Lobby przestronne z kanapami, które są mocno zużyte. Pokój jasny, przestronny. jedyne zastrzeżenie można mieć do wykończenia łazienki, które powodowało wrażenie że jest ona nieczysta. Stołówka - tu również dbałość o czystość stolików pozostawia sporo do życzenia, jedzenie raczej monotonne. Zewnętrzna część hotelu bardzo ładnie urządzona i zaplanowana.

Sam hotel czysty z zewnątrz jak i wewnątrz.W łazience pozatykane odpływy przy umywalce i prysznicu. Sejf uszkodzony. Pościel i ręczniki wymieniane przez pierwsze trzy dni, później już nie. Restauracja główna, a raczej bar szybkiej obsługi na bardzo niskim poziomie- kiepskie posiłki, wydzielane napoje, sery, wędliny,brak owoców (a to przecież sezon), samemu trzeba było udekorować swój stolik sztućcami i serwetkami i to brudnymi. Klubik dziecięcy nie działał, ponieważ wymyślono remont. Animacje żadne- Panowie nie wykrzesali z siebie nic dla dzieci ani dorosłych.Piszę rozgoryczona, ponieważ mam porównanie z pobytów w Marsa Alam - tam było cudownie. Tutaj obsługa hotelowa wszystko robiła beznamiętnie i traktowała swoją pracę jak zło konieczne.Jedyne co dopisało to słońce i ciepła woda w morzu, nic poza tym. Nawet Pani Rezydentka miała w nosie podopiecznych i też mam porównanie z Krety, gdzie byłam w czerwcu - ta kobieta pracowała z sercem i była prawdziwym opiekunem turystów. Naszą Panią widzieliśmy na zebraniu i kolejnych dyżurach. Kiedy próbowano o coś zapytać odwracała się plecami.Nawet nie była obecna przy naszym wyjedzie - taka ignorancja spotkała mnie pierwszy raz.

Całą moją ocenę obniża zdecydowanie brak odzieży(skradzionej z pokoju), który zauważyłem dopiero dziś po powrocie.Gdyby nie ten fakt opinia byłaby zdecydowanie wyższa.

Jedzenie wydzielane kotlet do bułki wkładany był jak na kolonii dziecinnej.12 razy byliśmy już w Egipcie to był nasz najgorszy hotel mnóstwo Rosjan którzy krzyczeli po korytarzach i na zewnątrz do 5 rano .Nie czułam się jak w inclusive zwłaszcza co do jedzenia bardzo mały wybór ,hotel oddalony na uboczu nie ma tam co robić zasługuje na 2 gwiazdki .NIE POLECAM JESTEM ZAWIEDZIONA .

Miłe wakacje, To klasyczne **** gwiazdki z tamtej strony Świata. Piękny i zadbany ogród, bardzo duża plaża, wiele basenów w tym jeden z podgrzewaną wodą. Hotel pomimo wielkości tworzy kameralną atmosferę i umożliwia prawdziwy Relax. Hotel uważam za czysty. Pokoje były sprzątane codziennie. W hotelu znajdują się liczne sklepy, w których można kupić art spożywcze, pamiątki, biżuterię etc. Obok hotelu znajduje się siostrzany hotel ( o nieco wyższym standardzie) - Festival le Jardin. W nim można korzystać z siłowni, basenów, dyskoteki. Tam też odbywają się animacje. Forma all inclusive na wysokim poziomie (jedzenie, alkohol, napoje itd.) Na plaży znajduje się centrum sportów wodnych z bogatą ofertą i atrakcyjnymi cenami. Goście to głównie Rosjanie, którzy nie silą się na rozmowę w innym języku niż ich własny. Zatem niemalże każdy z obsługi mówi po rosyjsku i angielsku. Polaków było niewielu, zatem każdy rozpoczynał z nami rozmowę po rosyjsku. Personel bardzo miły. Niemalże wszyscy mówią po angielsku i rosyjsku. Kilka osób zna troszkę niemiecki i polski. Pokój sprzątany był rzetelnie. Oczywiście w Egipcie mile widziane są napiwki, a my powinniśmy je dawać. Nie muszą to być wygórowane kwoty, a czasem wystarczy zwykły uśmiech. Większość gości tego hotelu ( nie tylko tego) zapomina a tym, że należy używać zwrotów grzecznościowych i traktuje obsługę fatalnie. Kiedy nie zapomina się o kulturze osobistej personel jest rewelacyjny! W odróżnieniu do kilku innych polaków nie miałam na co składać skarg i reklamacji. Aczkolwiek z tego co widziałam malkontentom zawsze udało się skutecznie wymusić różne rzeczy na hotelu. Mimo, iż ich skargi w 95% bywały absurdalne. Opieka ze strony Itaki na wysokim poziomie, jeśli dobrze pamiętam 4 dyżury rezydenta, który chętnie pomagał w załatwianiu wszelkich spraw:)
