Hotel dobry, dobre warunki..Jednakże: obsługa fatalna - brak podstawowej profesjonalnosci i niegodne zachowanie w stosunku do gości( mowa o mojej osobie).Przykład: mini bar zapewnił pewne 'bonusy', które potem okazały sie płatne.Zdziwienie moje polega na braku pytań odnośnie checi zakupu czegokolwiek.Był więc to pewien rodzaj szantażu i zdziwił mnie tym bardziej ,że nie mówię po angielsku (TO jednak nie powód zeby cokolwiek gościowi sugerować )Przy zapłacie za ten wymuszony minibar recepcja nie chciała mi wydac pieniędzy w dolarach, którymi płaciłem z myśla o przeliczeniu na dinary. Po długotrwałej dyskusji ,która spotegowała mój stres zwrócono mi 100 USD ,które sam musiałem wymienic w miejscu oddalonym o pól kilometra. W TYM miejscu wiele pytań cisnie sie na usta o zachowanie i podejscie do tej sytuacji rezydenta ITAKI Pani Małgorzaty..Nie rozumiem dlaczego nie informowała Ona wczesniej o wymianie walut,o wymuszonym minibarze etc..dodam ,iz przeprowadziłem z Pania Malgorzata rozmowe telefoniczna po otrzymaniu pokaźnego rachunku do zapłacenia o którym wczesniej nigdy bym nie pomyslał...Rezydent w osobie Pani Malgorzaty zamiast BRONIC swojego gościa potrafiła nawet odłożyc sluchawke nie skończywszy rozmowy.Pozostał więc wielki niesmak i wiele niejasności odnośnie przedstawiciela Itaki w Indii.Dodam iz z Itaką spędziłem miłe chwile w Egipcie czy w Tunezji i nigdziej tam nie było jakiegokolwiek problemu ..nawet z ludzkimi małymi kwestiami no z korzystnym kursem walut.Najbolesniejszym jest jednak fakt iz Pani Małgorzata nie potrafiła bronic mnie -gościa. W związku z powyższym bardzo prosze o wyjaśnienie tej sytuacji ..Niestety nazwiska Pani Malgorzaty nie pamiętam.

Pilotka Małgorzata - spóźniła się 40 minut na zaplanowane spotkanie informacyjne, nie powiadamiając o tym przez recepcję. Nie dostarczyła kart wylotowych co zmuszało nas do zdobywania i wypełniania ich na lotnisku w bardzo stresujących warunkach. Hotel - bardzo mało urozmaicone śniadania ( nawet jak na 3*)
