4. DAY. JAMILA - CONSTANTINE (route: approx. 250 km)

7th DAY. SUBAJTILA - KAIROUAN (route: approx. 175 km)
Breakfast. Check out. Visiting the archaeological site of SUBAJTILA. Transfer to Kairouan - the fourth holy city of Islam. Founded in 670, it was a strategic point in the Arab conquest of North Africa and a great center of Muslim science and art. The rich architectural heritage of the city is under the patronage of UNESCO. A visit to the Grand Mosque - the oldest in North Africa, founded in 670, with a minaret resembling the tower of a Gothic castle. Then a visit to the beautifully decorated Sidi Sahbi mausoleum, also known as the Barber's Mosque, with colorful mosaics and openwork stucco.
