Właśnie wróciłam z mężem z pobytu w hotelu Sorriso (10.09 - 16.09.23). Hotel ładnie położony, zadbana zieleń, dwa baseny termalne, czysto i na tym kończą się plusy. Pokój mieliśmy dostać 18m, nad wejściem do hotelu. Dostaliśmy pokój 15m, z balkonikiem, z widokiem na murek,5 m od głównej drogi, na której był cała dobę ogromny ruch. Wejście do hotelu było z drugiej strony budynku. Jedzenie, zwłaszcza kolacje beznadziejne. Mamy porównanie z innymi hotelami np. na Sycylii albo w Toskanii gdzie wybór potraw na śniadanie czy kolacje był bardzo duży, i zawsze było dużo warzyw i sałat. W Sorriso makarony były tak niesmaczne, w kolorze szaro-burym, ze nie dało się tego jeść. Soki do śniadania -sama chemia, w hotelach czterogwiazdkowych w innych rejonach Włoch maja świeże soki z wyciskarki , jest tez możliwość zamówienia świeżego jajka sadzonego, bądź omleta. W Sorriso nie było takiej możliwości. Co do plazy , owszem jest publiczna, można na nią zjechać busem hotelowym. Ogólnie hotel nie zasługuje na ****. Bozena i Janusz [...]

Bardzo dobry hotel. Głównie skierowany do Włochów (emerytów)czyli bardzo klimatycznie, dobra włoska kuchnia. Pokój i łazienka w dobrym standarcie, codziennie sprzątane, wymieniane ręczniki. Obsługa nastawiona na gościa, miła i pomocna. Hotel wysoko na wzniesieniu co ma swoje zalety ( widoki ) jak i wady ( wspinaczki codziennie). Hotel zdecydowanie nie dla rodzin z dziećmi ( brak rozrywek, brak basenu dla dzieci tylko brodzik). Młodzież też sie będzie tam nudziła.

Moim zdaniem 4 gwizdki dla hotelu są wygórowane. Hotel nastawiony na klienta włoskiego i niemieckiego w kategorii wiekowej 60+. Plusy hotelu: piękne położenie i widoki, baseny termalne, leżaki i bar w otoczeniu hotelu, tarasy widokowe na morze. Minusy hotelu: wysokie marże za wypożyczenie auta lub skutera, wyżywienie, niesprawna klimatyzacja, utrudniony dostęp do plaży, obsługa hotelu, słaba informacja o atrakcjach hotelu i okolicy, likendowe imprezy prywatne w restauracji zlokalizowanej w kompleksie. Nieścisłości oferty ITAKA: czas przelotu 2.5h zamiast 2.0h, czas dojazdu do hotelu z lotniska 4.5h zamiast 2.0h, czas dojazdu z hotelu do lotniska z wyprzedzeniem 6.5h, zerowa komunikacja językowa z personelem obsługującym transfer, brak info o dodatkowych opłatach za napoje do lanczu i obiadu, brak polskiego rezydenta we Włoszech.

Stylem dostosowany do gości w starszym wieku- brak głosnej muzyki,animacji(nie wiem czy podobnie jest w sierpniu kiedy tłumnie zjeżdzają Włosi:) Doskonałe włoskie(słodkie)śniadania.W wersji HB- lunch lub dinner mogą być zamiennie.Podczas śniadania wypełnia się wybór menu na lunch lub kolację.Kuchnia na wysokim poziomie- potrawy świetnie dosmakowane- owoce morza,ryby,lokalne specjały.Napoje płatne. Pokoje zaproponowane gościom Itaki-nowe, duże- mają piękny widok na morze( te za dopłatą), ale są położone daleko od budynku głównego- można się tam dostać siecią korytarzy(istny labirynt)- lub krótszą drogą wzdłuż ulicy.Nie polecam dla osób z trudnością z chodzeniem.Podobnie- drogi na plażę - stromą, dużo schodów.Na plaże można dojechać/wrócić busikiem(rezerwacja na recepcji).Plaża ładna,dobre wejście do morza, poza sezonem leżaki bezpłatne( trzeba upomnieć się na recepcji o kwitek).Bardzo blisko(idąc brzegiem morza) znajduje sie Park Posejdona z basenami termalnymi- uroczy, pięknie położony wśród skał i zieleni. Na terenie hotelu są 4 baseny ( NIE 7- JAK W OPISIE ITAKI))- duży ,malutki dla dzieci przy budynku głownym, ładny basen wewnętrzny i bardzo urokliwy mniejszy basenik przy restauracji Oazis.Wszystkie z woda termalną która malowniczo sączy się z kamiennych dzbanów.Piekne i czyste przebieralnie i toalety przy każdym z nich. Generalnie co do hotelu- same plusy.Obsługa w restauracji na wysokim poziomie, podobnie room service.Najsłabszym ogniwem jest recepcja- słaby angielski,kilka razy prosiliśmy o naprawe lodówki(co w hotelu tej klasy nie powinno sie zdarzyć),recepcjonistka nie wiedziała nic o bezpłatnych leżakach na plaży.Hotel oferuje kilka wycieczek po wyspie, ale wszystkie w języku włoskim. Ogólnie - hotel wart polecenia dla osób szukających spokoju,pięknych widoków i dobrej kuchni.

Bardzo przeszkadzała mi głośna muzyka , która dochodziła z niewygłuszonego klubu do 1 30 w nocy przez cały weekend. Ściany w hotelu bardzo cienkie i akustyczne. Spłukiwanie wody niesie się po hotelu. 4 gwiazdki przyznane chyba w latach 60-tych .Swoją drogą kto je weryfikuje?

Hotel w okresie majowym jest raczej dla mocno starszych osób i 90 procent takich gości jest tam właśnie w tym czasie, którzy „moczą” się w termalnych basenach (głównie Niemcy i Skandynawowie), a pogoda w tym czasie nie sprzyja na kąpiele morskie i słoneczne na plaży, tak wiec pobyt tam wiąże się z wędrówkami i wycieczkami po wyspie (miasteczko Forio - ogród botaniczny, Casamicciola, Ischia). Bardzo miła i sympatyczna oraz bardzo pomocna na stołówce pani Oksana z Ukrainy, którą pozdrawiam.
