Hotel czysty , zadbany i nowoczesny. Mankamentem jest fakt , że przydzielony pokój nie pokrywa się z opisem zamówionego. W pokoju nie było ekspresu do kawy, szlafroków i kapci. Personel w recepcji próbował nam wyjaśnić ,że nie mają wolnego wyposażenia dla naszego pokoju. Zasugerował , że możemy wymienić na studio premium za dopłatą 40 euro dziennie . Ostatecznie otrzymaliśmy pokój a po interwencji rezydenta ITAKI , pana Krzysztofa , doniesiono nam brakujące wyposażenie . Zaletą w pokoju są bardzo wygodne łóżka.

Świetny hotel - pokój czysty, estetyczny, nowoczesny, jasny i przestronny. W pokoju zestaw do kawy, herbaty, sztućce i talerze. Bezpłatne bardzo dobre wifi. Sauna, siłownia, podgrzewany wewnętrzny i zewnętrzny basen oraz SPA. Obługa pierwsza klasa. Już przy zameldowaniu personel wiedział, że nie jem glutenu. W restauracji dostałam chleb bezglutenowy. Otrzymałam informację o atrakcjach, mapę okolicy i zarezerwowałam bardzo ciekawą wycieczkę. Śniadania smaczne i w miarę różnorodne (prawdziwe jajka nie z proszku). Hotel blisko plaży (ok. 200m. do głównej promenady), niedaleko portu i parku archeologicznego. Pobyt oceniam jako bardzo udany i relaksujący. W skali od 1 do 10 polecam na 10

Poza pokojem hotel w nowoczesnym gustownym stylu. Obsługa bardzo miła. Animacji nie było, stąd ocena 1. Śniadania bardzo dobre, codziennie serwowane w 90% to samo, ale wybór wystarczający. Ogólne wrażenie dobre.

Obsługa hotelu sprawia,że przestajemy czuć się jak gość, a zaczynamy raczej jak członek cypryjskiej rodziny.
