W restauracji brudno obrusy ale jestem w stanie to zrozumieć mają problem ze słodką wodą. Szczerze mówiąc trochę się dziwię że takie biuro jak Itaka ma taki hotel w ofercie. Ogólnie jestem zadowolona z wyjazdu ponieważ kompleks basenowy naprawdę jest super ale niewiele osób potrafi znaleźć proces tych minusach.

Jedzenie bardzo dobre, zawsze coś dało się zjeść pizza super, różne mięsa zawsze jakieś miejscowe jedzonko. Baseny super!! Duże dwa osobne jeden ze strefą relax drugi z animacjami. Animacje od rana do wieczora każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie to zdecydowanie i wieczorem tańce pokazy dużo atrakacji. Plus to napoje w szkle oczywiście w plastiku też są ale obsługa stara się dawać zawsze szkło nawet nad basenem

Hotel stary do odnowienia , lokalizacja na plus bo blisko morza , baseny ok , animacje fajne i dużo , wieczorki ciekawe ale jedynie po francusku ( wyraźna faworyzacja francuzów na każdym kroku pomimo gdy 80 % w hotelu to Polacy ) , wyżywienie ( niedobre , słabo doprawione , mięso zawsze twarde , mały wybór , brudne talerze , kubki szklanki popękane , sztuce i wszystko w czym były podawane napoje i dania gołym okiem zacieki !!! Po wyjściu przed hotel od wejścia głównego brudno do samej bramy wjazdowej . Plaża mała i wąska dużo śmieci ( butelki , resztki jakiś lin , sieci rybackich itp ) .W dniu wylotu na śniadanie do picia kawa lub herbata ,do jedzenia bagietka , masło i dżem !!!

Wycieczkę do hotelu kupiliśmy kilka dni przed wylotem i pomimo nie zawsze obiecujących opinii muszę napisać, że hotel spełnił większość oczekiwań a nie było to łatwe ze względu na wcześniejsze nasze podróże do 5 gwiazdkowych tureckich hoteli. Oceniając hotel rozpocznę od pokoju, który dostaliśmy na drugim piętrze miał standard jak w wymienionych wcześniej hotelach tureckich i absolutnie im nie ulegał poza brakiem lodówki w standardzie. Na szczęście sprawna klimatyzacja i piękne widoki z balkonu zatarły ten niuans. Strefa basenowa, animacje te za dnia i wieczorne były codziennie łącznie z niedzielą i oceniam je na 4. Animatorzy starali się jak mogli wyciągnąć ludzi do zabawy z leżaków proponując różnego typu aktywności. A teraz coś o wyżywieniu, które było smaczne i dobrze przyprawiane co nie zawsze zdarza się w hotelach. Oczywiście wybór był mniej okazały niż w tureckiej konkurencji, ale na tyle różnorodny by każdy znalazł coś dla siebie, dla przykładu dla mnie serwowana pyszna wołowina, która najbardziej smakowała podczas naszego pobytu. Alkohol to część, która wielu zainteresuje dość przeciętny i w małym wyborze standardowo lokalne piwo, trzy rodzaje drinków, whisky, gin, uzo to i tak przyzwoicie jak na cztery gwiazdki. Na koniec polecam dwudniową wycieczkę po Tunezji z biurem podróży pomimo nie najniższej ceny rekompensuje widokami i zapadnie w pamięci na długo - polecam. Ostanie zdanie dajcie szanse Tunezji to biedny kraj, ale bezpieczny i tolerancyjny jedynie do czego pewnie wszyscy się doczepią to niestety ogromne ilości walających się wszędzie śmieci i ton plastiku poza terenami hotelowymi.

Jak na hotel 4* i w Afryce czystość oceniam bardzo dobrze, codziennie sprzątanie pokoje. Jedzenie było okej,napewno każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie-codziennie podawana bardzo dobra pizza. Baseny świetne przede wszystkim pod względem urozmaiconej głębokości. Plaża super i bardzo blisko. Animacji dużo i całkiem ciekawe. Polecamy przyjechać :-)

Wycieczki dostępne na miejscu
Sahara - Top Tozeur (2 days) — Day 1: ferry passage from Djerba to the mainland. Visit to a traditional souk in Gabes. Free time. Then a passage over the largest salt lake in Tunisia - Chott el Jerid, which shimmers with salt crystals; short stop for photos. Arrive in the afternoon in the village of Tozeur - accommodation in 4* hotel. Lunch. Then a 4x4 jeep expedition to the mountain oases of the Atlas Mountains: Chebika and Tamerza, where scene to the movie "The English Patient" and "In the desert and wilderness" were shot. Return to hotel, dinner, overnight stay. Day 2: breakfast. Visiting the town of Tozeur, the programe includes among others: the old town, market hall, minaret of the Great Mosque (from outside). Matmata – Douz – a ferry passage to the town of Ajim, then drive towards Tamezret – the mountain Berber village with a beautiful panorama of the mountains. Break for photos. Tataouine - Chenini – departure towards Medenine on a road called "Roman", connecting the island with mainland since the antiquity. Exploring Ghorfas - olden fortified granaries. Then a visit to the city of Tataouine with a traditional market. Visit to the nearby Berber town Chenini, famous for its traditional handicraft. After lunch, a trip to Ksar Hadada, where the film "Star Wars" was shot. Return by ferry to Djerba at approx. 18.00. Day trip. Boat trip to Flamingo Island — a boat trip full of fun and joy, pirate-style, to Flamingo Island. During the cruise, in good weather, there will be an opportunity to watch dolphins. Ksar Ghilane — Roman road crossing between the island of Djerba and the mainland, in the direction of Medenine, where Ghorfas, the former fortified granaries, can be seen. Then a visit to Ksar Ghilane, the southernmost palm oasis with the ruins of a Roman fort. It is also a gateway to the Tunisian part of the Sahara. Rest in an oasis, relax in a thermal lake, lunch.
