNESCO list. Sightseeing of the majestic ruins of the former capital: the royal palace, audience hall, baths, Hindu temples and the Atadage Temple, i.e. the Temple of the Tooth. Transfer to one of the largest and most interesting national parks in Sri Lanka - MINNERIYA, where there are vast wetlands inhabited by various species of animals: wild elephants, exotic birds (over 160 species), reptiles and beautiful butterflies. Afternoon safari in the park - a great adventure close to nature, where wildlife is at your fingertips. Return to the hotel, dinner, overnight.
4. DAY. MATALE - KANDY - WAIKKAL
Breakfast. Check out from the hotel. Transfer to MATALE: a visit to the Spice Garden, where, among others, cinnamon and cardamom. A shopping opportunity. Drive to KANDA, the last capital of ancient Ceylon, the treasury, culture, arts and crafts. Visiting the temple where the relic of Buddhists - Buddha's tooth - and a visit to the local bazaar are kept. A motoriksha ride, the so-called tuk-tukami, which are the primary means of communication in Sri Lanka. Transfer to the vicinity of the town of WAIKKAL on the south-west coast of Sri Lanka. Accommodation at the beach hotel. Dinner, overnight.

Breakfast. Free time for sunbathing. Dinner, overnight.
8. DAY. REST / COLOMBO
Breakfast. Free time for sunbathing or optionally (for an additional fee on site): transfer to KOLOMBO, the colorful capital of Ceylon. The program includes a fort, a bazaar with a Hindu temple, Independence Square, the Bandaranaike International Conference Hall with a replica of the Buddha. Free time or a visit to the National Museum and ride to the Lotus Tower. Return to the hotel, dinner and overnight.

Wycieczkę oceniam dobrze. Piękne egzotyczne widoki. Wspaniała grupa! Wszystkie punkty programu odwiedzone a nawet były nadprogramowe. Najważniejsze zabytki i atrakcje Cejlonu zobaczyliśmy. Męczące jedynie wczesne ruszanie na objeździe oraz zwiedzanie w wysokiej temperaturze i spędzanie sporo czasu w autokarze. Komfort podróży i autobus spełniał wszystkie standardy. Przewodniczka Itaki bardzo sympatyczna i przekazywała dużo informacji i ciekawostek o Sri Lance. Przewodnik miejscowy super! Małe braki w organizacji w postaci przekazywania na bieżąco informacji organizacyjnych. Hotel na objeździe ok a na wypoczynku super. Pokoje w klimatycznych bungalowach praktycznie przy oceanie. Plaża przy hotelu przepiękna, cicha bez tłumów. Ogród palmy basen i teren hotelu sprzyjał wypoczynkowi i oddawał klimat Sri Lanki. Hotel czysty, miła pomocna obsluga, masaże na miejscu. Miłym zaskoczeniem byl gratisowy masaż stóp który otrzymaliśmy. Ocean piękny woda gorąca. Jedynie jedzenie w hotelach przeciętne, powtarzające się potrawy, bardzo ostre, mało lokalnych dań. Na śniadania praktycznie poza rewelacyjnymi omletami nie było nic specjalnego. Dobre ciasta i owoce choć mało takich lokalnych egzotycznych które każdy chciałby spróbować. Na Sri Lance trochę natarczywi sprzedawcy wciskajacy różne pamiątki. Poza tym miejscowi ludzie bardzo w porządku widać że chcą zarobić pomocą i uczciwą pracą. Na wyspie trochę brudno biednie brak śmietników popielniczek zwłaszcza poza obszarem hoteli. Ubikacje publiczne albo w knajpach tragiczne brudno bez papieru toaletowego. Moja potrzeba zobaczenia egzotyki roślinności została w sumie zaspokojona, choć liczyłam na zobaczenie większej ilości zwierząt zwłaszcza na safari. Były tylko słonie. Poza tym widzieliśmy też małpy warany i nietoperze. Ogólnie wyjazd oceniam dobrze ale nie rewelacyjnie. W marcu na wyspie jest koniec pory suchej przez co też jest mniej zielono i mało kwiatów. Nie widzieliśmy plantacji herbaty i pól herbacianych czego najbardziej mi brakowało ale nie było tego w sumie w programie wycieczki. Byliśmy za to w fabryce herbaty! Wspaniała grupa przebojowych ludzi, była integracja wspólne rozmowy i drinkowanie. Nawet impreza na plaży przy ognisku z śpiewami i graniem na gitarze. Wyjazd na pewno będę miło wspominać i wracać do tych najlepszych chwil oglądając piękne foty.

Bardzo przyjemna wycieczka ze sporą ilością atrakcji i wygodnymi hotelami. Nasza Pani Przewodnik z własnej inicjatywy dodała jeden punkt programu, który wydaje się być niezbędnym w trakcie pobytu na Sri Lance, a mianowicie wizytę na plantacji herbaty. Jedyne moje zastrzeżenie to Ogród Przypraw, który tak na prawdę okazał się pułapką na turystów i sklepem z przyprawami. Wycieczkę polecam osobom, które chcą poznać podstawy nowej kultury ale też zregenerować siły na leżaku pod palmami :)

Pierwsze dni zwiedzania dosyć intensywne. Zwłaszcza pierwszy, kiedy wszyscy byli zmęczeni po locie. Ale polecam osobom które chcą trochę wypocząć na wczasach i jednocześnie coś zobaczyć. Grzechem byłoby pojechać na Sri Lankę i siedzieć cały czas w hotelu :) Hotele na wycieczce co prawda były 3-gwiazdkowe, ale spełniły moje wszelkie oczekiwania. Jedzenie było dobre, standard i położenie hoteli również było satysfakcjonujące, we wszystkich był basen, bar oraz spa. Jedynie oczekiwałabym od pilota wycieczki nieco więcej ciekawostek i informacji na temat Sri Lanki. Pani pilot była bardzo sympatyczna i jeśli trzeba było to zawsze pomogła, ale polegała głównie na wiedzy lokalnego przewodnika.

Dobrą opcją jest przeznaczenie połowy czasu na zwiedzanie i połowy na wypoczynek. Hotel na objeździe - niezły, natomiast hotel nad morzem oceniam jako bardzo dobry, wbrew niektórym negatywnym opiniom, które czytałam przed wyjazdem.

Fenomenalna wycieczka. Idealne połączenie 3 dni intensywnego zwiedzania z wypoczynkiem w malowniczym hotelu, gdzie również jest łatwy dostęp do wielu, atrakcji oferowanych zarówno przez rezydenta, jak również lokalnych ludzi, którzy są bardzo otwarci i pomocni. Wspaniałą Pani pilot cechująca się świetnym humorem oraz wiedzą, bardzo pomocna i troskliwa. Wspaniałe jedzenie oraz dodatkowe smaczki jak obsługa oferująca poczęstunki w postaci np kokosów prosto z drzewa. Polecam

Wycieczka bardzo udana. Połączenie zwiedzana z wypoczynkiem w ciągu tygodnia okazało się dobrym wyborem. Najsłabszym punktem wyjazdu była pani pilotka, która owszem tworzyła miłą atmosferę, lecz nie posiadała wiedzy na temat kraju, tłumaczyła jedynie informacje przekazywane przez lokalnych przewodników, którzy dla odmiany spisali się na medal. Wielki plus za odwiedzenie plantacji herbaty, którego to punktu nie było w programie. Program nie był męczący, towarzystwo pozytywnie nastawione, pogoda wspaniała (chociaż kilka razy lunęło, parasole w autokarze), krajobrazy, ludzie, przyroda cudowne. Posiłki podczas objazdu bardzo zadowalające, zorganizowane w świetnych miejscach jako bufet z dużym wyborem dań za około 2500 Rs (30 zł). Warto wymienić dolary na rupie i mieć niższe nominały m. inn. na napiwki. Hotel na objeździe super, aż żal było go opuszczać. Hotel pobytowy również, na 4 dni OK, na dłużej bym go nie wybrała. Z hotelu, po przepłynięciu tratwą przez rzeczkę, można tuk-tukiem wybrać się do okolicznych miejscowości np. do Kochchikade, Negombo, ale bardziej jako zobaczenie lokalnego życia czy na zakupy, niż zwiedzanie. Polecam wycieczkę do Kolombo i wjazd na wieżę. Ogólnie wspaniale spędzony tydzień i niezapomniane wrażenia.
