Rodzina z dziećmi 1 i 3 lata Pobyt w hotelu był przyjemnością w 100 procentach. Pokój rodzinny z osobnym pokojem dla dzieci ale akurat my korzystaliśmy z dwóch łóżeczek w pokoju głównym. Codziennie sprzątane i uzupełniany o wodę nawet 5l dziennie dostawaliśmy i w pokoju czajnik oraz herbata i kawa. Czajnik przy małych dzieciach musi być. Grube ściany więc nikt nam nie przeszkadzał ani my innym. Dla dzieci mnóstwo zjeżdżalni i 5 basenów z głębokością 40cm. Raszta basenów 120 do 160cm. 3 baseny ogrzewane raz nawet chyba ze 40 stopni było w jednym. Hotel znajduje się w Makadi które ogrodzone jest murem i pilnowany przez strażników wiec takie prywatne osiedle hotelów. Do plaży bez problemu co chwile jeździ autobus bezpłatny a na plaży leżaki z obsługą i jedzeniem i piciem. Rafa koralowa zaczyna się jakieś 10 metrów od plaży a dalej dla odważnych rafa jak z telewizji. Dużo wycieczek do wyboru. Jedzenie prawie przez cały dzień od 7 do 21.30 dobre jedzenie a w restauracji alakarte bardzo dobre i różni się doprawieniem i tym że przygotowują je specjalnie dla ciebie. Napojów w tym kawy pod dostatkiem. Dwa sklepy hotelowe w pełni zaopatrzą potrzeby. A w miejscowości dość duży rynek z pamiątkami czy ubraniami oraz market w którym ceny są odpowiednie. Aquapark jest super dla dzieci i dorosłych od łagodnych zjazdzalni do takich mrożących krew. Obsługa bardzo miła i zadba o wszystko. Z chęcią byśmy tam kiedyś wrócili. Wakacje dużo lepsze niż się spodziewaliśmy temperatura w lutym przekraczała 30 stopni i nawet podgrzewane baseny nie były potrzebne. Przelot do Egiptu trochę gorszy niż do Polski ale to ze względu na temperaturę w samolocie i późną godzinę. Byliśmy w pełni zaopiekowani przez ITAKA również na lotnisku w Egipcie. Polecam jednak wylot wcześniej rano o ile jest taka opcja a nie po 17 wtedy zyskujemy dodatkowy czas wypoczynku.

Bottom of tunnels should be repaired asap., -Bartenders: not polite. Low drinks skills. Every same drink has different proportions. -Animation team: nice guys, but they has poor animation program. Not enough for that kind of hotel. Positive - everything else. Very nice reception staff, food and water activities are also amazing. Wish to visit this hotel again.

Wygląd hotelu i komfort spędzania czasu są doskonałe. Jedzenie bardzo urozmaicone i każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie. Plaży przy hotelu nie ma, ale do plaży dojeźdża się hotelowym busem, który kursuje co pół godziny. Z czasem okazuje się to bardzo ciekawą alternatywą spędzania czasu w ciągu dnia. Blisko plaży są rafy koralowe, do których można dopłynąć bezpośrednio z plaży - duże zaskoczenie. Położenie hotelu ma jedną wadę. Nie ma jak hodzić np. na wieczorne spacery, z powodu braku chodnika poza hotelem. Na terenie hotelu jest jeden z większych Aquaparków - 50 różnego rodzaju zjeźdźalni. Także tych ekstremalnych. W hotelu jedyną właściwie wadą jest brak darmowego internetu. Informacja na stronie o dostępności do darmowego internetu oznacza, że jest, ale jest tak wolny i słaby jakościowo, że właściwie go nie ma. Nie ma możliwości sobodnego korzystania, co przy hotelu tej klasy jest po prostu niezrozumiałe i nie do przyjęcia. Dla tych, co nie potrzebują kontaktu ze światem, może to się okazać jednak zaletą. Atrakcje w hotelu są typowe i nie wyróżniają się niczym szczególnym. Gym, spa, pole do siatkówki, siłownia, a na wieczór jedynie hotelowe bary i restauracje, których jest kilka. Może warto wspomnieć, iż dla chętnych, hotel sąsiaduje z olbrzymim polem golfowym. Skorzystaliśmy z jednego z przygotowanych przez biuro ITAKA pakietów wycieczek, co finansowo i wypoczynkowo okazało się bardzo ciekawą propozycją. Wycieczka do Luksoru oraz na wyspę Paradajs okazały się dobrym połączeniem zwiedzania z aktywnym wypoczynkiem. Oczywiście wycieczki do Luksoru, czy Kairu same w sobie pozostawiają wiele do życzenia z powodu jednak Egipskiego prymitywizmu. Nie jest to kraj demokratyczny, a sposób myślenia odległy od Europejskiej logiki. Warto jednak skorzystać z wycieczek, szczególnie z opcji Luksor z rejsem po Nilu i zwiedzaniem doliny królów oraz cudownego rejsu na wyspę Paradajs połącznego ze snurkowaniem. Hotel pozwalał na relaks i wypoczynek, zarówno aktywny - jak korzystanie ze zjeźdzalni, jak i przy wylegiwaniu się przy basenach. Warto wspomnieć o położeniu dużego nacisku na animacje. Poranny streaching, czy wodna gimnasyka, były bardzo ciekawymi opcjami na początek dnia.

Как для Египта - отель весьма хорошего уровня. Дружелюбный персонал, хорошее питание, уютные номера. Наличие аквапарка на территории отеля - большой плюс. Горок много и на любой вкус. То, что отель не на первой линии - не страшно. Автобус на пляж ходит очень часто, поездка не доставляет неудобств. Скорее наоборот - дополнительное небольшое развлечение. Пляж очень хороший, с песчаным входом. На пляже можно бесплатно взять маски и ласты (оставив залог). Недалеко от берега расположены три коралловых рифа (живых, красивых, очень много разнообразных рыб). В целом все понравилось, рекомендую!

Plusy: - Hotel duży, urządzony w nowoczesnym stylu. - Przestronne pokoje. - basen dla dorosłych (strefa relaksu) - aquapark (doskonały dla rodzin z dziećmi, tylko dwie ekstremalne zjeżdżalnie, reszta raczej łagodna) Minusy: - Pokoje nie były dokładnie wysprzątane, ręczniki jakby niedoprane. - Czas oczekiwania na pokój za długi (2godziny). - Drinki różnej jakości, często bardzo słabe i niesmaczne (dużo zależało od barmana i jego umiejętności..). - Obsługa na recepcji z niczym się nie spieszyła, wszystko trwało bardzo długo - brak różnorodności jedzenia, często się powtarzało. Wakacje udane, wycieczki fakultatywne godne polecenia (quad safari, nurkowanie intro). Hotel mógłby poprawic pare rzeczy, a na pewno byłoby lepiej :)

Hotel jest rewelacyjny dla rodzin z dziećmi. Rodzice mogą wypoczywać rozpieszczani przez obsługę hotelową. Dzieci mogą bawić się na zjeżdżalniach pod czujnym okiem ratowników. Wszędzie jest czysto. Obsługa w każdej chwili pomocna. W recepcji jest menager posługujący się językiem polskim. Kelnerzy na stołówkach perfekcyjni - znajdowali wolne stoliki przy największym tłoku i donosili napoje. Dla osób potrzebujących kontaktu ze światem jest wifi. Bezpłatne jest dość wolne, jeśli ktoś chciał oglądać filmy, ale wystarczające w zupełności na rozmowy przez komunikatory internetowe. Można było wykupić szybszy transfer. Telewizory w pokojach z gniazdkiem usb więc jeśli ktoś nie przepada za wieczornym oglądaniem TVP Polonia to polecam zabrać dysk z filmami i sprawa załatwiona :). Jedzenie bardzo różnorodne a ciasta nie typowe, bo nie są tak słodkie jak zwykle w Egipcie. Trafiliśmy na okres świąteczny Egipcjan i było ich naprawdę dużo w hotelu a mimo to nie czuliśmy się ani przez sekundę gorzej traktowani. Przy okazji mieliśmy możliwość podglądania narodu o zupełnie innej kulturze i obyczajach. Aby nie zasłodzić opinii to, niestety nie ma bezpośredniego dostępu do plaży ale jest bus co 30 min i w zupełności nam to wystarczało. Na plaży zawsze znajdowaliśmy wolne leżaki i oczywiście mieliśmy swój bar z przekąskami i napojami. Nie ma też sklepów w pobliżu hotelu. Jeśli ktoś planuje zakupy to polecam wyprawę do Makadi - też bezpłatnym busem lub do Hurgady taksówką. Sklepy na terenie hotelu nie są godne polecenia. Ich ceny są bardzo delikatnie powiedziawszy wyśrubowane. Jednego jestem pewna - poznałam już kilka hoteli w Egipcie i do tego z całą pewnością wrócę. Na wakacje pojechałam sama z 13 letnim synem. W hotelu spędziliśmy wspaniałe chwile i byliśmy z niego bardzo zadowoleni. Planowaliśmy zakupy i zrobiliśmy je w Hurgadzie przy pomocy naszego przyjaciela od nurkowania. Syn zrobił patent nurka. Nie podobali mi się kierowcy wożący nas z lotniska i na lotnisko. Cały czas korzystali z telefonów, co przy prędkości 100km na godzinę raczej nie jest bezpieczne. Ogólnie z wakacji jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni :)
