Obsługa była bardzo przyjazna i pomocna. Zawsze witali i żegnali gości. Na wstępnie wręczają bardzo przydatną mapę wyjaśniając, gdzie znajdują się najważniejsze punkty. Hotel nie jest nowoczesny, ale dzięki temu wygląda bardzo klimatycznie. Jeśli ktoś lubi poczuć klimat innej kultury to będzie idealny. Łazienka jest wąska, ale funkcjonalna. W środku znajduje się linka do rozwieszenia, aby móc wysuszyć pranie. Najpiękniejszą częścią, jest taras, na który wychodzi się z restauracji. Informacje o hotelu: *przy każdym wyjściu zostawia się klucz na recepcji *żeby wejść do hotelu należy zadzwonić na dzwonek przy drzwiach *na śniadanie dostaje się 1 croissanta oraz 1 bułkę na osobę. Do tego kostka masła, dżem i miód. Każdy może poprosić o kawę, herbatę, lub nalać sobie soku w 3 smakach. Z boku jest też stanowisko z płatkami typu cornflakes oraz mlekiem. *w niektórych pokojach internet działa bardzo słabo. *w pokoju jest suszarka, ale nie ma czajnika. *choć na pierwszy rzut oka w pokojach są inne niż polskie kontakty, to tak naprawdę pasują do polskich wtyczek. *zestaw kosmetyków zawiera: mydło, szampon, jednorazowy kubeczek. *hotel znajduje się 10 min od stacji metra, a do ważniejszych atrakcji można dostać się spacerem.
