Hotel cały czas w budowie. Nie spełnia warunków do wypoczynku. Zdjęcia na stronie hotelu wprowadzają w błąd potencjalnych chętnych na przyjazd. Jedzenie niesmaczne i nieświeże, źle wyglądające. Brak animacji. Brak kąpieliska. Wejście do wody jest bardzo kamieniste. Po kolacji jedyna atrakcja to bar przy basenie na wolnym powietrzu, co odstrasza nawet najbardziej wytrwałych ze względu na komary i muchy, swąd spalanych śmieci budowlanych, szczególnie plastiku i gumy. Na stołówce chmara much, które co chwila topią się w napojach. Brak podgrzewanego basenu. Od godziny 6 rano hałas z placu budowy. Recepcja tymczasowa. Oferta niezgodna ze stanem faktycznym. Do użytku oddana tylko 1 restauracja i 2 bary, przy czym bar przy plaży wykorzystywany jako a la carte. Brak jakichkolwiek rekreacji sportowych. Wszystko w budowie. Podczas naszego pobytu, poza niedużymi palmami okrytymi słomą nasadzane jest zieleń. Brak sygnału tv i wciąż naprawiana klimatyzacja. Kelner obsługujący gości na plaży obsługiwał tylko wybranych. Częste kłótnie pomiędzy kelnerami. Pobyt oceniamy bardzo negatywnie. Zamiast wypoczynku przeżyliśmy traumę. Nadmieniam, że był to nasz 20 pobyt w Egipcie i nigdy nie spotkaliśmy się z taką sytuacją.

Hotel otwarty w tym roku i mimo wstępnych obaw, czy wszystko będzie ok, to teraz mogę śmiało stwierdzić, że był to strzał w dziesiątkę! Najlepszy wybór! Przepiękny hotel, wspaniale pokoje, jedzenie przepyszne, a obsługa zawsze gotowa do pomocy, uśmiechnięta, miła i życzliwa. Zapamiętują gości, co sprawia, że czujesz się wyjątkowo :) Kolorystyka hotelu i pokoi totalnie odbiega od innych hoteli: zachowany w bardzo eleganckim klimacie, bez zbędnego przepychu i miliona kolorów. Pokoje sprzątane codziennie. Codziennie do pokoju dostarczana jest duza butelka wody, kawa, herbata itp. Jedzenie przepyszne, różnorodne. Są dania, które się powtarzają ale są też wprowadzane nowe dania, dzięki czemu można codziennie zajadać się czymś innym. Higiena na najwyższym poziomie. Piękna plaża - można spokojnie chodzić boso, bez specjalnego obuwia. Nieco dalej brzegu możliwość podziwiania raf i snorklingu. Jestem ogromnie ciekawa, jak hotel będzie wyglądał za np 1-2 lata, kiedy wszystkie rośliny urosną i miejsce zdecydowanie nabierze klimatu oazy. Myślę że z chęcią wrócę w to miejsce :)

Hotel bardzo czysty, wyżywienie dobre, pokój ogromny, czysty, ładny, plaża blisko, szeroka, można spacerować. Hotel nowy, otwarty w marcu 2024r. Byliśmy pierwszymi gośćmi. Oferta zamieszczona na stronie ITAKI bardzo szeroka, nie miała odzwierciedlenia w rzeczywistości. Przede wszystkim część obiektu jeszcze nie oddana do użytku, wręcz w budowie. Czynna tylko jedna restauracja, gości 10 osób, więc nie było mowy o bufecie. Brak pomostu, który był w ofercie, wykończono tylko część basenów, ale i tak są wielkie. Obsługa na najwyższym poziomie, bardzo się starali, aby zrekompensować niedogodności wynikające z różnicy między ofertą a rzeczywistością. Zamiast animacji wspólne kolacje (dla wszystkich 10 gości). Polecam pokoje w bungalowach, dużo bliżej plaży, ładniejsze, większe, wręcz komfortowe.

Paradise beach - Sharm El Luli — snorkeling on one of the most beautiful beaches of Marsa Alam. The paradise coast, part of Wadi El Gamal National Park, featuring the extraordinary coral reef, is a place where tourist boats do not anchor, and the fish swim up with interest to say hello.
