Hotel położony w bardzo dobrym miejscu, blisko kolejek gondolowych. Pokój (Suite Vanessa nr 219) bardzo wygodny, czystość i jakość sprzątania na wysokim poziomie. Dobra oferta all inclusive (m.in. piwo w butelkach, kawa z ekspresu, herbata, wino białe i czerwone do nalewania z butelek, wszystko dostępne w wyznaczonych godzinach bez ograniczeń). Wyżywienie dobre, aczkolwiek główne posiłki (kolacja) są do przyjęcia choć mogłyby być lepsze (byliśmy już w wielu hotelach w Austrii i na tym tle ten hotel wypada średnio). Brak tłumaczenia na język angielski. Pozostałe posiłki (śniadania, lunch, ciasto) są bardzo dobre. W cenie pobytu karta Sommer Card, która umożliwia korzystanie z kolejek gondolowych i lokalnych autobusów Blaue Linie, który łączy sąsiednie miejscowości. W samym Serfaus jest darmowa podziemna kolejka U-Bahn (metro). Cały pobyt oceniamy bardzo dobrze.
