Jedzenie rewelacyjne ( dużo smacznych ryb ...jak również regionalne dania) szczególnie Kolacje tematyczne,gdzie Pan kucharz robi jedzenie na naszych oczach, że nie wspomnę o kilku rodzajach wina przy obiedzie i kolacji. Pokoje czyste, zadbane i sprzątane codziennie ( ręczniki mieliśmy wymieniane codziennie ). Położenie hotelu idealne dla osób pragnących wypocząć, pozwiedzać, zaczerpnąć kultury kanaryjskiej. Nasze kolejne odwiedziny Teneryfy odbędą się w tym hotelu. Dużo Francózów co świadczy o jakości hotelu. Witam, Hotel położony w fajnym miejscu jako baza wypadowa, jednak w okolicy w spacerowej odległości brak jest plaży. Niski standard pokoi (czyste, chociaż skromnie wyposażone i w niskim standardzie wyposażenia), więc hotel pod tym względem polecamy wyłącznie tym, którzy zamierzają dużo zwiedzać i nie mają wysokich wymagań co do hotelu. Jednak na duży plus zasługuje przemiła obsługa hotelu, która starała się komunikować z polakami po polski, tak więc osoby bez znajomości języka obcego nie będą czuły się zagubione. Szczególnie, że manu, plan dnia, informacje o hotelu były przetłumaczone na polski. Na pochwałę zasługuje też kuchnia, nie licząc śniadań, posiłki były bardzo smaczne i różnorodne, często w manu znajdowały się dania regionalne.

Jedzenie smaczne i każdy mógł znaleźć coś dla siebie - duży wybór potraw, serwowane elegancko i ze smakiem. Dobre miejsce wypadowe do zwiedzania wyspy. Otoczenie spokojne, bez hałasu. Szkoda, że nie ma polskich animatorów bo sporo Polaków odwiedza ten hotel.

Hotel bardzo dobry, zdecydowanie wart swojej ceny. Mocną stroną obiektu to przede wszystkim jedzenie - pyszne i różnorodne. Wygląd zewnętrzny hotelu i ogród, też jak najbardziej przyjemny. Zależy, kto co lubi, ale nam podobało się to, że nie trzeba pokonywac kilku pięter i korytarzy aby dotrzec do pokoju a pokój sam w sobie czysty, sprzątany codziennie, zgodny z opisem. Dużo przestrzeni w środku, ponieważ mamy do dyspozycji duży balkon, sypialnię i aneks kuchenny (bardzo duży), gdzie można swobodnie odpocząc. Pokój opuścic należy do 12 i wtedy oczywiście oddajemy opaski all (uwaga, płacimy 10 Euro depozytu za opaskę all w dniu przyjazdu, pieniądze otrzymujemy w dniu wyjazdu - fajnie, bo mamy mały zastrzyk gotówki jeszcze na ostatni dzień:) )

Zakwaterowano nas początkowo w nieciekawym studio z podwórkiem-studnią przy bardzo głośnym barze. Po interwencji zostaliśmy przekwaterowani do innego pokoju, nie studia. Ogólnie hotel bardzo przyjemny, składający się z wielu połączonych budynków. Pogoda zmienna - słońce i zachmurzenie, ale ciepło, deszcz w drugiej połowie listopada był tylko raz. Wyżywienie: obiadokolacje bardzo urozmaicone, obfite, smaczne. Brakowało nam jednak możliwości zrobienia herbaty - nie każdy codziennie chce pić do kolacji wino. Śniadania monotonne, na zmianę parówki i jajecznica, ta sama wędlina i ser. Bliskość wypożyczalni samochodów - kilkadziesiąt m od hotelu. Dwie udane wycieczki fakultatywne - świetna do wąwozu Masca i dużo mniej łodzią podwodną - z uwagi na mniejszą atrakcyjność rybiej fauny. W sumie pobyt udany, zwłaszcza dla tych lubiących zwiedzać wyspę wzdłuż i wszerz, choć zakwaterowanie na południu powoduje, iż odległości są większe (najbardziej atrakcyjne tereny są od połowy wyspy na północ).
