Hotel położony na bardzo rozległym terenie - bardzo dużo miejsc do chodzenia, ale jeśli ktoś nie jest fanem spacerowania to po terenie całego hotelu jeździ bus oraz kolejka, można również skorzystać z rowerów. W części hotelu wciąż odbywa się remont, ale absolutnie nie wpływa on na komfort wakacji. Prace często odbywają się w nocy, aby nie przeszkadzać gościom hotelu. Obsługa hotelu fantastyczna, zwłaszcza dla dzieci. Przemili ludzie, nie oczekujący na każdym kroku napiwków. Animacje też w porządku, my korzystaliśmy głównie z wieczornych, ale w ciągu całego dnia też się coś działo. Hotel posiada ogromną ilość basenów (część z nich podgrzewana), myślę że jak się chce to można znaleźć sobie prywatny basen dla siebie. Aquapark z dużą ilością zjeżdżalni, odpowiednie zarówno dla dzieci jak i dorosłych (w części dla dzieci podgrzewana woda). Jedzenie i drinki jak na standardy arabskie w porządku. Jest kilka restauracji na terenie hotelu, więc każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie. Są również liczne bary, niektóre to wręcz kluby ;) Jest również małe centrum handlowe oraz apteka po wyjściu z hotelu (na drugiej stronie ulicy), można zgłosić w recepcji i zawiozą meleksem. Byłam już w wielu hotelach, ale ten jako pierwszy zrobił na mnie takie wrażenie, tak że nie chciało mi się wracać do domu. Dwójka dzieci (4 i 7 lat) również zachwyceni i już pytają, kiedy wracamy.

Fantastyczny hotel dla rodzin z dziećmi. W sezonie zimowym 3 baseny podgrzewane, łącznie z mini aquaparkiem. Fenomenalna obsługa, pokoje przestronne i czyste (codziennie sprzątane oraz wymieniane ręczniki). Jedzenie bardzo urozmaicone, duża ilość restauracji. Każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie. Codziennie mini disco dla dzieci oraz inne atrakcje dla dorosłych. Plaża świetna, bardzo duża ilość leżaków, wszędzie dostępne dodatkowe ręczniki. Bardzo duża ilość drinków (alkoholowych i bezalkoholowych), napoje oryginalne typu cola, sprite, fanta. Wakacje zdecydowanie przekroczyły nasze oczekiwania.

Wypoczywaliśmy w marcu 2024. Transfer z lotniska do hotelu trwa około 50 minut. Wspaniała obsługa, bardzo miła i pomocna, kelnerzy są przy tobie kiedy potrzeba. Obiekt, pokoje, restauracje są bardzo czyste. Obiekt jest tak duży że spacery po dobrych i obwitych posiłkach jest wskazany. Po obiekcie jeździ mini autobus i kto nie ma siły chodzić dowozi za darmo. Długa promenada przy plaży zachęca do spacerów, wieczorami pięknie oświetlona wraz z palmami. Wifi w całym obiekcie jest w cenie, bardzo dobry zasięg i transfer. Spokojnie można oglądać filmy nawet w godzinach szczytu. Jedzenie od 5.00 do 24.00 w kilku restauracjach i snack barach. Bar przy każdym basenie, których jest bardzo dużo. Kilka barów na plaży. Kelnerzy donoszą do leżaka drinki i napoje. Na obiekcie jest klika sklepów.

Hotel to małe miasteczko, czas dojazdu z lotniska to ok 40 minut. Ogromny obszar więc każdy znajdzie miejsce dla siebie. Dużym plusem jest busik hotelowy kursujący po obiekcie. Czystość na 6, godnym podziwu było sprzątanie po burzy piaskowej, które zajęło dosłownie jeden wieczór. Obsługa miła i pomocna. Pokoje przestrzenne. Jedzenie bardzo smaczne, różnorodne. W El Khan Restaurant można spróbować miejscowych potraw serwowanych na kolację. Natomiast największy wybór dań obiadowych jest w restauracji Soprano. Jedynym minusem wyjazdu były komary, które wieczorami się ujawniały i gryzły, więc warto na wyjazd zabrać środki ochronne. Hotel godny polecenia.

Hotel jest piękny, pejzaży są superowe. Wyżywienie jest w miarę dobre (jak zawsze na all inclusive - mamy rybę, mięso, kurczaka codziennie) głodnych nie było. Dużo restauracji zawsze są wolne miejsca. Alkohol spoko - jakość dobra. Dostępny są koktajle, whisky, wódka,wino,piwo. Pokoje są nie nowe, ale stan bardzo dobry. Wszystko działa (ale u nas w pokoju byłą klimatyzacja bez pilota), TV - 65 chyba są polskie kanały. Basenów na terenie hotelu bardzo dużo. Plaża jest ogromna, długa, komfortową - wyjście do wody jest łagodne, płytkie. Woda przezroczysta. Rybki są przy plaży nie trzeba iść na głębokość. Widoki przepiękne. Są bary i koktajle na plaży - i nie trzeba chodzić są kelnerzy.

Bardzo przyjemne wakacje. Ja jestem zadowolona z rodziną. Mogłoby być więcej atrakcji pod wieczór jak już jest chłodno, ciemno i baseny zamykają o 17. Poza tym małym szczegółem jest ok. Pokoje czyste, jedzenie pyszne. Baseny podgrzewane tylko kilka. Rafa na terenie hotelu, nie trzeba dodatkowo brać wycieczek. Obsługa hotelu wyjątkowo uprzejma. Oczywiście znaczniej bardziej po otrzymaniu małego bakszyszu. Są tak uprzejmi, że nawet często podchodzą i pytają czy nie chcesz rozmienić gotówki, żeby dawać im napiwki haha Proszę nie zapomnieć butów do pływania bo dno morza bywa kamieniste. Ale w butach to kompletnie nie przeszkadza. Na plaży jest piasek, do tego leżaki, parasole, bary, a kelnerzy przychodzą nawet do leżaków i przynoszą drinki;)

Hotel położony na rozległym terenie, który jest zadbany. Codziennie można spędzać czas w innej części hotelu. Nasz pokój był bardzo czyściutki i sprzątany każdego dnia (niezależnie od przysłowiowego dolara). Choć mieliśmy wykupioną opcję standard to otrzymaliśmy pokój z widokiem na morze co bardzo mnie ucieszyło. Można podziwiać rafę schodząc do wody z pomostu - niestety zbyt zimna woda (jak dla mnie) i wysokie fale uniemożliwiły nam to (no ale to nie jest wina hotelu). Na jednej z plaż zamieszkuje mnóstwo małych krabów, które podczas swoich wędrówek sprawiają jakby plaża ożywała. Co do jedzenia, to jest bardzo urozmaicone i każdy powinien znaleźć coś dla siebie w jednej z licznych restauracji przez cały dzień. Smaki egipskie, choć nieco zbliżone do kuchni europejskiej. Nam się nawet trafiły grillowane krewetki - przepyyyszne :) Na całym terenie jest niezliczona ilość basenów, akurat my korzystaliśmy z podgrzewanego przy tarasie lobby. Ilość leżaków wystarczająca. Obsługa jest przesympatyczna i skora do pomocy w każdym momencie. Nie są nachalni, ale w grzeczny sposób pytają czy wszystko w porządku. Stan toalet ogólnodostępnych mnie zszokował, ponieważ w żadnym innym egipskim hotelu nie spotkałam się z taką dbałością o czystość. MEGA! Jak dla mnie to najlepszy hotel w Egipcie w jakim byłam.
