Hotel bardzo stary, co widać gołym okiem. Był niby niedawno remontowany, ale ten remont ograniczał się chyba tylko do pomalowania ścian. Pokoje bardzo małe, dziwnie w nich pachnie, również widać, że leciwe. Wyżywienie na najwyższym poziomie, bardzo smaczne i jest go ogromna ilość. Obsługa hotelowa - zależy od osób. Niektórzy kelnerzy bardzo niemili, zwłaszcza ci, którzy mieli dużo pracy w restauracji w szczycie pory jedzenia. Nie wyrabiali się z przygotowaniem stolika dla kolejnych osób. Animacje? Jakby w ogóle ich nie było. Jedynie mini disco dla dzieci w jakiś sposób spełniło nasze oczekiwania - chociaż było wewnątrz, na śmierdzącej sali. Plazy także jakby nie było. Paseczek piasku trudno ją nazwać. Dookoła hotelu atrakcji prawie żadnych nie ma. Polozenie zmusza, aby wynająć auto czy podróżować taksówką lub komunikacją miejską. Stosunek jakości do ceny - stanowczo za duża cena do tego, co zastaliśmy. Komfort podróży samolotem oraz później transfer do hotelu i z - super.

Bardzo polecam wakacje w tym hotelu, jest czysto, pokoje sprzątane codziennie, obsługa bardzo miła, jedzenie pyszne. Leżaki można znaleźć o każdej godzinie bez problemu. Jedynym małym minusem są animacje, bardzo słabe ale nam akurat to nie przeszkadzało. Wakacje uważamy za bardzo udane i polecamy wszystkim ten hotel.

Hotel super. Jest starszy, ale jest bardzo czysto, codziennie sprzątane, pokój dobrze wyposażony. Obsluga hotelu super! Uśmiechnięci, życzliwi, cudówne podejscie do dzieci. Na terenie hotelu fajne zjezdzalnie i baseny z różna głębokością, dla każdego. Fajne miejsce z boku hotelu z leżakami i widokiem na morze, dla tych którzy chcą w ciszy, z daleka od basenu poczytać książkę. W środku budynku basen kryty, jacuzzi, siłownia, stół do pingponga. Jedzenie bardzo dobre, co zwraca uwagę stołówka przestronna , nigdy o żadnej godzinie się nie korkowało. W holach przepiękna roślinność w dużej ilości. Bardzo dobre polaczenie autobusami , odjazd spiod samego hotelu do portu w Pafos. Generalnie wszystko na plus, będziemy polecać.

Hotel niestety jest już stary i to widać i czuć. Przydałby się tam generalny remont. Niemniej jednak personel hotelu dba o czystość i o komfort gości co sprawia, że człowiek przestaje myśleć o tym, że obiekt jest już leciwy. Wszyscy są uśmiechnięci, pomocni i nie sprawiają wrażenia, że pracują "za karę". Baseny czyste, dość duże. Na plus zasługują dostępne w hotelu zjeżdżalnie wodne. Na minus - większość leżaków ok. 8:30 jest już "zarezerwowana" ręcznikiem. Jedzenie poprawne, czasem bardzo dobre, ale nigdy wybitne. Mało owoców morza co dziwi biorąc pod uwagę położenie wyspy na Morzu Śródziemnym.

Hotel czysty sprzątany cały czas, obsługa się bardzo stara ale pokoje są odremontowane nie dokładnie i niestety w niektórych pomieszczaniach czuć stęchliznę jak np w piwnicy, ręczniki plażowe wymieniane co 2 dni. Zajmowane leżaki od 6 rano hotel nad tym nie panuje, często zajęte leżaki na których przez cały dzień się nikt nie kładł. Jedzenie dobre, różnorodne. Napewno najlepszym atutem są zjeżdżalnie i ratownicy bardzo mili i przyjemnie nastawieni na dzieci.

Przemiła obsługa od samego początku do końca... poczucie humory i uśmiech to lubię:) Zawsze pomocni i uczynni. Codziennie czyszczone pokoje oraz cały obiekt codziennie z rana idealnie przygotowane. Pokój i hotel widać, że już ma ok 30 lat lecz cały czas jest dbanie i pielegnowanie. Plaża bardzo blisko - zaraz przy chotelu. Piasek jest lecz bardzo mało a zejście po schotkach od razu do morza gdzie współnie z dziećmi nurkowaliśmy i podziwialiśmy rybki i inne stworki w wodzie:) Woda do nurkowania idealna.

Ogólnodostępna część hotelu (lobby, jadalnia, baseny, bary) bardzo ładne, czyste, zadbane. Dużo atrakcji dla dzieci. Mile zaskoczyła nas obsługa, od samego wejścia do hotelu wszyscy bardzo uprzejmi, pomocni. Niestety część mieszkalna, korytarze i pokoje - ogromny minus. Stare pomieszczenia, widać, ze mają już swoje lata co psuje ogólne wrażenie o hotelu. Pokoje sprzątane codziennie, ale niestety mimo starań obsługi, jeśli coś jest stare i zniszczone to nawet najdokładniejsze sprzątanie nie pomoże. Ręczniki wymienne każdego dnia, jednak część z nich już dziurawa, potargana. Nie tego oczekujemy od 4 * hotelu. Wykupiliśmy pokój z widokiem na morze za dodatkową opłatą, a mimo to mieliśmy pokój z widokiem na basen główny. Zgłosiłam to na recepcji i otrzymałam informację, ze jeśli mocno wychylimy się w lewo to zobaczymy morze.… zaproponowali nam jednak inny pokój - dokładnie z tym samym widokiem Podobno wszystkie pokoje z bezpośrednim widokiem na morze były aktualnie zajęte. Itaka sprzedaje pokoje z widokiem na morze, niestety nie warte tej dopłaty! Spotkanie z rezydentem odbyło się dwa dni przed naszym wyjazdem, trochę kiepsko bo już zdążyliśmy się sami dowiedzieć wszystkich potrzebnych informacji Trzeba również wspomnieć o plaży, a właściwie jej braku. Do najbliższej w miarę ładnej plaży jest około godzina drogi pieszo. Plaże przy hotelu małe, brudne, kamieniste.

Hotel bardzo fajnie położony, do centrum Pafos zaledwie kilka kilometrów. Istnieje możliwość wypożyczenia auta w wypożyczalni w hotelu. Pyszne jedzenie. Obsługa hotelu bardzo dobra od serwisu sprzątającego, poprzez kelnerów, barmanów i animatorów. Jedna wskazówka dla zespołu animatorów, fajnie byłoby włączyć do repertuaru także polskie piosenki. Byłoby to miłe dla polskich gości, którzy stanowią duży procent odwiedzających.

Świetny hotel dla rodzin z dziećmi. Chyba większość osób w hotelu to rodziny z dziećmi. Głównie Brytyjczycy i Polacy (czerwiec/lipiec 2024). Hotel naprawdę z dobrym wyżywieniem - jedynie najsłabszy punkt to chyba plaża. Nie jest o plaża przyjazna dzieciom - kamienie, głębokość. Ale wiedzieliśmy o tym. Baseny w hotelu wynagradzają jednak brak plaży (szczególnie jak macie małe dzieci - zjeżdżalnie i mały basen 0.4m jest super). Hotel jest pierwszym hotelem rozpoczynającym "linię hotelową" do miasta - wieczorami dość spokojnie, nie ma imprez. Wieczorami na przeciwko hotelu pływają statki - z których słychać muzykę i jako dodatkowa atrakcja - prawie co wieczór był pokaz sztucznych ogni.

Pokoje i ich standard zdecydowanie do lekkiego odnowienia i odświeżenia względem całości, ale wszystko poza tym na bardzo dobrym poziomie - jedzenie, atrakcje dla dzieci, obsługa hotelowa, baseny, dostępność leżaków, otoczenie itd. Biorąc pod uwagę, że w pokoju spędza się najmniej czasu jest to raczej niezbyt duży dyskomfort. Dobre położenie względem komunikacji miejskiej w Pafos - przystanek przy hotelu i korzystanie z linii 611 pozwala w zasadzie na swobodny dojazd w każde atrakcyjnie turystycznie miejsce w okolicy.

Wakacje z były bardzo udane, Itaka jak również przy naszych wcześniejszych wyjazdach nie zawiodła. Opinie zamieszczone o hotelu na stronie również się sprawdziły. Hotel odnowiony (pozostało jeszcze kilka starych elementów jak korytarze czy drzwi w pokojach do wymiany), pokoje były bardzo komfortowe. Korzystaliśmy z oferty all inclusive, wiec każdy z nas mógł znaleźć coś dla siebie o każdej porze, niestety trochę zawiedliśmy się na śniadaniach: codziennie to samo, warzywa były chyba krojone dzień wcześniej bo były wyschnięte. To co mnie zaskoczyło to napisany numer pokoju na opasce all inclusive, uważam że to jest do zmiany, jakoś mało komfortowo i bezpiecznie się z tym czuliśmy, dlatego w miarę możliwości usunęliśmy napis. Numer pokoju był również przypięty do klucza zwykły klucz). Hotel bardzo dobrze usytuowany: blisko lotniska (samoloty w ogóle nie przeszkadzały, a można zaoszczędzić na czasie spędzonym na dojezdzie), obok hotelu przystanek autobusowy (za 2 euro dojazd do portu i deptaku Pafos), blisko sklepy i przepiękne miejsce na zachód słońca. Pokoje były codziennie "sprzatane", niestety tylko powierzchownie, bo przez cały tydzień nikt nie odkurzył czy nawet pozamiatał, za to ręczniki wymieniane co 2 dzień, również te na basenie. Baseny to ogromny atut hotelu, dla każdego coś dobrego, od najmniejszych po dorosłych, głębokości przystosowane dla wszystkich, wspaniale zjeżdżalnie. Obsługa bardzo pomocna i uprzejma.

Chociaż hotel ma swoje lata, pokoje są zadbane, odnowione i mimo że nie są za duże, zapewniają komfort. Jedzenie jest urozmaicone i smaczne. Niedaleko hotelu znajduje się piękny deptak, który prowadzi do portu w Pafos (spacerem ok 3,5km). Jedynymi minus to hałasy do późnych godzin wieczornych. Mieliśmy pokój z widokiem na morze położony nad barem w którym codziennie były występy. Przy pobycie z dwójką małych dzieci było to lekko uciążliwe.

Jestem zadowolona bardzo z pobytu i będę polecać zarówno Cypr jak i ten obiekt. Hotel w głównych częściach bardzo ładny, zadbany i czysty. Korytarze, pokoje przynajmniej w tej części w której byłam potrzebują delikatnego remontu, ale czysto więc nie ma co narzekać. Jedzenie pyszne i różnorodne jeśli chodzi o kolacje/obiady. Każdy z nas znalazł coś dla siebie. Do tego jedzenie dostępne cały dzień. Obsługa miła, czy to w restauracji czy przy basenie zaraz sprzątali naczynia. Plaży przy samym hotelu brak natomiast 250m dalej była wyznaczona dla nas więc to nie problem żeby dojść. Natomiast przy hotelu wzdłuż wybrzeża leżaki gdzie można było podziwiać piękne widoki. Przy samym hotelu przystanek autobusowy, więc dostać się do miast nie było problemu.

Hotel polecam serdecznie. Przylecieliśmy koło północy - każdy dostał torbę z jedzeniem i napojami. Na pierwszy rzut oka pokoje i łazienka nie były zachwycające ze względu na niewielkie rozmiary i nieco już starą łazienkę z wanną i prysznicem 2w1. Jednak na drugi dzień cześć wspólna hotelu wraz z dobrym jedzeniem sprawiła, że wyjazd był bardzo udany. Obsługa na bardzo wysokim poziomie - wieczorami kelnerzy sami przynosili drinki do stolików :) wszyscy byli bardzo mili. Pokoje sprzątane wg życzenia. Na terenie obiektu dużo dostępnych leżaków (byliśmy w maju więc może to nie był szczyt sezonu).
