Ogromny wybór jak chodzi o jedzenie, w ciągu tygodnia nie dało się wszystkiego spróbować. Ogromny plus jak chodzi o wyżywienie że jest naprawdę świeże i smaczne. Jedynym minusem jest zasięg wifi, w pokojach hotelowych brak internetu, w lobby, w restauracji oraz barach zasięg jest ale gdy jest większa liczba użytkowników internet zrywa.

Woda inkowrki lodu mają paczkowane. Szczerze polecam. Jedyna wada duża tego hotelu jest słabe WIFI. Tzn beznadziejne albo wgl nie ma albo jest i ciągle rozłącza.. a jest tylko w lobby i koło basenu. Brak w pokojach i to jest duża wada jak na współczesne czasy. Bardzo miły kelner Thomas :) Pozdrawiamy wszystkich !

Hotel piękny i czysty. Pokoje czyste z dobrze działającą klimą i nawet dobrze wyposażone ale nie jest to standard 5 gwiazdek. Jedzenie bardzo smaczne i różnorodne. Basen duży, czysty i nie było problemu z leżakami. Plaża też bardzo fajna. Na drinki w barach nie trzeba było długo czekać, i dostawało się o co tylko się poprosiło. W niektórych kubkach czuć było posmak chlorowanej wody. Ogólnie nie ma za bardzo do czego się przyczepić i jesteśmy zadowoleni, a nawet bardzo.

Najlepszy hotel w jakim do tej pory byłam. Z jednej strony widok na morze a z drugiej na piękny ogród i oczko wodne. Plaża cudowna, długa i szeroka. Morze również wspaniale, kolor wody niesamowity a sama woda ciepła i krystaliczna. Bardzo blisko na plażę i do restauracji czy recepcji. Pokój sprzątany codziennie i bardzo dokładnie. Duży wybór jedzenia, byłam tam dwa tygodnie a nie zdążyłam wszystkiego spróbować. Ogólnie jedzenie smaczne w szczególności chleb beduiński prosto z pieca. Obsługa jak to w Egipcie zawsze miła i pomocna. Starają się zadowolić każdego klienta. Animacje ciekawe, jednak ja nie brałam w nich udziału, ale były różne i każdy mógł znaleźć coś dla siebie . Również usługi SPA na wysokim poziomie, masaże wykonywane przez tajskie dziewczyny bardzo relaksujące i przywracające do życia po trudach wycieczek. Świetna baza wypadowa do Izraela i Jordanii. Bardzo dobra organizacja wycieczek do Jerozolimy i Petry. Dużo można było zwiedzić i dowiedzieć się interesujących rzeczy. Słowa uznania również dla rezydentki pani Kasandry, bardzo pomocna w każdej sytuacji, kompetentna i miła osoba. Podsumowując były to zdecydowanie najlepsze wakacje dla mnie a Jaz Belvedere to pierwszy hotel, do którego planuję wrócić.

Standart hotel spełnił moje oczekiwania, tzn. był zgodny z opisem na stronie internetowej BP Itaka. Pierwotnie otrzymałam pokój dokładnie na samym końcu hotelu, z balkonem na ulicę i nad dyskoteką. Dzięki uprzejmości obsługi wymieniony na pokój prawie przy palży z widokiem na morze. Jedzenie w miarę smaczne - takie jak w innych hotelach w Egipcie, zawsze mozna było coś wybrać dla siebie. Natomiast co do obsługi biura Itaka to mam zastrzeżenia. Po przybyciu do hotelu z lotniska ok. trzy godziny trzymano nas holu, tłumacząc, iż 'nie ma dla nas rezerwacji'. Pełni najgorszy przeczuć - oczywiście pilot, który jechał z nami z lotniska już się zmył, karząc nam spokojnie czekać 'jeszcze 10 minut', dzwoniliśmy kilkakrotnie do p. Rezydentki, która za każdym razem powtarzała to samo, a w końcu przestała odbierać telefon. Zakwaterowano nas wieczorem. Nastepnego dnia p. Rezydentka bardzo przepraszała i wyjaśniła, iż biuro napewno zrekompensuje nam niedogodności, tylko muszą się zastanowić w jaki sposób. I to było na tyle, bo szybko zapomniała o obietnicy, a my dla świętego spokoju odpuściliśmy, może niepotrzebnie.

Byliśmy bardzo niezadowoleni z podejścia animatorów do wszystkich obcokrajowców w hotelu. Z racji narodowej specyfiki miejsca mieliśmy na uwadze, że będziemy drugorzędnymi klientami, ale nie że będziemy olewani, stąd o wszystkich hotelowych atrakcjach musieliśmy dowiadywać się sami podpytując mieszkańców hotelu bądź w recepcji. Pozostała obsługa hotelowa bardzo sympatyczna, miejsce bardzo spokojne, polecałabym głównie rodzicom z małymi dziećmi szukających ciszy i spokoju. Niestety dojazd z hotelu do innych atrakcji 'na własną rękę' zbyt daleki i dość utrudniony ze względu na lokalizację.

Byłam w hotelu Jaz Belveder przez tydzień. Hotel ładny, pokoje ładne ,przestronne. Jedzenie dobre aczkolwiek monotonne. Polacy są gorzej traktowani niż Włosi czy Rosjanie. Obsługa w większości nachalna, arogancka jak na hotel 5* to wielka pomyłka. Dopłacałam do pokoju z widokiem na morze, dostałam pokój przy ul. dojazdowej do hotelu. Dopiero po Interwencji przenieśli mnie do pokoju na przodzie hotelu. Rezydentka p. Sylwia mało kompetentna, bez zaangażowania, bez emocji.Do końca pobytu zapewniała nas ,że lot będzie do Wrocławia, na 10 godzin przed wylotem dostałam sms, że system popełnił błąd i wracamy do Poznania. Podsumowując: hotel oceniam na 5, aczkolwiek obsługę i rezydentkę na 3.

Mountain of Moses and St Catherine's monastery (22.00-14.00) — night trip (on foot, part of the road can be covered on camels - approx. 20 USD) to Mount Sinai - 2285 m a.s.l, where Moses received the tablets with the Ten Commandments from God. Welcoming a unique sunrise and climbing down the mountain hill to St. Catherine's monastery, which was erected in about 530 B.C. It belongs to the Greek Orthodox church and has valuable collections: Bizantine mosaics from the 6th century, a collection of icons of St John the Baptist and the Virgin Mary. Safari adventure — Nabq National Park (no Visa required only with us) - a Jeep expedition through the Sinai desert to two gorges - a wide and narrow one. Camel ride. OWD diving course for beginners — in 3 or 4 days, under the supervision of a Polish instructor you can take an OWD diving course, with PADI certificate. Price approx. 300 USD, plus PADI OWD certificate - approx. 40 USD, book - 40 USD. For those who have a license also Advanced Water Course - approx. 300 USD, Scuba Diver - approx. 150 USD, night diving - approx. 35 USD. We cooperate with a diving centre that has 5* in PADI scale.
Dahab Safari — a wonderful expedition to the heart of Sinai. Quad ride through the desert and a visit to the Bedouin village, a short stop for photos. Then return to the main road. Short break in café. After rest, drive to the Blue Hole National Park and free time for snorkelling on the shore of the Blue Hole. Lunch in a restaurant. Then a drive to the Wadi Guney valley at the southern gate of the city of Dahab. Wadi Guney is a beautiful valley located among mountains, where you can see a wonderful, small oasis. Relaxation and rest on one of the wild beaches in Dahab, ride on camels, snorkelling. On the way back, time for shopping in Dahab. Return to hotel.
