Hotel ogólnie bardzo ładny, ale dość daleko od plaży (dobre 15 minut piechotą) - sama lokalizacja nie jest zła, ale odległość do plaży była lekkim zaskoczeniem. Bardzo zimna woda w basenie uniemożliwiająca praktycznie korzystanie z tej atrakcji. Pomieszczenie z automatami do gier zamykane o 18:00, niektóre automaty zepsute. Sprzątanie pokoi raczej powierzchowne, niewymieniane ręczniki przez cały pobyt - w naszej opinii nie stanowiło to żadnego problemu ani nie obniżało jakości hotelu, jednak w porównaniu do wcześniej odwiedzanych hoteli była to rzecz odmienna. Ładne zadbane studia, ogród oraz duża powierzchnia całego kompleksu. Duże, ładne baseny. Miły personel.

Hotel skandaliczny. Zdjęcia nie oddają prawdy. Mój pobyt od 21.09.2013r. był koszmarem już w dniu zakwaterowania w pokoju. Mieścił się on w dobudówce hotelu obok pola. Strzeżcie się tych trzech pokoi w tej dobudówce !!!!. Do pokoi dochodzi smród z pola, jest w nich mnóstwo komarów, a zamiast widoku na basen jest widok na inne domy. W pokoju mnóstwo karaluchów i mrówek a obsługa hotelowa leniwa i nie miła dla Polaków. Na prośbę aby zdezynfekowali pokój nie było żadnego odzewu. Po interwencji rezydentki, ktoś z obsługi łaskawie zdezynfekował pokój i na specjalna prośbę pozmiatał wymarłe insekty. Hotel z mnóstwem Niemców jest jak oddział geriatryczny dla osób + 70 lat. Dla Niemców obsługa doskonała i miła a dla klientów biura podróży ITAKA skandaliczna. Co do jedzenia to zależy od smaków każdego z osobna, jest jednak monotonia a potrawy totalnie bez smaków. Właściciel i obsługa hotelu drwi z Polaków. Baseny duże i zadbane a woda czysta i codziennie dolewana. Gdyby nie wypożyczony skuter to totalna nuda dla młodych. Nieprawdą jest, że w okolicy są dyskoteki i można się zabawić. Są restauracje i puby ale bez zabaw. Jest za to dom publiczny reklamujący się bardzo aktywnie. Jednym słowem - kaplica - nie polecam.

Obsluga cudowna. Ludzie caly czas usmiechnieci. Jedzenie nie bylo zle. Ale bardzo monotonne, robione na glebokim tluszczu. Czasami mialo sie wrazenie , ze czesc potraw jest z resztek dnia poprzedniego. Zostalo za duzo ryzu i marchewki? To zrobimy potrawe w stylu ryz z marchewka, a dodamy jeszcze boczku do tego. Dla osob ktorzy nie jedza miesa, opcja srednia. Animacje? Jakie animacje. Zadnych nie bulo. Dowiedzialam sie ze jest za mala liczba dzieci by takie poprowadzic. Jesli chodzi o opcje all inclusive to jest totalna sciema. To, ze w trakcie dna, przysluguje mi kawalek ciasta miedzy godzina 16 a 17, oraz moge napic sie tylko:soku, kawy, herbaty, ozo i wina jest jakas okrojona wersja all in. Obsluga nie zrobi drinka, bo \'cos jest nie tak z alkoholem\'. Smiech na sali. Opcje all in zmienilabym na 3 posilki plus deser.

Większość dzieci zjadała tosty, frytki przez okres pobytu /brakowało pizzy, schabowego/ .Może dobrym rozwiązaniem jest wprowadzenie odrobiny kuchni polskiej jeżeli są na wyjeździe dzieci z Polski. Dla dorosłych posiłki smaczne. Miłą niespodzianką była niespodzianka urodzinowa dla dziecka.

Posiłki smaczne , ładnie podane , nie brakuje owoców i warzyw. Może trochę ubogie, zwłaszcza śniadania. Pokoje z wystarczającym wyposażeniem ( wygodne materace). Uwaga na komary!!!!!!

Plaża żwirek , woda czysta oddalona 1 km od hotelu ale busy hotelowe kursują codziennie. Lot trwa 2,30 minut. Fajne dwa baseny. Alkohole dobre w dużych ilościach podawane w szklankach oraz w plastikowych kubkach przy basenie. Fajne wycieczki lokalne -rejs statkiem.Temperatura 42 st w słońcu od rana. Duża wilgotność. Leżaki na plaży płatne 6 euro ale są miejsca gdzie do tego serwują kawę. W kawiarniach piwo 3 euro za to wi-fi darmo. Polecam pobyt w hotelu.
