Czystość - dzienne sprzątanie, świeże ręczniki, mycie - wszystko ok.super. Pokój duży i wygodny, wszystko działało. Obsługa hotelowa bardzo pomocna. Właściwie wszystko na b. zadowalającym poziomie z wyjątkiem dostępu do internetu. Przez 4 dni nie było zasięgu w pokoju. Jedzenie smaczne, ale śniadania zbyt monotonne - dziennie to samo, chociaż duży wybór. No i na obiadokolacje trzeba było iść do innego hotelu 870m i o tym w biurze podróży nikt nie uprzedził.

Hotel jest pieknie položony, sniadania w hotelu bardzo smaczne. Jednak pokoj, ktory otrzymalismy nie odpowiadal ofercie i zdjeciom. Byl maly zaledwie 16 m2 a oddzielony od dalszego pokoju wewnetrznymi drzwiami. Poniewaž klienci z sasiedniego pokoju byli silnymi palaczami papierosow (palili w dzien i noca)- dym przechodzil pod drzwiami i po prostu w naszym pokoju bylo jak w karczmie. Dlatego zdecydowalismy poprosic o zmiane pokoju, co dzieku pani Polce, ktora pracowala w tym hotelu, udalo sie. Przeprowadzilismy sie do pokoju, ktory odpowiadal temu, co bylo prezentowane na zdjeciach. Wydaje mi sie, že powinne byc podane szczegolniejsze informacje a nawet male pokoiki by mialy byc uwzglednione w cenie.

Hotel czysty, śniadania bardzo dobre, miła obsługa. Piaszczysta plaża bardzo ładna. Jedyny minus dla Itaki to obiado- kolacje w innym hotelu położonym dość daleko o czym nie zostaliśmy poinformowani przed zakupem wczasów. Dodatkowo posiłki te serwował chyba kucharz z wyglądu - kominiarz co nieco odbierało apetyt.

Pokój hotelowy codziennie sprzątany. Czysta łazienka z kabiną prysznicową. Aneks kuchenny z płytą do gotowania niestety bez garnków. Duży taras. Wadą jest brak suszarki na ubrania. Bar przy basenie płatny mimo że mieliśmy opcję all inclusive. W ofercie jest napisane, że naprzeciw hotelu znajduje się przystanek autobusowy, który w rzeczywistości jest położony obok plaży czyli w odległości ok. 300 m. Hotel oferuje tylko śniadania dobrej jakości. Pozostałe posiłki są w hotelu Golden Sand odległym aż o 800 m. O tej znacznej odległości w opisie oferty nie wspomniano. Obiady są złej jakości. Kelnerzy podają jako przystawkę sałatę bądź czerwoną kapustę skropioną octem i niewielki naleśnik, a jako danie główne, np. makaron lub sos z kawałkami mięsa i z kwaśnymi ziemniakami. Kolacje w formie szwedzkiego stołu są trochę lepsze. Ziemniaki są niejadalne i kwaśne, rzadko jest ryż, brak w ogóle frytek. Bezpiecznie można jeść tylko mięso i ryby. Estetykę kolacji psuje pracownik kuchni donoszący jedzenie, którego ubranie jest brudne, a on sam nieogolony. Wygląda jak kloszard. Sam hotel Aegean Dream można polecić natomiast wyżywienie w hotelu Golden Sand zdecydowanie nie. Karfas do dobre miejsce do zwiedzania wyspy. Można łatwo wynająć samochód. Byliśmy na wycieczce fakultatywnej w Izmirze. Polka przewodniczka mieszkająca w tym mieście od kilkunastu lat nie ma pojęcia o historii Turcji i Izmiru, w którym żyje. Myli podstawowe fakty. Szkoda takich osób do oprowadzania wycieczki.

Our vacation said it included dinner next to the hotel. The dinner was in another hotel more than 1/5 kilometres away. It was a walk down hill and up hill again. My colleague is disabled and this was a disaster. Finally, the hotel gave us dinner each day, but it was NOT a buffet.

Piękny, nieduży, nowy, czysty i zadbany hotel z widokiem na morze w odległości około 400 m od zagospodarowanej plaży. Bardzo duże, nowoczesne pokoje o wysokim standardzie i komforcie. Codzienna wymiana ręczników i sprzątanie pokoju. Klimatyzacja działała bez zarzutu ( w cenie!). Świetny, dobrze wyposażony aneks kuchenny. Sejf (w cenie!). Przepyszne śniadania, z dużym wyborem potraw. Drobnym minusem było to, że w hotelu nie serwowano obiadokolacji. Głęboki (co rzadko spotykane) i niezatłoczony basen, bez głośnej muzyki. Brak animacji, co uważam za ogromny atut hotelu - cisza i spokój pozwala się zrelaksować. Położenie hotelu świetne jeśli chodzi o możliwość zwiedzania wyspy i bardzo komfortowy niedługi transfer z lotniska.

The villages of Chios — a trip to the south of the island, to the villages famous for their interesting architecture typical of the island of Chios. The first stop is in Armolia village famous for local production of ceramics. Next, Pyrgi village known for its original decorative style. Black and white patterns cover the exterior walls of the houses, giving them an impressive appearance. Along the way, the landscape is diversified by mastic trees. Mastic is known as "Chios Tears". A visit to the Museum of Mastic. Next, a trip to Mesta village, an excellent example of a fortress building from the Middle Ages. Lunch break. A stop on the way back at the port of Emborios. Free time for swimming and sunbathing on the volcanic beach of Mavra Volia - one of the most famous beaches with black pebbles. Day trip. Price - approx. 45 EUR (the price does not include lunch and the entry ticket to the Museum of Mastic - approx. 3 EUR/person).
In the footsteps of the Middle Ages — a trip to the central part of the island. Visit to the Byzantine monastery of Nea Moni, known for its beautiful mosaics and Byzantine architecture. Then, the program includes visiting the abandoned medieval village of Anavatos, called the “ghost village”. Built on top of the cliff, it blends perfectly into the landscape. Next, the medieval village of Avgonima, a settlement consisting of 2-storey stone houses with flat roofs and small windows. A coffee break in one of the villages is planned during the trip. Half-day trip. Price - approx. 40 EUR.
Izmir — a chance to see Izmir in the picturesque Aegean Turkey! Transfer to the port of Chios and a ferry to Cesme in Turkey (approx. 8.30 a.m.), drive to Izmir. Visiting the most important monuments and places of the region's capital. Free time for shopping at the Turkish marketplace. Return to Chios (approx. 6.00 p.m.). Day trip. Price - approx. 65 EUR (does not include lunch).
Cruise to Oinousses — cruise from Lagkada harbor to Oinousses Island. A stop at one of the beautiful beaches, time to relax and swim, as well as an excellent opportunity to visit the Maritime Museum of Oinousses, which has in its possession a collection of models of ships from the Napoleonic wars. Next, a visit to the picturesque fishing village of Lagkada on the north-eastern coast of the Chios island. Price - approx. 40 EUR (does not include entry tickets to the museum - approx. 2 EUR/person, and lunch).
North-western Chios — the trip begins with a visit to the medieval Moni Moundon Church, beautifully decorated with frescoes. Then, a stop in the center of the Volissos village with a break for coffee and local donuts. Next, the Agio Galas cave, where you can admire stalactites and a charming church built on a rock. Lunch break. Passage through Amani mountains, deserted places and villages such as Palia Potomia. A travel to the Ariousios winery and wine tasting. The last stop in the medieval village of Pityos. Return to hotel. Day trip. Price - approx. 50 EUR (does not include lunch and wine tasting).
Local excursions are organized by local travel agencies under the conditions fixed by them. It's possible to disorganize trips due to low number of applicants.
