Super plaża, od razu jest rafa i kolorowe rybki, długo jest woda do max 130cm, idealne warunki do snurkowania z dziećmi i maskami. To jest pierwszy plus tego hotelu. Drugi plus to aquapark, zlokalizowany w hotelu obok. Co prawda płatny, ale warto, bo to najlepszy aquapark jaki widziałam. Trzeci plus to szybki transfer do lotniska, bowiem hotel znajduje się blisko lotniska. Nam w ogóle nie przeszkadzały samoloty. Nie było ich też bardzo dużo. Czwarty plus to restauracje ala carte. Jedzenie pyszne, piękne widoki, przemiła obsługa. Piąty plus to miła obsługa w hotelu. Szósty plus to długi pomost gdzie jest zejście na dużą rafę kolorową! Odnośnie minusów to największą niedogodnością było monotonne jedzenie. Nie zatęsknię na tym elementem. Drugim minusem jest stare budownictwo i niewyrementowane pokoje. Trzecim minusem jest karaluch który odwiedził nasz pokój ostatniej nocy. Czwartym minusem jest to, że w pokoju hotelowym została połamana jedna nasza walizka i pomimo zgłoszenia tej sytuacji nikt nie podjął żadnych działań. Wróciliśmy z połamaną walizką, a ubezpieczenie prawdopodobnie tego też nie pokryje.

Hotel bardzo fajny, ogromny objekt, zadbany, czysty. Pokoje w stylu egipskim, widoczne ślady użytkowania ale zadbane, duże i codziennie sprzątane. Jedzenie ogólnie smaczne. Śniadania codziennie te same ale każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie. Obiady i kolacje bardziej różnorodne i bardzo duży wybór (nie jest się w stanie spróbować wszystkiego). Basen bardzo fajny, leżaków zawsze wystarczająco. Piękna plaża, wejście do wody płytkie (koniecznie z butami ochronnymi), rybki podpływają do samego brzegu. Wejście na głęboką wodę i rafę koralową możliwe z pomostu.

Hotel wymaga remontu, stare kafle, stare łazienki. Brakuje w nim wind! To duży minus, bo stołówka jest na parterze , a recepcja, sklepy, lobby bar na piętrze. Mąż na wózku nie mógł z tego korzystać, zdrowy człowiek poszedł po schodach, on musiał jeździć 600 metrów dookoła hotelu, zeby wejść do recepcji. Tak samo osoby z wózkami dziecięcymi musiały wnosić je po wysokich schodach. Po przyjeździe z kranu leciała żółta woda, nie było możliwości kąpieli po podróży, glosna i słaba klimatyzacja w pokoju - u nas była naprawiana 2 razy. Ogólnie hotel szybko reaguje na zgłoszenia i naprawia usterki. Obsługa w porządku miła. Duży plus za piękny i zadbany ogród ! Piękna plaża i rafa też ok. Baseny duże , leżaków nigdy nie brakowało .

Oferta Itaki poraz kolejny okazała się strzałem w 10. Wyjazd można uznać w 100,/'za udany i zorganizowany z pełnym profesjonalizmem. Hotel w pełni zgadzający się z opisem w ofercie, ma już swoje lata, ale infrastruktury zewnętrznej i dbania o nią mogą mu pozazdrościć nowsze resorty. Do pokojów można mieć lekkie zastrzeżenia, po nich widać najbardziej upływ czasu tego resortu(meble, wyposażenie i łazienki pamiętają z pewnością jego otwarcie i lata świetności), odnosi się wrażenie ,ze oprócz odświeżenia ścian nic tam nie było robione. ale w pokoju tylko się śpi, a urlop spędza się poza a to jest pielęgnowane i odświeżane na bieżąco i najwyższej jakości. Pokoje sprzątane codziennie i dość starannie, ręczniki i pościel wymieniane na życzenie. Hotel usytuowany w kompleksie trzech hoteli tej sieci z możliwością korzystania z wszystkich atrakcji pozostałych, czwarty hotel tej sieci za Aquaparkiem oddalony ok 1 km. Korzystanie z Aquaparku płatne 10$. Lokalizacja hotelu ok 5km od lotniska, z dala od centrum miasta ok 20km(dojazd taksówką ok10$). Resort usytuowany nad samym morzem, z własną przepięknie utrzymana plażą i ,, własną,, przepiękną rafa.O widokach, infrastrukturze zewnętrznej -basenach, plaży , molo i wielu innych atrakcjach można by się było rozpisywać w samych superlatywach. Wyżywienie w hotelu wyśmienite, różnorodne i każdy z pewnością znajdzie cos dla siebie, a ciasta i desery smaczne jak z najlepszych cukierni. Wybór owoców nie za wielki, ale są- to najważniejsze . Podsumowując jednym zdaniem pobyt w tym hotelu- ,, WYSMIENITY, GODNY W 100,/' POLECENIA, z małymi ale to naprawdę małymi zastrzeżeniami co do stanu pokoi i łazienek

Hotel bardzo fajny, dużo przestrzeni fajne że można korzystać także z innych hoteli takich jak Charmillion Garden czy Aquapark, hotele mają „wspólny” teren. Czyściutko, problem z pokojem który miałyśmy został automatycznie zmnieniony pokój i dodatkowo przydzielony upgrade. Jedzenie bardzo dobre, najlepsze restauracje à la carte w jakich byłam. Każdy z pracowników uprzejmy i pomocny, animatorzy większość super jedyne co to czasem bardzo natarczywi aby brać udział w aktywnościach ale to też jest super ponieważ można fajnie spędzić pobyt, muzyka nad basenem zawsze super, są też flagi chill gdy muzyka nie gra. Jedyne co to mogło by być mniej chloru w basenie, mniejsze do nurkowania i wszędzie ratownicy którzy dbali o bezpieczeństwo. Drinki ekstra, polecam bardzo!

80% gości to Rosjanie - obsługa świetnie mówi po rosyjsku!. Polaków kilka osób dosłownie. A na weekend przyjeżdża mnóstwo Egipcjan. Zachowują się bardzo różnie; część spoko, ale są i strasznie niekulturalni. Dzieci brudzą przy jedzeniu w sposób koszmarny, rodzice nie reagują. stół po takiej rodzinie wygląda jak po przejściu tajfunu. Jedzenie potrafią nakładać rękoma, albo wrzucać do pojemników co im nie pasuje - widziałam na własne oczy. Pokój duży, przestronny. Ale to co Itaka sprzedaje jako pokój z widokiem na morze - to widok na inny hotel a morze widać z boku ( a dopłata 1200zł). pierwszy raz cos takiego mnie spotkało - zawsze był opis albo z widokiem na morze, albo boczny widok... . Hotel 5km od lotniska, ale transfer trwa ok godziny - rozwożą po wielu hotelach, nie mam pojęcia wg jakiego klucza... Jedzenie bardzo dobre. Rafa bardzo ładna, dużo fajnych stworzeń. Obsługa w większości miła i uczynna. Choć w barze przy basenie barmani sfochowani okropnie.. Brak obsługi rezydenta - tzn. tylko kontakt telefoniczny.

Територія готелю велика і доглянута. Дуже багато різноманітних рослин. Номер не був якісно прибраний перед заселенням. Постіль ні разу не змінювали. Готельні рушники змінювали по бажанню персоналу. Їжа різноманітна. Якщо бажаєте замовити смачніші і багатші на інгредієнти коктейлі чи фреші, треба буде додатково заплатити. Анімація як для 5 зіркового готелю на 4*. Дискотека тільки для дітей. Сам готель більше підходить для сімейного відпочинку. СПОДАБАЛОСЬ, що адміністрація готель слідкує за тим, куди поїхали гості і якою машиною. Записують номер кімнати та номер таксі, ввічливо запитують, куди ви їдете. Гарний чистий пляж. Лагідний спуск до моря. Якби я полетіла до Єгипту ще раз, то напевно б в інший готель для різноманітності.

Hotel Charmillion to właściwie kompleks trzech hoteli (Club, Life, Aqua Park)takie wręcz hotelowe miasteczko, spokojnie można korzystać z infrastruktury każdego z nich, np wieczorne animacje inne na 2 scenach ( do Aqua Park nie dotarłem wieczorem). Animatorzy to wielki plus hotelu nigdzie nie widziałem tak profesjonalnie zorganizowanych animacji. Jedzenie jak na Egipt to wręcz wyśmienite choć wybór mniejszy niż w innych hotelach. Plaża cudo 700 metrów z olbrzymią ilością leżaków, rafą koralową,wspaniałym widokiem na wyspę Tiran i wyznaczoną strefą relaksu gdzie jest cicho i nikt nie namawia na masaż czy wycieczkę, maski do snorkowania to wręcz obowiązek nawet dla małych dzieci, już przy półmetrowej głębokości ryby jak w akwarium.Sporo barów z wieloma drinkami i piwem w opcji All (o ile Ukraińcy wszystkiego nie wypiją, a zdarzyło się w barze na plaży), kelnerów mnóstwo ale trzeba wołać i prosić o przyniesienie czegoś z baru bo sami nie podejdą chyba że po puste szklanki i nigdy sami nie zapytają czy coś podać.Goście w hotelu w połowie października 2018 to 60% Ukraińcy,20% inne kraje byłego ZSSR (bez Rosjan), 10% Włosi i 10% reszta.Poza terenem hotelu pustynia, ale jeżdżą hotelowe busy do dzielnic rozrywkowych i ze sklepami, chociaż jest sporo sklepów i apteka na terenie hotelu to jest w nich drożej ale nie trzeba jeździć.Aqua park wielki i dostępny dla wszystkich gości kompleksu przy dużej ilości chętnych bezpłatne bilety w recepcji.Blisko lotniska i niektórym mogą przeszkadzać startujące samoloty, dla mnie była to dodatkowa atrakcja. Generalnie polecam.

Quads, camels and boat cruise (7.00-17.00) — 1.5-hour quad ride over the desert with a break for Bedouin tea and then a 15-minute ride on camels. Next, the programme includes a drive to the port and boat cruise to the island of Tiran. Along the way, three stops for snorkelling, during which you can admire the underwater world of the Red Sea. Price - approx. 55 USD/person (in a two-person quad; includes lunch and soft drinks on the boat). Additionally payable: snorkelling equipment - approx. 4 USD.
Tiran Island (8.00-17.00) — ship cruise towards Tiran island, located between Egypt and Saudi Arabia. Time for relaxation on the ship deck, swimming in the sea and snorkelling or diving, discovering the charms of the underwater world of an intact coral reef. Price of snorkelling - approx. 45 USD, children up to 12 y.o. - approx. 25 USD. Equipment rental for snorkelling available: mask approx. 4 USD, flippers approx. 4 USD. Price of snorkelling: 1 intro (descend underwater) - approx. 55 USD, 2 intros (2 descends underwater) - approx. 75 USD. The price includes lunch and drinks. Sea Scope (boat with glass side walls) — 1-hour cruise by boat with a deck that is partly immersed under water and admiring the most beautiful coral reefs of the Red Sea without going into the water. Price - approx. 50 USD, children up to 12 years old - approx. 28 USD.
Mountain of Moses and St Catherine's monastery (22.00-14.00) — night trip (on foot, part of the road can be covered on camels - approx. 20 USD) to Mount Sinai - 2285 m a.s.l, where Moses received the tablets with the Ten Commandments from God. Welcoming a unique sunrise and climbing down the mountain hill to St. Catherine's monastery, which was erected in about 530 B.C. It belongs to the Greek Orthodox church and has valuable collections: Bizantine mosaics from the 6th century, a collection of icons of St John the Baptist and the Virgin Mary. Take comfortable sports shoes and warm clothes with you. Price - approx. 42 USD, children up to 12 y.o. - approx. 27 USD.
Safari adventure — Nabq National Park (no Visa required only with us) - a Jeep expedition through the Sinai desert to two gorges - a wide and narrow one. Camel ride. Jeep ride to lunch in a Bedouin tent on the beach. Visiting a mangrove forest. Bathing in the Red Sea in the heart of the Nabq National Park. Price - approx. 55 USD, children up to 12 y.o. - approx. 35 USD.
City Tour — evening trip around Sharm El Sheikh. Sightseeing: mosque (from the outside), the Coptic church, free time for shopping in the Old Market - an Oriental district of Sharm El Sheikh in true Egyptian style. A visit to the Salt Grotto, a visit to Soho Square in Naama Bay - the most popular district of the city with numerous shisha restaurants, bazaars, discos. Price - approx. 20 USD, children up to 12 y.o. - approx. 12 USD.
OWD diving course for beginners — in 3 or 4 days, under the supervision of a Polish instructor you can take an OWD diving course, with PADI certificate. Price approx. 300 USD, plus PADI OWD certificate - approx. 40 USD, book - 40 USD. For those who have a license also Advanced Water Course - approx. 300 USD, Scuba Diver - approx. 150 USD, night diving - approx. 35 USD. We cooperate with a diving centre that has 5* in PADI scale.
Dahab Safari — a wonderful expedition to the heart of Sinai. Quad ride through the desert and a visit to the Bedouin village, a short stop for photos. Then return to the main road. Short break in café. After rest, drive to the Blue Hole National Park and free time for snorkelling on the shore of the Blue Hole. Lunch in a restaurant. Then a drive to the Wadi Guney valley at the southern gate of the city of Dahab. Wadi Guney is a beautiful valley located among mountains, where you can see a wonderful, small oasis. Relaxation and rest on one of the wild beaches in Dahab, ride on camels, snorkelling. On the way back, time for shopping in Dahab. Return to hotel. Price - 1-person quad: approx. 65 USD, 2-person quad: approx. 120 USD (incl. lunch, camel ride).
