Hotel ma swoje lata, ale mimo to widać, że pracownicy starają się żeby pobyt był jak najlepszy. Pokój był przestronny z widokiem na basen i morze. Jedzenie było bardzo dobre, codziennie duży wybór. Można było również skorzystać z restauracji a'la carte, w której jedzenie nie odbiegało od tego serwowanego w restauracji głównej. Nie korzystaliśmy z wielu animacji, ale widzieliśmy, że trochę się działo, animatorzy to fajni młodzi ludzie z różnych stron świata. Położenie hotelu nad pięknym morzem oraz wśród pustyni. Okolica kiepska, więc nie było wielu atrakcji w niedalekiej odległości, ale można było skorzystać z wycieczek w dalsze rejony Egiptu, lub w rejsy po morzu. Z plaży można było przejść podestem na piękną rafę koralową, z różnymi gatunkami żyjątek. Nad basenem oraz na plaży chodziło dużo osób, chcących zaprosić do zakupu różnych rzeczy/atrakcji, większość z nich była naprawdę miła. W Egipcie jest to normalne, jednak możne to po jakimś czasie być trochę męczące.

Fitness w w wodzie świetna sprawa.Hotel rochę leciwy więc zdarzają się awarie ale są natychmiast są naprawiane s goście przenoszeni do innego (leszego ,) pokoju. Ocena 5 (skala 1-6) Jedzenie: Smaczne, średnio zróżnicowane. AllInclusive nie obejmuje wszystkiego - owoce płatne dodatkowo, świeże soki płatne dodatkowo, alkohol inny niż miejscowy płatny dodatkwo. Ocena 3 (skala 1-6) - za masę wyłączeń z AllInclusive. Hotel z dużą recepcją z pięknym widokiem, z dużą obsługą władającą wieloma językami. Oczywiście kuszenie na wyższy standard za dodatkową dopłatą ale nie nachalnie. Zdziwiliśmy się tylko, że all inclusive, 5* a internet trzeba sobie kupić. Na szczęście 20 euro nie jest wygórowaną kwotą. Pokoje duże, przestronne, szafy na ubrania wiszące, półki, sejf, telewizor, klimatyzacja. Każdy balkon ze stolikiem i dwoma krzesłami. Obsługa bardzo chętna do pomocy, nie nachalna. Wszędzie widoczne serwisy sprzątające. Kids club, codzienne aktywności w wodzie, tańce, joga a wieczorem kids disco i animacje dla dorosłych. Animatorzy młodzi z humorem skutecznie zachęcali do ruchu w basenie lub na trawie. Raj dla kite-owców. snorkowców i pływających z butlą. Oglądanie bogatej faunay to obowiązkowy punkt spacerów po molo. Najczęściej o 22 zapadała cisza nocna, nie było niepokojów nocnych. 5 zjeżdżalni zapewniało rozrywkę dzieciom. W przypadku komarów wydymianie pokoju przez serwis hotelowy skutecznie załatwiało problem. Wyżywienie super, urozmaicone, dla każdego coś pysznego. Dla poszukiwaczy smaków egipskich i dla smakoszy kontynentalnych. Do 3 głównych posiłków można było np zaserwować sobie pieczywo drożdżowe pieczona na oczach klientów w piecu na zewnątrz. Dla dzieci wydzielona sala z dziecięcym menu i telewizorem, bo niektórym pociechom filmiki były nieodzowne do konsumpcji. Serwis sprzątający na bieżąco, pytający o drinki. Grill na zewnątrz z wieloma przysmakami miejscowymi a rano serwujący naleśniki i gofry. Mocna strona to ciasta i ciasteczka, malutkie dzieła sztuki, galaretki, musy, torty. Mnóstwo owoców, najbardziej smakowały nam soczyste jabłka, soczyste pomarańcze, daktyle i namoczone śliwki suszone, przydatne w trawieniu. Bar przy plaży zapewniał też ciepłe posiłki bez konieczności wracania do restauracji głównej i tym samym zmiany ubiory na mniej plażowy.

Witam. Ponieważ co roku wyjeżdżam do Egiptu mogę porównać hotel Casta Mare Resort przez pryzmat innych hoteli (szczególnie położonych w Marsa Alam). Jeżeli chodzi o czystość - nie mam żadnych zastrzeżeń (szczególnie jeżeli zostawi się na łóżku 1 dolara to pracownik jeszcze bardziej się stara). Obsługa w restauracji również bez zastrzeżeń - i nie wymuszają napiwków. Bardzo podobała mi się siłownia - czysto, dobry sprzęt, woda do picia. Obsługa na plaży również zasługuje na pochwałę - pomoc przy ustawianiu leżaków, zbieranie naczyń itp. Ogólnie oceniam hotel na piątkę.

Hotel wygląda jak sprzed 20 lat, ale to w ogóle nie stanowi żadnego problemu. Personel dwoi się i trój, aby zachować czystość przy basenie, toaletach wspólnych oraz przy stolikach i wychodzi to z bardzo dobrym skutkiem. Same pokoje czyste i przestronne. Przechodząc do tematu samej łazienki, to widać jej eksploatację, ale poza typowo zmęczonymi fugami czy silikonami jest bardzo czysto. Obsługa pokojowa dbała o porządek w pokojach ścieląc łóżka codziennie, wymieniając ręczniki z poczuciem humoru i kreatywnym ich układaniem :). Personel przy barach bardzo miły i posługujący się wieloma językami. Na minus oceniłbym jedynie poziom animacji wieczornych z pójściem na łatwiznę w postaci zapraszania zespołów tanecznych zamiast większej interakcji z gośćmi. Ta część pobytu była nudna i zachęcała do powrotu do pokoju. Sama aktywność animatorów w ciągu dnia była również dość ograniczona i mało spontaniczna. UWAGA, w kwietniu w tym rejonie jest sporo komarów, które atakowały na plaży oraz co gorsze było ich pełno w pokoju, ale to nie wina hotelu :) Trzeba się na to przygotować! Odradzam również zakupy w przyhotelowych sklepikach, zdecydowanie taniej wychodzi szukać pamiątek w sklepach na lotnisku. (Rodzina 2+2)

Co do czystości nie mam zastrzeżeń, dziennie sprzątane pokoje, plaża czyściutka, duża. Baseny czyste co wieczór odkurzacz chodził. Dużo kontroli czystości , sprawdzanie temperatur potraw na stołówce . Mimo wiekowego hotelu na bieżąco go odnawiają. Co do personelu jak ktoś jest jormalny, miły dostaje to spowrotem. Polecam.

Pobyt w hotelu Casa Mare Resort był naprawdę udany. Na szczególne wyróżnienie zasługuje bardzo miła i pomocna obsługa, a w szczególności Mohamed […] – niezwykle życzliwy i uprzejmy człowiek, zawsze gotowy do pomocy. Hotel oferuje wygodne i czyste pokoje, które codziennie były starannie sprzątane. Na duży plus zasługuje również kuchnia – jedzenie było bardzo smaczne, urozmaicone, z wyraźnymi akcentami kuchni europejskiej, w tym także polskiej, co było miłym zaskoczeniem. Hotel oferuje również dodatkowe atrakcje jak jazda konna, SPA, siłownia. Można również skorzystać ze specjalnej, romantycznej kolacji nad brzegiem morza, delektować się wyśmienitymi owocami morza oraz smakować oryginalne wina pochodzące z egipskich winnic. Zdecydowanie polecam ten hotel i z chęcią wrócimy tam ponownie.
