The vastness of the desert, fantastic rock formations carved over thousands of years, charming wadis and amazing monuments - it's time for an oriental adventure that will allow you to discover the most interesting places of beautiful Jordan and still mysterious Saudi Arabia. The program includes the famous Petra - the ancient city of the Nabataeans, Wadi Rum with a magnificent desert landscape and Al-Ula, a city and an oasis located on the caravan route, where you can admire the remains of houses and buildings to this day. 1. DAY. Meeting of participants at the airport. Direct flight to Taba. Transfer to the hotel with the all inclusive formula, accommodation, dinner, overnight.
2. DAY. AKABA Breakfast. Check out from the hotel. Transfer to the border. After completing the formalities, a ferry crossing to AKABA. Transfer to the hotel, accommodation, dinner, overnight.
3. DAY. PETRA - WADI RUM Breakfast. Check out. Transfer to PETRA - the city of Nabataeans, carved in the rock of over 2,000 years ago. The most famous monument of Jordan has been entered on the UNESCO list. The road to Petra, located on the caravan route between the Dead Sea and the Red Sea, follows the narrow Siq gorge. On its walls you can admire numerous bas-reliefs, chapels and the remains of systems supplying water to the city. At the exit of the gorge, you see a magnificent rock town. During the tour you can see: the treasury, the royal catacombs, the Roman theater, the Temenos Gate, the Djinn rocks, the statue of Niches, the Fasad Street, the tombs, the Great Temple and the Place of Sacrifice. Transfer to WADI RUM - a desert gorge captivating with one of the most beautiful desert landscapes in the world. Accommodation at the Wadi camp. Dinner, overnight.
4. DAY. TABUK - WADI AL DISAH Breakfast. Check out. For volunteers (for an extra charge on site): lasting approx. 2 hours. car safari, during which you can admire huge ocher-colored rock mountains, fantastically shaped by weather conditions. Transfer towards the border with Saudi Arabia. Crossing the border in Mudawwara. Transfer to WADI AL DISAH, which literally means the palm valley. Drive along a trail that includes sandstone terrain, red mountain ranges, blue springs and palm trees. This place surprises with calmness, silence and extremely clean air. Lunch at a local restaurant. Stop at the Gate of the Nabataeans. Transfer to the hotel in the area of TABUK - a city located in an oasis, at the foot of the Harrat al-Uwayrid mountains. Accommodation, overnight.
5. DAY. AL-ULA Breakfast. Check out. Transfer to AL-ULA - a city located in the desert among the Hijaz Mountains with palm and date groves. The city is identified with the biblical Dedan - a Jewish settlement known for the trade in myrrh and incense, located on a desert trade route. Visiting the old town, which is an archaeological site. Walk through the old narrow streets where life was bustling seven centuries ago, and today the remains of markets and intriguing buildings and mosques have been preserved. Transfer to the desert to the Elephant Rock - an amazing 52 m high elephant-shaped rock formation, created by the action of erosive forces of water and wind at the turn of millions of years. Transfer to the hotel, accommodation. Dinner, overnight.
6. HEGRA DAY Breakfast. Transfer to HEGRA - the ancient city with the most impressive relics of the past Nabataean civilization. The complex of 111 royal tombs with richly decorated facades has survived to this day. Transfer to the Maraya Concert Hall, the largest mirror building in the world, listed in the Guinness Book of Records. From the outside, the building is entirely covered with mirrors, reflecting the surrounding mountains and the desert landscape, which gives the impression of a mirage and makes it almost invisible. Return to the hotel, dinner, overnight.
7. TABA DAY Breakfast. Check out. Transfer towards the border with Jordan. Transfer to the port, ferry crossing to Taba. Transfer and accommodation at the hotel with the all inclusive formula, dinner, overnight.
8. DAY Breakfast. Check out. Free time (depending on departure time), transfer to the airport and direct flight to Poland. For people who extend their stay for rest: breakfast, check-out, transfer to the airport and transfer to the selected hotel.
