Hotel w rzeczywistości znacząco odbiegał od opisów i zdjęć. 'Losowo' zażądano od nas depozytu w wysokości 100 euro, o czym wcześniej nas nie poinformowano, a także nie wyjaśniono dlaczego tylko niektórzy płacą taki depozyt. Ponad to, w pokoju znajdowały się KARALUCHY. Oczekiwania dotyczące kraju oraz miejscowości zostały spełnione. Nie jesteśmy jednak zadowoleni z rozbieżności dotyczących opisu oraz zdjęć hotelu.

Hotel jest niezbyt przyjemny. Lazienka zaplesniala i smierdzaca, jeden palnik kuchenki nir dzialal, strasznie brudna kratka wentylacyjna, trzy lozka dla dwoch osób co jest bardzo niewygodne i zagraca pokoj. Hotel bardzo stary i wymaga remontu. Brak parasoli przy lezakach. Obsluga bardzo mila. Ogolnie wakacje udane, pogoda super, wyspa piekna pod warunkiem ze wypozyczy sie samochod i pojedzie dalej. Sama PalmaNova i Magaluf nie sprzyjaja wypoczynkowi. To tandetne i halasliwe typowe nadmorskie kurorty. Komunikacja miejska do stolicy dziala bardzo dobrze. Hotelu nie polecam. Pokoje stare i smierdzace.

Śniadania serwowane w Lively Mallorca różnorodne i smaczne. Tylko kawa bardzo średnia. Obsługa pomocna, życzliwa. Duży Plus to, to że w hotelu mogą przebywać tylko osoby +18. W nocy trochę głośno, ale to imprezowa część Majorki, więc trzeba się z tym liczyć. Minusem jest brak wcześniejszej informacji biura podróży o wymaganym depozycie 100 e przy zameldowaniu. Pobyt uważam za bardzo udany. Majorka jest cudowna. Wakacje życia jak do tej pory! Jestem zakochana w Majorce i na pewno jeszcze tam wrócę.

Liczne atrakcje dla dzieci sporo restauracji i duży wybór jeśli chodzi o menu. Co ważne czysto i bezpiecznie.

Do wyboru jest dużo ciekawych wycieczek, dobrze zorganizowanych.Także na pewno nie będzie nudno! Jedne z najlepszych wakacji na których byłem, z pewnością przy wyborze następnych, wybiorę Itakę.

Jedynie do czego mogę mieć zastrzeżenia to wymaganie od hotelu podczas check-in wpłaty kaucji 100 EURO. Kaucja oczywiście została na koniec zwrócona, ale było to niespotykane.

Śniadanie przez 7 dni takie samo, ze zmianą 2 potraw i różne owoce, ale osoba wyrzucająca resztki jedzenia na środku sali do kosza, jako element zbierania naczyń, to słaby wygląd. Majorka-miejsce fajne, warto lecieć. Uwagi. Brak procedury na sytuacje, gdy część klientów nie otrzymała bagaży na lotnisku, więc za 40 euro musieliśmy wziąć taksówkę do hotelu. Hotel słaby, ale to wynik ceny, jakbyśmy zapłacili bez promocji, pewnie by to gorzej wyglądało, bo cena cennikowa jest za wysoka za tą jakość. Wykwaterowanie o 12, gdy wylot po północy - bardzo słabo to wyglądało. Wakacje poza przylotem i odlotem oraz hotelem organizowaliśmy sobie sami.

Odnowione tylko części wspólne, pokoje bardzo słabe, obsługa sprzątająca straszna głośna i niemiła efekt sprzątania niezauważalny, bardzooooooooooo głośno w hotelu. Dużym plusem lokalizacja blisko plaży. Brak wsparcia rezydenta w naszym przypadku nawet nie przedstawił wycieczek fakultatywnych. Miła obsługa tylko ze strony Itaki na lotnisku. Minusy hotelu i obsługi rezydenta były zrekompensowane urokami wyspy.

Tour of the island — the route of the tour leads through farm villages and cities of the fertile Es Pla plains in the direction of the Sierra de Tramuntana mountains. Further on mountainous hairpin roads to the Marian Sanctuary in Lluc - visiting the church of the Black Madonna. Then a drive with an impressive winding road with turns achieving even 180 degrees to Sa Calobra port on the west coast. The bay is also an estuary of the longest gorge on the island - Torrent de Pareis. During free time, walk through the rock tunnel to the picturesquely situated small beach called the Gates of Paradise. Boat cruise along the cliffs on the north coast of Majorca to the port Puerto de Soller. Ride on an historic, wooden tram to the charming town of Soller. Next, on the historic train through the famous Valley of the Oranges, mountain tunnels and groves of citrus trees to Palma, and on the way back to the hotel. The order of the tour may be changed. Palma and Valdemossa — drive to the south, towards the beautiful and cosmopolitan capital of Majorca located by the extensive Bahía de Palma Bay. A visit in Palma includes a stroll around the old city: La Seu Cathedral, Parc del Mar, the royal gardens of the Almudaina Palace, narrow streets and patios of merchant houses, the Town Hall, the vantage point at Castillo de Bellver Castle. Free time for shopping around Plaza Mayor, the main market of the city. Then passage through the mountains to a medieval village - Valldemossa, the place where in the winter of 1838 the Polish composer, Frederic Chopin, stayed together with the French writer George Sand. The Carthusian monastery, where the famous couple found refuge, is the most Polish accent in Majorca. For monastic aims, memorabilia has been exhibited documenting the presence of the Polish virtuoso on the island, among others. the piano on which Chopin composed the famous rain prelude. In free time a stroll through the narrow, cobbled streets of this picturesque town, and also the opportunity to try local liqueurs. Day trip. The Dragon Caves — drive through the picturesque tourist towns on the east coast of Majorca. The road leads to the fishing village of Porto Cristo, where in the vicinity the of the port French geologists discovered underground caves in the 19th century.
