Bardzo polecam ten hotel, bardzo dobra obsługa, czyste pokoje, plaża przy hotelu trochę kamienista (jak to w Turcji), za to bardzo dużo basenów, każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie. Na pewno tam wrócimy.

Hotel oceniam bardzo pozytywnie. Ogromna przestrzeń, bardzo dużo zieleni przez co jest tam po prostu ładnie i bardzo przyjemnie. Byłam zakwaterowana w głównym budynku na 4 piętrze. Pokój w porządku, czysto. W mini barku do dyspozycji mieliśmy 2 piwa butelkowe, fantę, cole, wody i soczki dla dziecka. Pokój miał mały balkon. Jest opinia, że z głównego budynku daleko do restauracji i basenów - w mojej opinii nie jest wcale daleko, jakieś 5 minut, a na plażę 10 min. Cały obiekt bardzo czysty, sprzątane jest dosłownie cały czas. Mój pobyt był w pierwszym tygodniu czerwca i było bardzo ciepło 32-35 stopni, a odczuwalna pokazywana przy basenach 41 stopni. Woda w basenach bardzo ciepła wręcz nie odczuwałam dużego ochłodzenia wchodząc do basenów. Leżaków bardzo dużo, ale niestety już od 5 rano rezerwowane ręcznikami przez turystów. Idąc o 8 rano już bardzo mało miejsc. Przy basenach zjeżdżalnie oraz bar w którym mogliśmy dostać drinki, napoje, mrożoną kawę. Zaraz obok baru od 12 do 15 można było zjeść przekąski, dostać granite oraz owoce. W drugim barze przy dalszym basenie tylko piwo i granita. Przy tamtym basenie przez dzoen rozne aktywnosci :) Na plaży dużo leżaków, 2 bary oraz przekąski w wyznaczonych godzinach. Plaża sama w sobie bardzo ładna, jednak bardzo szybko robi się głęboko i jest kamienista - buty do wody muszą być, a i tak w nich zle chodzilo mo soe po tym żwirku. Przy plaży mozna skorzystac ze sportow wodnych. Przy plazy również mały plac zabaw dla dzieci. Przy plaży również "domki" z leżakami oraz leżaki z mięciutkimi materacami. Niestety jak tam byłam to akurat jedynie tam zauważyłam spora ilość mrówek. Strefa dla małych dzieci, czyli księżniczkowy zamek ze zjeżdżalniami - super miejsce w kolo leżaki dla rodziców. Strefa aquaparku genialna! Zabawa dla dzieci i dorosłych (niektóre zjeżdżanie dla dzieci od 10 lat i 120 cm). Nie było wielkich kolejek mimo bardzo dużego obłożenia hotelu. Toalety bardzo zadbane, czyste, z fajnym standardem. Jedzenie w porządku, duży wybór, ale nie było to najlepsze jakie miałam okazję jeść. Każdy znajdzie smaki dla siebie przez różnorodność, słodkości spory wybór również. Co do jedzenia to jest miejsce z małym figlorajem dla dzieci gdzie rodzice mogą spokojnie zjeść, a dzieci się bawią. Atrakcje wieczorami super, codziennie mini disco dla dzieci po czym różnego rodzaju atrakcje dla dorosłych oraz dzieci. Codziennie coś innego a pełna rozpiska co i kiedy wywieszona. Imprezy typu garden party rewelacja. Duża impreza, pełno przekąsek, bar i dużo atrakcji. Nie można narzekać na nudę :) Na terenie hotelu sklepiki, fryzjer. Obsługa miła, pomocna, pełna pozytywnej energii. Polecam bardzo wakacje w Serra Palace!

Świetny stosunek ceny do jakości. Hotel na wysokim poziomie, pyszne jedzenie, pokoje czyste, sprzątane na bieżąco. Dużo basenów, zjeżdżalni i różne atrakcje dla dzieci, w tym mini klubik. Świetne wieczorne show. Teren hotelu jest przepiękny - jest zielono, są kwiaty, codziennie dbają o nawodnienie terenu. Polecam kolację w restauracji włoskiej - jedzenie i obsługa na najwyższym poziomie.

Hotel warty polecenia. Obsługa miła i pomocna. Wszędzie czyściutko! Można poczuć się jak w Polsce bo większość gości to właśnie rodacy :) Na basenie czasami słychać polskie piosenki a animatorzy potrafią trochę mówić w naszym języku. Dzieci są zachwycone. W tym hotelu nie da się nudzić czy marudzić ;) Animacje niekiedy wyglądają jak masowa impreza na całe miasto: wielka scena w plenerze, fajerwerki, miotacze ognia, tancerki z pióropuszami, dj, grill, przekąski i bar w ogrodzie. Jedzenie urozmaicone, każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie. Na szczególną pochwałę zasługują świeże pieczywo w wielu odmianach i placuszki tureckie z serem feta. Co wieczór na kolacje są inne rozmaitości takie jak np. kebab, tatar łososia czy sushi. Jeśli ktoś jeszcze się waha to nie ma nad czym ;)

Kompleks hotelowy jest bardzo duży, teren zadbany, piękna roślinność. Duża ilość basenów ze zjeżdżalniami, brodziki dla małych dzieci, nawet jeden całkowicie zacieniony. Miejsce idealne dla rodzin z dziećmi w każdym wieku. Fajny plac zabaw, zajęcia dla dzieci, animacje, wieczorne mini disco. Pokoje hotelowe czyste, choć wymagają już remontu. Byliśmy zakwaterowani w pierwszym budynku - tam, gdzie recepcja. Rano ok 7.00-7.30 trzeba " zarezerwować" sobie ręcznikiem leżaki przy basenach jeśli rodzina chce wypoczywać obok siebie w korzystnym miejscu. Najwięcej gości z Polski, Niemiec, Rosji. Jedzenie różnorodne, szczególnie kuchnia turecka przepyszna. Plaża kamienista, trzeba zabrać buty do pływania. W najbliższej okolicy nie ma nic ciekawego do zobaczenia, można zrobić zakupy w sklepie Migros lub na Bazarze. Do Side taksówką ok pół godziny drogi.

Barmani kelnerzy panie sprzątające, pan ma plaży przynoszący materace....no po prostu fantastycznie. Niektórzy mówią, że trzeba dużo chodzić....I bardzo dobrze, przynajmniej bęben nie rosnie od nadmiaru tego pysznego jedzenia.

Hotel położony 1,5h jazdy od lotniska, przyjemnie się jechało chociaż 15 minutowy postój na zakupy moim zdaniem nie potrzebny, ale to wstęp do poznawania tureckiego sposobu handlu. Hotel duży, z kilkoma basenami w śród nich wewnętrzny. Mieliśmy pokój w głownej części więc na plaże mieliśmy kilkuminutowy przyjemny spacer. Jedzenie jest pyszne i wybór ogromny, ale polecam wybrać się do restauracji a la carte. My poszliśmy do tureckiej i do tej pory wspominamy pyszne przystawki oraz kebab. Jedyna opcja do poprawy to porządek w pokojach.

Hotel wspominam bardzo pozytywnie. Położony jest na rozległym terenie. Do dyspozycji gości 5 basenów, zjeżdżalnie nie tylko dla małych dzieci, także dorośli mogą się świetnie bawić. Ponadto rozlegla plaża co prawda kamienista - drobne i średnie kamyczki, ale czysta i zadbana, zadaszenie chroniące przed słońcem lub parasole, dużo leżaków z materacami. Moim ulubionym miejscem nad morzem byla strefa chillout - klimatyczne parasole, leżaki, bar z pyszną mrozoną kawą i spokojna muza, czułam się jak na Malediwach. Ogrody wokół hotelu piękne, pełne zieleni i kwiatów, bardzo zadbane. Obsługa miła i pomocna, co ważne nienachalna - mimo ze napiwki są w Turcji standardem nie domagali się ich jak to bywa w Egipcie. Pokoje sprzątane codziennie i wymiana ręczników też codziennie. Jedzenie różnorodne i w bardzo dużych ilościach dostępne w restauracjach i snack barach przy basenach i plaży. Każdego wieczoru atrakcja w amfiteatrze lub ogrodzie np. magik, występy akrobatyczne, impreza techno z pianą, pokazy taneczne, muzyka na żywo itp. W hotelu kilka sklepików z pamiątkami, bibelotami, torebkami, butami i biżuterią, a nawet fryzjer. Niedaleko hotelu ok 400m możliwość zakupu podobnych produktów nawet połowę taniej niż w hotelu. Minusów niwiele: 1. Przy głównych basenach mnie osobiście męczyła głośna muzyka - głównie techno. 2. Smaki jedzenia raczej pod kątem tureckich gustów, ale zawsze coś w tej różnorodności się znalazło dla siebie. 3. Ciastka wyglądały za pięknie :)

Plaza piękna ze świetnymi parasolami chroniącymi od słońca (podlozne) przez co nie trzeba przestawiać leżaków z obrotem słońca, świetne rozwiązanie. Jestem wegetarianką i był to pierwszy hotel w którym miałam tyle warzyw w różnej postaci do zjedzenia. Super sprawa! Dostawka dla dziecka extra, foteliki, restauracja dla dzieci z bawialnia - super Toaleta na plaży duza I CZYSTA - szok Jaki minus ? Hmmm nie znalazłam, serio.

Szczerze to napiszę tak: pod względem czystości w pokoju hotel nie zasługuje na 5*, tak na 3*. Dlaczego? Już odpowiadam. Wolała bym przemytą podłogę niż łabędzia z ręcznika. W prysznicu nie domykają się drzewo a więc podczas kąpieli woda na całej łazience. W dodatku codziennie brakowało jakiegoś ręcznika a nagminnie tego pod nogi. Myślę, że osoby z malutkimi dziećmi przeżywają koszmar. Jeżeli chodzi o pozostałą część czyli jedzenie, restauracje, hotel, animacje, atrakcje, baseny itd to na pewno jest hotel 5* Duże brawa za pozostałą część.

Hotel wspanialy, masa atrakcji dla dużych i małych. Klubik dla dzieci super, zjeżdżalnie super, piatkowe/ sobotnie garden party z ogromnym rozmachem. Jedzenie przepyszne, ogromny wybór każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie. Obsługa bardzo miła i pomocna. Na pewno wrócimy, spędziliśmy w hotelu 7 dni i ani chwili się nie nudziliśmy.

Готель дуже гарний та великий. Зелений і квітучий. Ми в цьому готелі відпочиваємо вже в друге. Перший раз відпочивали десь років 8 назад, вдруге в цьому році. Якщо порівнювати, то в готелі стала в рази краще - кухня. Асортимент страв та якість прям супер. Велика кількість риби, мʼяса та сирів. Єдине що трохи розчарувало, то якість обслуговування номерів, бо не завжди вистачало рушників в номері, посуд який був в номері забирали та незамінювали, а чайник взагалі принесли в останній вечір перед виїздом. Також міні бар взагалі не заповнили за всі 7 днів відпочинку, хоча ми неодноразово зверталися з цим питанням. Відносно чистоти питань не виникало. Розваги в цьому готелі на високому рівні, було цікаво і дітям і дорослим. Міні клуб із аніматорами дуже порадував. Донька навіть не завжди хотіла йти купатись, а ось в міні клуб хотіла завжди. Пляжі чисті, шезлонгів в достатній кількості. Дуже раджу цей готель для сімей з дітьми.

Właśnie wróciliśmy z wakacji. Hotel Super, bardzo dużo zeleni, obsługa bardzo pomocna. Brak poduszki w jednym z pokoi problem zgłoszony na recepcji i problem rozwiazny bardzo szybko. Animacje Super a przede wszystkim ZiZu fantastyczna osoba zawsze uśmiechnięta. Jedzenie bardzo urozmaicone i bardzo smaczne. Duża ilość leżaków przy basenach i na plaży. Codziennie wieczorne animacje dla dzieci i dorosłych. Hotel położony ok. 1 godziny od lotniska. JEDNYM SŁOWEM HOTEL SUUUUPER.
