Bylismy zmuszeni zmienic pokoj za doplata 500 EUR z powodu jak powyzej. W zwiazku iz wieczorne muzykowanie znajduje sie w dwoch miejscach ( rowniez w bardzo blisko polaczonym hotelu obok) - to slychac glosne muzykowanie i dyskoteke do 24.00. Jest to bardzo niekomfortowe . Plaza nigdy chyba nie sprzatana. W wodzie plywaja torby plastikowe , smieci, oraz inne przedmioty. Obsluga plazowa bardzo mila , ale nic nie robiaca w wyzej wymienionej sprawie. Bylismy bardzo rozczarowani hotelem , gdyz nie posiada on na pewno 4+ standardu. Gdyby nie dosc smaczne wyzywienie , mila obsluga oraz poznani ludzie - to zaliczylibysmy ten dosc drogi urlop do nieudanych . Szkoda , gdyz mielismy spore oczekiwania.

Hotel ładny, piękny ogród, lokalizacja niezła, jednak nie za taką cenę... Jedzenie urozmaicone, głównie owoce morza. Jeśli kto lubi mięso, będzie miał problem, jest go mało i zazwyczaj niedopieczone. Plaża spokojna, kamienista, zdecydowanie lepsza w Baja Sardinia, można dojechać busikiem hotelowym w 5 minut. Busik hotelowy, hmmmm, jeździ tyko rano i wieczorem, długa przerwa między 13.30 - 19.00. Brak możliwości dostania się do Porto Cervo, Baja Sardinia w tym czasie, można pieszo ale to niebezpiecznie, brak pobocza. Taksówka w jedną stronę ok. 20 euro. Ogólna ocena 4 na 6. Za średnią lokalizację, lepsza zdecydowanie to hotel La Bisaccia tej samej sieci. Brak połączeń z hotelu do centrum, w niedziele busik w ogóle nie kursował. Uwaga na obsługę, przy wymeldowaniu dopisują do rachunku napoje, których w ogóle nie było!. Wakacje super, najlepsze na jakich byłam, piękne plaże, urozmaicona roślinność, turkusowe wody.... Piękna Korsyka!! Na pewno wrócę na Sardynię, może nie do tego samego hotelu, ale to miejsce odwiedzę jeszcze na pewno!!! P.S. Najlepsze lody na świecie!!! :)

Goście z Biura Itaka otrzymywali w hotelu pokoje znajdujące się w skrzydle bezpośrednio przy teatrze letnim , co powodowało, że był hałas od godz.18.00 do 23.30 lub w części z brakiem ekspozycji na słońce i przy sztucznym kanale wodnym na parterze, co powodowało odczuwalną stęchliznę. Brak możliwości zamiany pokoju, nawet jak się przebywało dwa tygodnie (czyli było wiele zmian turnusów). Plaża – nie był piasek drobnoziarnisty, tylko gruboziarnisty, a na plaży znajdowały się tylko cztery rzędy leżaków z parasolami , które były co prawda bezpłatne, ale rozdzielane wg. Uznanie ratownika, co powodowała, że przez dwa tygodnie można było w ogóle nie leżeć na plaży Restauracja, wyżywienie i obsługa świetna. Bardzo mała ilość busów łączących hotel z najbliższymi miejscowościami, a w niedzielę w ogóle

Byliśmy na początku lipca i wtedy ani przy basenie, ani nad morzem nie było problemu z dostępnością leżaków ani ręczników plażowych. Pokój obszerny, łazienka z oknem, sprzątany dwa razy dziennie. Jedzenie bardzo dobre, śniadanie i lunch jako bufet, a kolacja z menu i do tego duży wybór przystawek z bufetu. Miła, lużna i raczej spokojna atmosfera. Bezpłatny transport busem do Baja Sardinia i Porto Cervo. Wyjazd bardzo udany, miły hotel, pogoda, pyszne jedzenie, przepiękne plaże w pobliżu z turkusową wodą. Miejsce godne polecenia do spędzenia słonecznych, leniwych wakacji.

Obsługa przemiła i bardzo uczynna. Wyżywienie bardzo dobre i zawsze świeże. Duża ilość owoców. Kuchnia włosko- sardyńska. Pokoje czyste sprzątane dokładnie 2 razy dziennie , codziennie wymieniane ręczniki co 2 dni pościel. Polska rezydentka Itaki bardzo kompetentna i pomocna. Za wysokie ceny w barze i mini barze. Hotel specyficzny w stylu podobno sardyński ( nie wiem skąd wzięło się to określenie skoro wyspę zamieszkiwali tylko górale wypasający owce), trochę kiczowaty. Pokój mieliśmy mały, na poziomie gruntu, ciemny ( od strony północnej ), taras bez słońca na poziomie trawnika a tuż przed nim wysokie na 2 metry krzaczory i żadnego widoku. W pokoju było ciągle chłodno ( mimo upałów na zewnątrz ). Nie było więc konieczności włączania klimatyzacji. Staraliśmy się też spędzac jak najwięcej czasu poza pokojem. Kuriozalne są łazienki ( przynajmniej w pokojach standart ). Żeby skorzystac z muszli ustępowej lub bidetu należało zamknąc drzwi do łazienki. ńie byłoby w tym nic dziwnego, gdyby pokój był jednoosobowy ( i tak pewnie pierwotnie było ). Ale dla dwóch osób w pewnych okolicznościach ( rano po przebudzeniu, przed śniadaniem, po powrocie z plaży itp.) było bardzo uciążliwe.
