Aphrodite knew well what she was doing when she emerged here from the sea foam. Cyprus is divine! Wonderful beaches, scenic Troodos mountains, fine wines, fascinating historical monuments, great fun and hospitable Cypriots create a picture of a dreamed-of holiday island. You can admire the charms of Cyprus all year round.

The great climate never lets tourists down. The pristine, warm sea makes for excellent conditions for watersports. Over 40 beaches are distinguished by the Blue Flag certificate. Areas further inland invite to walking and bicycle trips, there are beautiful villages here where time has stopped, you can admire exotic and rare species of plants, of which there are over one hundred in Cyprus.

LARNAKA – the third largest city in Cyprus in terms of size, an important tourist and port centre. In the heart of Larnaka there are remains of the ancient city-kingdom Kition from the 12th century B.C. This is also the place where St. Lazarus came to experience a "second" life, after he was resurrected. On Lazarus' grave a church was erected under his invocation. The Salt Lake nearby is a favourite spot of rest for thousands of birds that migrate in the winter, and on its shore is located the popular place for Muslim pilgrimages Hala Sultan Tekke. Along the beach that is covered in a dark sand there is a teeming-with-life, particularly at night, palm tree seaside boardwalk with numerous taverns, cafes, restaurants and shops. On the beach there are several watersport centres.

PROTARAS - a popular resort, not far from the well-known Ayia Napa, with many taverns, clubs and cafes. The most famous beaches are Fig Tree Bay, Pernera and Flamingo, sandy and well-maintained; there are also romantic and small beaches in the little bays. An ideal place for amateurs of snorkelling and enthusiasts of gorgeous landscapes. There is regular bus transport between Ayia Napa and Protaras.

Pilot: tourists are looked after by a Polish resident, whose tasks include help upon arrival, departure and stay, as well as registration for local trips.

Curium - Paphos - Aphrodite's Rock - the programme, full of mythological and archaeological attractions, begins with a tour of the ancient city-state Curium with its majestic theatre. Then inscribed on the UNESCO list, the picturesque town of Paphos with an archaeological park with mosaics and Pillory of St. Paul. In the programme also Petra tou Romiou - the birthplace of the goddess Aphrodite. A photo by the Rock of Aphrodite is obligatory souvenir from Cyprus! Free time in the port of Paphos. In the programme a beautiful cathedral of St. St. John cathedral (Agios Ioannis), where the long walls are covered with paintings of biblical themes that were created in the 18th century. A visit to the Leventis Museum, whose collections present the history of Cyprus. Then in the programme the cathedral of St. Sophia was built in the French Gothic style, converted by the Turks into a mosque and an ancient, powerful caravanserai Buyuk Han. Free time in the old part of Nicosia.
