Fantastyczna obsługa, wszyscy niezwykle uprzejmi i uśmiechnięci. Hotel bardzo zadbany, komfortowy, duże i gustownie urządzone pokoje, 3 baseny w tym jeden dostępny tylko dla dorosłych. Hotel ok 2km. od centrum Patong, darmowy bus hotelowy do centrum kursuje średnio co godzinę (do 22:30), kosz taxi ok 20-30 złotych. Bufet śniadaniowy bardzo urozmaicony - od opcji kontynentalnej, full-english po tajskie specjały. Pyszne gofry wypiekane na miejscu oraz świeże soki. Istotna uwaga odnośnie hotelu - duże różnice poziomów, sporo schodów i tylko 3 windy w całym kompleksie - może stanowić wyzwanie dla osób ograniczonych ruchowo / dzieci. Dwie plaże w okolicy - najładniejsza Freedom Beach, jedyny minus - kilkaset stopni do pokonania oraz Tri Trang Beach - 15 minut spacerem. Dojazd do miasta/plaży busem hotelowym| godziny odjazdów/przyjazdów ok. Baseny czyste. Jedzenie dobre tylko dla dorosłych (tylko a la carte, brak szwedzkiego stołu). Ubogie menu dla dzieci. Całkowity brak animacji dla dzieci i dorosłych. Jest co prawda klub dla dzieci, ale stoi pusty, bez opiekuna, nawet kredek i kolorowanek nie było. Obługa hotelowa wspaniała i uczynna (jak to w Tajlandii). Hotel polecany na spokojny wypoczynek. SPA ok.
