Breakfast. Check out. Transfer to the capital of the region - L'aQUILI. Walk through the city center, where you can still see the remains of the devastation caused by the last earthquake in 2009. Walk by the fortress (currently under renovation), then drive to the fountain of 99 gutters. Free time. Drive to ASSERGI, a town located on the western slope of Gran Sasso, approx. 11 km from the capital of the region, L'Aquila. Gondola ride to Campo Imperatore (2128 m above sea level) located in the heart of the GRAN SASSO D'ITALIA massif, from where you can admire a stunning panorama of the mountains. The place is called the roof of the Apennines. Free time to admire the views, stroll the hiking trail or sunbathe on the restaurant terrace. You can also visit the collection of souvenirs from the first gondola lift from the interwar period for free. Return by rail to Asserga. Transfer to your hotel in the Ascoli Piceno area. Bardzo przyjemna, różnorodna wycieczka na luzie, bez zbytniego pośpiechu. Od pięknych górskich widoków z Campo Imperatore , cudownych zabytków architektury, miejsc kultu religijnego, przyjemnych rejsów łodzią wzdłuż wybrzeża do pięknych grot oraz zwiedzania nadmorskich kurortów, po cudowny klimat włoskich miasteczek w tym pięknego Bari. W odniesieniu do jednej z opinii, hotele przeciętne ale wystarczające na wycieczce objazdowej, jedynie warto rozważyć zmianę hotelu w Rzymie. Wyżywienie mało urozmaicone ale nikt głodny nie będzie. Jeśli chcesz podelektować się włoskimi smakami polecam w porze lunchu we własnym zakresie. Fakt, że Itaka zapomniała o tym, że kolejka gondolowa na Campo Imperatore jest nieczynna, stąd też wjazd autobusem oraz nie sprawdziła, że Pałac Królewski z ogrodami w Casercie jest nieczynny we wtorki czyli dokładnie w dzień zaplanowanego naszego zwiedzania, pozostawiam pod rozwagę firmy. Nie wpłynęło to na wrażenia ogólne z wycieczki za sprawą Pana Macieja, który w sposób profesjonalny zrekompensował nam te drobne usterki i przede wszystkim stworzył niezwykle rzadko spotykany klimat co nie zdarza się tak często oraz za sprawą wspaniałej, niezwykle zgranej grupy co z połączeniu z fantastycznym pilotem stworzyło niepowtarzalny team. Życzę każdemu takiej atmosfery podczas podróży.

Tylko w dwóch przypadkach zakwaterowanie i wyżywienie godne polecenia. Ostrzegam przed rozczarowaniem. Piszę o tym w ramach konstruktywnej krytyki. To nie jest niska cena wycieczki, żeby Itaka nie mogła zapewnić godziwych warunków. Godziwych podkreślam.
