Hotel umiejsciowiony jest w bardzo dobrym punkcie, blisko centrum, przy samym porcie. Widok z hotelu i z pokoju jest piękny- malownicze Miradouro do Pico do Facho i ocean rozpościera się z balkonu należącego do hotelowego pokoju. Czystość w hotelu jest na dobrym poziomie- niestety nie wszystkie miejsca są dobrze posprzątane. Jednym z największych minusów są brudne okna w pokoju hotelowym, które psują piękny widok. W pokojach brakuje także codziennego uzupełniania wody mineralnej, natomiast karty magnetyczne do pokoi rozmagnetyzowuja się co 2 dni. Wyżywienie w hotelu jest na niskim poziomie jeśli mowa o śniadaniach, bardzo maly wybór i brak uzupełniania rzeczy które się kończą... Na minus zasługuje także basen, przy którym znajduje się bar ale jest cały czas zamknięty mimo iż w ofercie był zaznaczony jak open. W hotelu znajdują się dwie windy lecz działa wyłącznie jedna. Ewidentnie, zauwazalne jest, iż w hotelu jest zbyt mało zalogi/ pracowników. Ogólnie obiekt oceniam na DOBRY, gdyż położenie obiektu, widok z okien zasługuje na najlepszą ocenę, lecz minusy związane z obsługą w hotelu, sprzątaniem czy też monotonnością jedzenia oraz ograniczona jego ilością są dość uciążliwe i powodują, iż ocena to tylko Dobry. Mimo wszystko polecam hotel i miejsce.
