Obsługa bardzo miła. Jedzenie dość dobre ale nie calkiem super. Pochwała za animacje szczegolnie dla dzieci. Leżaki i parasole przy basenie wymagają wymiany. Często połamane.

Hotel zbudowany jest w stylu nawiązującym do lokalnych wzorów, z basenu rozciąga się piękny widok na morze. Studia z aneksami kuchennymi są przestronne i wygodnie pomieszczą rodzinę. Pokoje czyste. Bogate i urozmaicone menu. Duży wybór drinków ,napoi niealkoholowych, kawa na ciepło i na zimno, lody, desery, owoce. Bar przy basenie serwujący przekąski w ciągu dnia od 10-17. Niedaleko hotelu znajduje się przystanek autobusowy 615 ,skąd można dojechać do plaży Coral Bay i pełnego zabytków Pafos. Niedaleko hotelu Eleni znajduje się plaża St.George Beach- publiczna, piaszczysto-żwirowa, łagodne zejście do morza, trzeba zabrać obuwie ochronne. Zwolennicy aktywnego spędzania czasu mogą zagrać w tenisa, rzutki ,bilard, codziennie animatorzy zapraszają do gimnastyki ( joga, aqua aerobic, piłka wodna) . Ogólnie hotel był okej, pokoje były czyste lecz łazienka wymagała by kompletnego remontu. Jedzenie było dobre w postaci szweckiego stołu, potrawy były dobrze przygotowane i dmaczne. Każdy zajdzie coś dla siebie. Obsługa w hotelu była miła i uczynna. Bardzo dobre również snack bar przy pasenie, który serwował przekąski i drinki oraz lody. Jeden minus to brak fajnej plaży, ta w pobliżu hotelu była taka średnia. Już lepsza plaża była w pobliżu hotelu Helion- Sandy Beach, spacerem około 10 minut promenadą. Na plaży jest piasek lecz w morzu są kamienie. Minusem są dość duże fale ale można spotkać serwerów. Rewelacyjna plaża jest natomiast Coral Bay Beach, plaża piasczysta i również morze. Woda błękit. Leżaki można zakupić za 7,5 Euro za cały dzień. Dojazd do plaży autobusem linii 615, który jeździ co 10 minut. Do przystanku z hotelu spacerkiem 3 minuty. Cena biletu to 1,5 Euro.
