Hotel zadbany, pokoje duże codziennie sprzątane, zieleń wokół hotelu pielęgnowana. Jedzenie dobre, szczególnie kolacje. Pracownicy hotelu mili, uśmiechnięci i pomocni. Plaża czysta z dużą ilością leżaków, morze rewelacyjne, niestety przy dużych wiatrach pomost zamknięty. Dwa duże baseny z barami, w jednym animacje., dwa kolejne bez muzyki i barów, dla lubiących ciszę. Do tego basen ze zjeżdżalniami i wodnym placem zabaw dla dzieci. Część leżaków przy basenie trochę "zmęczona" ale widać że poprawiają infrastrukturę, na głównym basenie zamontowali metalowe pergole. Polecam hotel, spełnił wszystkie oczekiwania. Transport z lotniska do hotelu to około godzina. Terem jest rozległy, zielony , bardzo ładnie zagospodarowany est kilka basenów - gdzie spokojnie można znaleźć leżaki, na plaży także nie było problemu z wolnymi leżakami nawet w ciągu dnia. Pracownicy są bardzo mili i pomocni. Animatorzy zapewniają zajęcia w ciągu dnia na basenach i na plaży wieczorami też zawsze były jakieś atrakcje, więc nie można się nudzić. Pokój duży, przestrony, czysty , bardzo wygodne łóżka, codziennie sprzątany, łazienka duża z wanną oraz prysznicem. Codziennie uzupełniania woda w butelkach w pokoju, dostępna także w restauracji i barach. Co do restauracji głównej jedzenie było smaczne i różnorodne - śniadania monotonne, ale zawsze do wyboru były potrawy na słono i słodko, więc można się najeść, na obiad i kolację bardzo duży wybór mięs, zawsze były też potrawy z owocami morza oraz ryby - bardzo smaczne. W barach bardzo dobre soki oraz drinki. Polecam jeśli ktoś chce wypocząć w wygodnych warunkach oraz mieć dostęp do rafy blisko brzegu oraz centrum nurkowego, które jest na plaży.

Hotel położony blisko lotniska (30 min transfer). Bezpośrednio z własną piaszczystą plażą i molo do snorkelingu wśród rafy koralowej. Dookoła tylko pustynia , ale w hotelu jest co robic i można sie zrelaksować. Kilka mniejszych basenów oraz jeden główny o fajnej strukturze z rwącą rzeką dookoła. Dostępne leżaki , które powinni trochę wymienić. Parasole przy każdym leżaku. Basen dla dzieci wraz z zjeżdżalniami. Dodatkowo niektóre pokoje mają małe prywatne baseny. Wszystko przestrzenne wśród egzotycznych kwiatów i ptaków. Pokoje czyste jak na dany standard, lecz ze względu na czas hotelu powinny być lekko wyremontowane. Klimatyzacja wystarczająca , lecz lekki minus jej braku w toalecie. Ogólnie standardowo, idealne do wypoczynku , lecz bez szału. Dostępne jest wi-fi , które dobrze działa oraz Tv z polskimi programami muzycznymi i informacyjnymi. Główna restauracja zadbana , chodzili i na bierząco sprzątała obsługa. Jedzenie na plus , głównie dania Orientalne/arabskie, natomiast europejskie na minus. Siłownia nie zgodna z opisem i zdjęciami , praktycznie siłownia jest nie do użytku. Korty sportowe prosperują oraz darmowy tenis stołowy. Strefa Spa wyglądała na lekko opuszczona. Bary drinkowe znajdują się nad basenami , w których alkohol był okropny , lokalny , nie dla Polaków Inne na tarasie i w lobby bar , które były eleganckie i czystsze. Znalezienie „snack baru” zajęło nam 3 dni Ze względu na brak informacje i dezinformacje przez obsługę, lecz nie było warto , bo nie był smaczny i znajdował się w skrajnym położeniu hotelu na plaży o różnych godzinach otwarcia. Animacje rozwiniesz znikome , tylko nad głównym basenem o bardzo okrojonym scenariuszu i powtarzalności. Wieczorne animacje prowadzone pod włoską publikę o żenującym programie i braku humoru. Animacje zatrzymane 15 lat temu bez zmian. Znajdujący się klub Fuego w hotelu również ukryty , w którym brak żywej duszy , a posiadający ogromny potencjał.

Dzień dobry wszystkim, którzy wybierają się do tego Hotelu. Hotel według mojej oceny to max 4 gwiazdki. Największy problem to bark leżaków przy basenie, czyli trzeba wstać max 7 rano i rezerwować, bo inaczej nie ma szans by był wolny a bylem tam w maju. Jedzenie monotonne bez szału ciasno przy stołach z jedzeniem. Animacje na basenie w miarę jest Polska dziewczyna Roksana bardzo sympatyczna i pomocna. Pokoje czyste, ale meble z dużymi śladami użytkowania . Dojście do morza os strony plaży nie istniej bo jak jest odpływ to 100 m jest brak wody. Jest most, z którego można nurkować wiec zawsze jest wyjście . Klimatyzacja działa, choć jest bardzo głośna na noc trzeba wyłączać. Zaleta jest bardzo dużo zieleni i miła obsługa pokoje sprzątane codziennie . W lodowce jest tylko woda żadnych napojów.

Hotel na bardzo wysokim poziomie. Obsługa dba o to aby każdy czuł się "zadbany ". Czystość bez zarzutów -codzienne sprzątanie, wymiana ręczników, woda butelkowana uzupełniana w wystarczającej ilości według potrzeb. W restauracjach obsługa uśmiechnięta i pomocna. Jedzenie w ogromnych ilościach i różnorodne, na bieżąco uzupełniane braki. Pokój duży i przestronnie urządzony. Duża i funkcjonalnie urządzona łazienka, choć już trochę zużyta i to jedyne do czego można się przyczepić jeżeli chodzi o komfort pokoju :-). Ilość i różnorodność basenów wystarczająca aby każdy mógł znaleźć coś dla siebie. Ratownicy naprawdę pilnują, szczególnie przy zjeżdżalniach aby nikomu się krzywda nie stała. Trochę irytujące jest aktywne i częste "zachęcanie " do dodatkowych usług przy basenach i na plaży, ale panowie nie są nachalni i nawet jak się odmawia to odchodzą z uśmiechem i życzą "miłego dnia" . I jeszcze trzeba tu nadmienić, że dla sporej grupy osób jest to przydatne, gdyż korzystają z tych usług. Plaża fajna, jest część gdzie jest bardzo płytko, część gdzie mogą sobie starsze dzieci snurkować z rybkami, oraz dla tych bardziej umiejących pływać, gdzie już można kawałek ładnej rafy zobaczyć. Animatorzy również bardzo się starają . Codzienne mini disco dla najmłodszych, a potem trochę rozrywki dla wszystkich. Według mojej opinii naprawdę hotel godny polecenia.

Byliśmy w tym hotelu 4 raz (z Itaką) i muszę się zgodzić z wieloma krytycznymi uwagami dotyczącymi jakości wyżywienia. Porównuję go do innego Hotelu w Marsa Alam (byliśmy tam -przełom marca i kwietnia br.) gdzie posiłki ,mają opisy potraw po Polsku a ilość owoców mile zaskakuje. W Sataya w ciągu tygodnia udało mi się zdobyć 2 razy banana. Recepcja też równa w dół. Przyjechaliśmy 13 godzin po czasie i musieliśmy czekać na pokój. Czystość bez zastrzeżeń, obsługa restauracji głównej i drink baru na plaży bardzo dobra. Informacja o wieczornych animacjach prawie żadna -trzeba być o odpowiedniej porze na kolacji i to też może nic nie dać... Np. o środowym pokazie przy barze na plaży dowiedzieliśmy się siedząc na balkonie. Generalnie mieszane uczucia.
