Hotel ma swoje lata świetności już za sobą, co widać w szczególności w pokoju hotelowym oraz restauracji. Jedzenie bardzo smaczne, każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie. Obsługa bardzo miła, sympatyczna. Nie oszczędzaliśmy na napiwkach, ale myślę, że i bez tego mielibyśmy podobne odczucia. Baseny, plaża super. Animacje słabe, ale nie dla nich człowiek przecież jeździ na wakacje... Otoczenie wokół hotelu czyste, zadbane. Cały obiekt usytuowany na środku pustyni, więc nie ma mowy o jakimkolwiek spacerze.

Hotel przyzwoity, jeżeli chodzi o warunki i jedzenie (choć to mogło by być bardziej urozmaicone). Bardzo blisko hotelu znajduje się niezła plaża z długim pomostem prowadzący do przepięknej rafy koralowej. Naszym subiektywnym zdaniem ta rafa była nawet łądniejsza, niż rafy na które pojechaliśmy wykupując wycieczki fakultatywne. Hotel idealny dla rodzin z dziećmi - duża swoboda dla dzieci, bezpieczne baseny, duże zjeżdżalnie.

Hotel ma swoją świetność dawno już za sobą. Pościel stara zżółknięta, materace na łóżkach ( dostawka ) twarde, spanie jak na betonie, ręczniki plażowe stare poszarpane wyglądające jakby wzięte ze śmietnika, leżaki na plaży drewniane połamane na niektórych brak możliwości podniesienia oparcia. Wieczorem po plaży zauważyliśmy biegające szczury. Obsługa zaraz po przyjeździe namówiła nas na tzw. PAKIET VIP za 70 $ za osobę, 3 osoby ( jedna niepełnoletnia 16 lat ) po 70$ = 210 $ które w praktyce nic nie dają, nawet wodę 16 latkowi nie dali bo nie pełnoletni. Chcąc otrzymać wodę musisz podpisać kwit. Nie można ufać obsłudze bo piszą co innego i mówią co innego, później przy końcowym rozliczeniu wychodzi dużo więcej do zapłacenia. Odniosłem wrażenie, że za chwilę ktoś podejdzie z obsługi i zażyczy sobie podpisania kwitu i opłaty za oddychanie lub chodzenie po piasku Można by było wyliczać dużo więcej ale szkoda czasu. Podsumowując: nie jestem zadowolony z pobytu i nie polecam hotelu nikomu. Byliśmy końcem listopada w CASA BLU ( hotel obok ) to jest jak dzień do nocy.

Otoczenie hotelu bardzo ładne i zadbane, na żywo wygląda to nawet lepiej niż na zdjęciach w ofercie. Pokoje w porządku - chociaż raczej w standardzie 3 gwiazdkowym niż 5 - przydałoby się odnowienie łazienek. Bardzo czysto, codziennie sprzątane i wymieniane ręczniki oraz dokładane kosmetyki. Zapłaciliśmy za pokój z widokiem na morze - a tymczasem dostaliśmy pokój w budynku co prawda najbliżej morza, ale na parterze - i tutaj jestesmy rozczarowani, bo zapłaciliśmy za to kupując wycieczkę dodatkowe 300 zł - tymczasem morze było widać co najwyżej stojąc na trasie na palcach (na miejscu dodatkowo okazało się, że płacąc ekstra 70 dolarów od osoby można sobie wybrać pokój+ dochodziło do tego szereg innych benefitow typu internet który nie jest darmowy chociaż tak pisze w ofercie, świeżo wyciskane soki itd). Jedzenie monotonne, ale bardzo smaczne. Rafa dostępna niestety dopiero z pomostu i od razu wchodzi się na sporą głębię. Na terenie hotelu można kupić wycieczki fakultatywne (tańsze niż u rezydenta) i internet mobilny (na lotnisku wychodziło taniej). Uważać na kelnerów rozdających drinki i soki na plaży i przy basenie - były dodatkowo płatne. Animacje nas nie interesowały, ale widywaliśmy lepsze. Podsumowując - w tej cenie hotel naprawdę warty uwagi ;)

Jest też stoisko Vodafone z kartami przed głowną restauracją. Na plaży bar z możliwością zjedzenia dobrych obiadów typu pizza, burger,sharma. B.dużo obsługi.Długie,700m molo z którego wyłącznie na końcu można dostać się na fajną rafę . W połowie długości możliwość zejścia do wody o głebokosci ok 1,5m.duże pływy morskie . Podczas odpływu można brodzić w wodzie 5 cm na odległość ok 300m . Ładnie ogląda się kolorowe kity serferów z pufów plażowej knajpki. Duży wybór potraw w tym grillowane kofty,miejscowe potrawy,ryby,kurczaki. W pokoju codziennie 1l wody w 2 butelkach ale wodę w każdym barze możesz sobie dowolnie pobierać do butelek. Drinki , soki, lód z wody zdatnej do picia. Woda gazowana dostępna jako "soda".

Dla osób, które potrzebują spokoju niekoniecznie się nada, z uwagi na obecność dużej ilości dzieci. Przepiękna zadbana zieleń wokół hotelu, czyste i duże baseny, w tym część z podgrzewaną wodą.

Zła obsługa na recepcji na początku zaproponowano 140$ dolarów dopłaty -nie wyraziliśmy zgody to otrzymaliśmy pokój 2 osobowy w apartamencie 4 osobowym z innymi ludźmi brak prywatności .Nasz przypadek nie był jedyny było wiele takich przypadków obiecano ,że jutro coś znajdą, ale tak nie było. Taki incydent może popsuć cały pobyt na wakacjach ludzie potrzebują intymności a nie ,żeby ktoś chodził po jego pokoju np. do łazienki lub brać prysznic . Ogólnie hotel bardzo fajny i i naprawdę, gdyby nie ten szczegół to była by najwyższa ocena. Polecam dla 4 osobowych rodzin.
