The temperature that maintains at approx. 22°C all year round, excellent conditions for windsurfing and beautiful landscapes make the island a fantastic place for holidays. Its central part is fascinating mountain landscapes, on the west it is mostly a cliff coast, the most beautiful beaches are on the east. Tourists can visit the Jandia peninsula, in the south of Fuerteventura. On its east coast there are popular holiday centres: Costa Calma and Morro Jable.
