Pomimo przylotu ok. 8 rano - wpuszczono nas na śniadanie i przydzielono pokoje wcześniej, niż powinniśmy dostać według doby hotelowej, Bardzo dobry hotel, obsługa również bardzo dobra. +18 i brak dzieci to coś niesamowitego - na "osiedlu willi" bardzo spokojnie - można wypocząć. Oczywiście jak czytam komentarze, że Hotel nie zasługuje na 5* - ludzie, to przecież nie Marriott ani Sheraton :D. Pokoje niczego sobie, może łazienka by mogła przejść jakiś lifting, ale no nie ma źle. Wyżywienie bardzo dobre, kelnerzy cały dzień uśmiechnięci. Codziennie sprzątanie pokoju.

Pragnę zwrócić uwagę na ogromne dysproporcje w zakresie standardu poszczególnych pokoi w hotelu. Na terenie kompleksu znajdują się dla przykładu pokoje, które absolutnie nie spełniają standardu hotelu, legitymującego się pięcioma gwiazdkami m.in. z uwagi na skandalicznie mały metraż, fatalnie urządzoną łazienkę, z której woda wlewa się do pokoju, notorycznie psujące się drzwi itp. ale także możemy trafić do pokoju, który spełnia najwyższe standardy z uwagi na swoją wielkość oraz praktyczne i eleganckie urządzenie. W zakresie czystości pokoju niestety dały się odczuć istotne słabości. Mimo wyraźnej prośby, zdarzyło się, że pokój nie został posprzątany, ręczniki nie zostały wymienione na świeże, a śmieci zalegały w koszu. Co do wyżywienia brak zastrzeżeń - posiłki bardzo smaczne, różnorodna oferta, obsługa i serwis perfekcyjna! Plaża bardzo przyjemna, pięnie położona, stosunkowo blisko hotelu!

Hotel spełnił nasze oczekiwania, mały, kameralny, cisza, spokój tworzą warunki do świetnego relaksu, można dobrze wypocząć. Hotel czysty, teren hotelowy również. Przy basenach leżaki, parasole, muzyka puszczana bardzo cicho - wszystko ok. Pokoje sprzątane codziennie, ręczniki wymieniane. Jedzenie, w drugim Hotelu Azure Resort, ok. 3min spacerkiem, duży wybór, owoce morza, różnorodne potrawy, przekąski, warzywa,owoce,soki,napoje - bardzo dobre. Obsługa hotelowa na wysokim poziomie, bardzo mili i uprzejmi ludzie, szczególnie Pan barman. Do plaży ok. 5min, piaszczysta, leżaki płatne 10e. Urlop bardzo udany, pogoda super (październik). Bardzo POLECAMY hotel Azure Memories.

Hotel Azure Memories architektonicznie bez zarzutu, natomiast funkcjonalność jego pokojów pozostawia wiele do życzenia. W kabinie prysznicowej brak jest jakiejkolwiek półki na umieszczenie mydła lub szamponu. Brak również drzwi, w związku z czym woda wylewa się na zewnątrz. W zasięgu ręki nie ma także wieszaków na ręczniki. O braku szaf już wielokrotnie pisano w poprzednich opiniach. Domki są na cztery pary natomiast leżaki są tylko dla trzech a parasol tylko jeden.

Hotel dla specyficznego klienta. Cichy i spokojny, brak dzieci i brak posiłków w hotelu to gwarantuje. Wille 8 osobowe, przy nich jest mały basen z 6 leżakami. Przy dużym basenie bar z kilkoma drinkami i kawą, brak napojów bezalkoholowych w all inclusive. W ciągu dnia dostępne są przekąski - frytki, nuggetsy, tortilla - wszystko lekko ciepłe i mocno rozmoczone. Główne posiłki odbywają się w innym hotelu, bardziej zaludnionym, w tym dziećmi, od którego dzieli nas spacer 10 minut pod górę. Długa dziura bez posiłków w ciągu dnia - od 14.30 do 19. Wyżywienie dość dobre, jak na hotel, bardzo monotonne. Przechowalnia bagażu to otwarte pomieszczenie przy recepcji. Pokoje bardzo małe, brak półek, dostępne trzy wieszaki na krzyż. Przy stoliczku taboret. W łazience brak jakiejkolwiek półki, a w czasoe prysznica nie da się nie zalać wodą całej lazienki. Widoczne już zniszczenia podłogi. Łóżko na podeście z dwoma schodkami, nie da się go obejść z obu stron. Hotel jest na uboczu, oddalony od głównych uliczek ze sklepami i knajpami. Przy hotelu nie ma plaży. Hotel dobry dla chcących się odciąć od świata bezdzietnych osób, które nie planują spedzać czasu w pokoju i którym nie straszne spacerowanie.

Hotel taki jak na zdjęciach, jak ktoś bardzo się przygląda i jest bardzo drobiazgowy to znajdzie niedociągnięcia w okolicach basenu. Takie jak np. spękana posadzka przy basenach przy willi, ruszająca się drabinka czy zniszczone leżaki. Łazienki odbiegają standardem od reszty hotelu i pokoju. Przy 5cio gwiazdkowym hotelu to wygląd i praktyczność łazienek max hotel 3 gwiazdkowy. Siedząc na ubikacji jest się nogami w brodziku, a ten nie ma żadnej zasłony więc przy prysznicu cała łazienka zalana, gdyby nie ręcznik podłożony pod drzwi to pewnie i zalany byłby pokój. Codziennie sprzątanie pokojów i bardzo miła obsługa. Jedzenie smaczne i różnorodne, zdarzały się powtórki niektórych dań. Bardzo miły i sympatyczny barman z dużym poczuciem humoru. Plaża w pobliżu hotelu, ale jest publiczna i nie ma dużo miejsca do plażowania. Sam hotel cichy i spokojny, ale w okolicy znajdują się restauracje które organizują imprezy do późnego wieczoru, bezpośrednio nad hotelem przelatują samoloty (obok położone jest lotnisko).
