Hotel zadbany i czysty. Mocne 3* z plusem. Bardzo miła obsługa, duży plus dla Pana zarządzającego restauracją. Również recepcja i bar, zawsze uśmiechnięta obsługa. Wyżywienie smaczne, na śniadania i kolacje zawsze świeże owoce. Pokoje czyste, dobrze posprzątane, ręczniki wymieniane na bierząco. Codziennie animacje na basenie organizowane przez Panie Animatorki, wieczorem również zajęcia przy muzyce lub występy. Nasze wakacje były zaplanowane jako aktywny wypoczynek i mało czasu spędzaliśmy w hotelu. Większość atrakcji zaplanowanych udało się zrealizować. Jeżeli planuje ktoś aktywne wakacje hotel jest dobrym punktem wypadowym, natomiast tydzień to za mało czasu żeby ogarnąć ważniejsze atrakcje wyspy. Dobrze gdyby były loty dwa razy w tygodniu i wyjazd trwał by np 10 dni. Wakacje bardzo udane i aktywne. Dużo atrakcji i miejsc do zwiedzenia

Hotel duży ale przestronny z zadbanym otoczeniem. Pokoje duże, wygodne, codziennie sprzątane. Wyżywienie typu bufet z bardzo dużym wyborem dań łącznie z owocami, deserami oraz napojami do posiłków w cenie. Dwa baseny trochę małe i przez to zatłoczone. Wakacje mile spędzone. Przepiękne plaże, atrakcyjne miejsca do zwiedzania (wulkan Teide, Loro Park, klify Los Gigantes, wąwóz Masca). Bardzo dobrze zorganizowana wycieczka objazdowa po wyspie Grand Tour prowadzona przez niezwykle profesjonalną Panią Małgorzatę.

Hotel OK, aczkolwiek basen położony pomiędzy budynkami i na większości miejsc jest cień, dlatego walka o leżaki zaczynała się od samego rana (a to była zima i nie było pełnego obłożenia). Basen brudny i mały. Plus - woda podgrzewana. Powyżej w ankiecie przy linii Plaża oceniam Basen, gdyż hotel nie posiada dostępu do plaży. Animacje, obsługa, wyżywienie - OK, ludzie mili i sympatyczni, wybór jedzenia dość duży, nigdy nie brakowało niczego.. Pokój sprzątany regularnie. Brak możliwości wypożyczenia ręczników kąpielowych - a na stronie była informacja, iż można wypożyczyć za kaucją. Trochę trzeba było się przespacerować do sklepików, plaży, centrum handlowego czy restauracji - hotel położony na górce. nie polecam dla ludzi starszych czy rodzin z małymi dziećmi. Hotel idealny gdy służy tylko do nocowania. Mimo wszystko hotel polecam.
