Obiekt bardzo duży, potrzebuje remontu. Leżaków przy basenach za mało do tak dużej ilości gości. Od rana pozajmowane (ręczniki rzucane na leżaki) choć przy basenach nikogo nie było. Pokoje w miarę czyste choć w łazience śmierdziało cały czas chlorem. Pokój od strony głównej ulicy i autostrady. Było bardzo głośno nie dało się spać w nocy przy otwartym oknie bo klimatyzacji brak (o tym było wiadomo). Wyżywienie mało urozmaicone, monotonne i niezbyt smaczne. Za to personel bardzo miły, uprzejmy, pomocny.

Otrzymaliśmy pokój przy autostradzie, nie można było otworzyć balkonu ze względu na hałas , a pokój nie miał klimatyzacji. na balkonach było czuć smrud z opróżnianych szamb Jedzenie bardzo monotonnego. Zbyt mała ilość leżaków, o godz 9 rano nie można było juz liczyć na wolny leżak

Hotel OK, całkiem niezły jak na 3*. Na duży plus jedzenie oraz obsługa hotelu. Położenie hotelu dość odległe od ścisłego centrum. Jeśli masz auto to nie jest to problem a wylot na autostradę tuż obok to nawet +. Na minus również ilość leżaków i miejsc wokół basenu. Przed 9 ustawiały się kolejki aby po otwarciu basenu szybko zaklepać leżak :) To największa porażka że hotel nie potrafi zapanować nad tym procederem. Czasem ciężko znaleźć wolny leżak gdzie prawie połowa to po prostu puste leżaki zakryte ręcznikami. Wieczorami dość głośne rozmowy w palarni przy basenie. Przy otwartym balkonie zazwyczaj ciho się robiło około 24. Ale ogólnie jak na 3* hotel spoko.

Hotel bardzo przyjemny, jak na 3 gwiazdki to obsługa, czystość oraz wygląd hotelu bardzo przewyższył nasze oczekiwania. Dziennie w ciągu całego dnia różnorodne animacje, występy czy pokazy. Każdy znajdzie na nich coś dla siebie, czy to dzieci czy dorosłe osoby :) Ogólnie bardzo polecamy hotel. JEDYNY minus, to odległość od plaży, jednak darmowy busik hotelowy kursuje na nią kilka razy dziennie i parkuje przy samym wejściu na plażę, więc myślę że nie robi to żadnego problemu.

Pokoje sprzątane codziennie, standard adekwatny do gwiazdek. Jedzenia było dużo, lecz czasami trafiało się coś niezbyt smacznego. Śniadania monotonne (nastawione pod brytyjczyków, tłuste) za to na obiad i kolację zawsze trafiało się coś dobrego. Kolacja codziennie miała inną tematykę. Przy barze zawsze można sobie dojeść, jest kucharz, który na bieżąco robi jedzenie typu fast food ( frytki, hot dogi, hamburgery, wrapy i kanapki). Napoje oraz drinki były bardzo słodkie i robione z automatów ( dla nas to był minus). Największy plus hotelu to ludzie zwłaszcza animatorzy, którzy codziennie dostarczali rozrywkę. Obsługa hotelu również miła i pomocna. Basen dość duży, ale leżaki były bardzo blisko siebie. Droga do plaży całkiem przyjemna, taxówką można dojechać bez problemu za około 7€.

Hotel uważam za bardzo dobry. Sprawna i bardzo uprzejma obsługa zarówno w recepcji jak i wszystkich pozostałych pracowników. Pokoje duże z balkonami. Pyszne i różnorakie jedzenie. Powiem szczerze, pierwszy raz spotkaliśmy się żeby serwowano nawet mątwy. W ogóle kuchnia z różnych stron świata na prawdę jest co wybrać do tego duży wybór owoców, lody, ciasta, do tego między głównymi posiłkami bardzo duży wybór kanapek, pizzy, sałatek , burgerów itp. Napoje cały czas dostępne z dystrybutorów. Drinki solidne i szeroki wybór. Basen bardzo fajny, animacje od rana do późnych godzin. Czystość nienaganna. Jedyne co to że nie ma klimatyzacji ale nam to absolutnie nie przeszkadzało, nie włączaliśmy nawet górnego wiatraka. Jak na hotel 3* rewelacja !! Polecam wszystkim.

Standardowy Hotel 3* , jedzenie na wysokim poziomie jak na tak dużą ilość osób , animacje wieczorne, koncerty, pokazy taneczne super. Autobus na plażę kilka razy dziennie, basen ok chociaż przez 2 tygodnie nie udało nam się zdobyć leżaka ani razu :p lokalizacja hotelu daleko od plaży i centrum, blisko autostrady co ma plusy w zwiedzaniu Gran Canarii ale te minusy że pokoje od strony autostrady są bardzo głośne, a w pokojach nie ma klimy, więc droga przy otwartym oknie mocno doskwiera.

Brak klimatyzacji w pokoju nie stanowił problemu, wiatrak przysufitowy w zupełności dawał radę. Przestronna recepcja oraz restauracja. Jedzenie przepyszne, naprawdę każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie. Różnorodne, codziennie coś innego. Śniadania skromniejsze i monotonne, ale mi to nie przeszkadzało, miałam swoje ulubione potrawy, które z przyjemnością jadałam. Fajny basen, animacje... Obsługa hotelowa bardzo miła.

Hotel przystosowany do rodzin z dziećmi. Jedzenie różnorodne i smaczne. Pokoje czyste zadbane. Animacje odbywają się codziennie dla dzieci i dorosłych, córka bardzo lubiła w nich uczestniczyć. Opcja all inclusive bardzo korzystnie wypadała, drinki bardzo smaczne. Jedyny minus w hotelu to brak klimatyzacji w pokojach tylko wiatraki. Biorąc po uwagę mikro klimat na wyspie jest to do przeżycia ponieważ wieczory są dość chłodne.

Hotel zasługuje na 3 *. Pokój codziennie sprzątany, ale w recepcji hotelowej karaluchy (mamy zdjęcia), wyżywienie dość urozmaicone i ogólnie dość dobre, ale trafiały się potrawy niedogotowane, (...)
Hotel zasługuje na 3 *. Pokój codziennie sprzątany, ale w recepcji hotelowej karaluchy (mamy zdjęcia), wyżywienie dość urozmaicone i ogólnie dość dobre, ale trafiały się potrawy niedogotowane, twardy ryż, niedosmażona ryba. Były wieczory tematyczne jak gotowanie kaczki po pekińsku lub wieczór włoski, codziennie dobre owoce, paella, tortilla, na śniadanie churros z czekoladą, więc można było spróbować kuchni hiszpańskiej. Ładna plaża daleko (4 km), autokar na plażę kursował tylko w określonych godzinach (mieliśmy samochód, więc nie korzystaliśmy z tego autokaru). Hotel duży i głośny, dużo rodzin z małymi dziećmi, trudno było wypocząć, ponieważ na basenie tłoczno i grała muzyka, dzieci grały w piłkę wodną, pływały na dmuchanych materacach, często trudno było popływać. Wieczorem nad basenem animacje, pokazy tańca etc i muzyka do godz 23.00, a rano od 7.30 pracownicy budowanego obok sklepu Aldi ruszali do pracy :( Słychać było również autostradę, więc samo położenie hotelu było nie najlepsze, jedyny plus to piękny widok na wydmy, ponieważ hotel jest na wzgórzu. Dostaliśmy pokój z widokiem na autostradę, na ostatnim 5 piętrze, z tarasem bez zadaszenia, głośny, mały i duszny. Zmiana pokoju na większy z widokiem na basen i przenośnym klimatyzatorem kosztowała nas 210 euro (pobyt tygodniowy). Żeby wypocząć trzeba było dosłownie uciec z hotelu na plażę i wsłuchać się w kojący szum fal, w hotelu ze względu na hałas nie dało się nawet poczytać książki. Hotelu nie polecam. Alkohol i drinki przy barze słabe, więcej lodu niż napoju, jedyny dobry trunek to sangria do obiadu w restauracji hotelowej.

Ciasta bardzo smaczne. Brak klimatyzacji nie stanowił problemu, wiatrak i przenośny klimatyzator spełnił swoją funkcję. Pyszne drinki 2 razy przy basenie tropikalne. Plaża Maspalomas przepiękna. Szeroka. Dojazd do niej kilka minut autobusem. Super sprawa bo jest kilka kursów. Pieszo też polecam ok.50 minut.

Łóżka skrzypiące i niezbyt wygodne. Bardzo dobre i urozmaicone jedzenie oraz obsługa hotelu, która naprawdę zasługuje na najwyższe noty. Wszyscy bardzo uprzejmi i pomocni. Osoby pracujące w restauracji od kucharzy po osoby pracujące na sali najbardziej przekładają się na naszą pozytywną ocenę.

Spory ruch na autostradzie nie pozwalał na otwarcie okna w nocy co z kolei było uciążliwe ze względu na brak klimatyzacji w hotelu. Istnieje możliwość wypożyczenia klimatyzatora ( 5 euro za dzień) - szczerze polecam tą opcję bo temperatura w pokoju w nocy wynosiła ok. 30oC. Na plażę Maspalomas dowozi bezpłatny autobus - kursuje punktualnie, nie było problemu z miejscami. Jedzenie smaczne, każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie. Basen niewielki, leżaki przy basenie zajmowane od rana przez brytyjskich turystów, którzy koczowali na schodach już godzinę przed otwarciem basenu. Po kilku dniach naszego pobytu pojawiła się informacja, że ręczniki z leżaków z których nikt nie korzysta będą zabierane po 90 min. To i tak nie zniechęciło brytyjczyków przed okupywaniem leżaków.
