Hotel bardzo czysty, codziennie dokładnie sprzątane pokoje. Wyposażenie pamięta pewnie lata 90., ale jest bardzo, bardzo zadbane. Obsługa przemiła - na recepcji, w restauracji i osoby sprzątające zawsze witały nas z szerokim uśmiechem. Nigdy nie mieliśmy problemu z załatwieniem żadnej sprawy. W wariancie HB+ mieliśmy zawsze dostępne wino do kolacji - białe lub czerwone, do wyboru. Samo jedzenie przepyszne, lokalne - mieliśmy okazję spróbować m.in. ośmiornicy, makaronu z małżami, mięsa z bizona czy rekina. Śniadania w większości na słodko (szwedzki stół: rogaliki, ciasta, dżemy), ale można zjeść też tosty z szynką i serem. Goście hotelu to w większości rodowici Włosi, co uważam za plus - lokalni raczej wiedzą, gdzie się dobrze zatrzymać :) Nasz pokój nie posiadał lodówki na wyposażeniu, ale można ją dokupić za 4€ za dzień (cena na 2023). Dodatkową opłatą jest podatek miejski, 2€ za dzień.

Hotel mały, kameralny i rodzinny. Śniadania typowo włoskie, czyli słodki bufet, obiady i kolacje bardzo smaczne i urozmaicone w postaci restauracji ala carte, codziennie inne dania do wyboru. Pokój czysty, skromny, chodź wymagający odświeżenia. Pokój był był codziennie sprzątany, ręczniki były wymieniane codziennie. Siedź WiFi dostępna była w lobby, czasem sieć była dostępna w pokoju (drugie piętro). Obsługa hotelu pomocna, lecz o niskiej znajomosci języka angielskiego, co jednak nie stanowiło to większej przeszkody w porozumiewaniu się. W hotelu dostępne są bezpłatne rowery (kaucja zwrotna 5 euro). Hotel od publicznej plaży oraz prywatnych stref na plaży (leżaki dodatkowo płatne) dzieli kilkadziesiąt metrów. Plaże czyste, bardzo szerokie, piaszczyste, łagodne zejście do morza. W hotelu brak animacji oraz polskiego rezydenta. W okolicy hotelu liczne restauracje, kawiarnie, sklepiki oraz bary. Do centrum Rimini ok 4 km.
