Hotel i cały resort to ogromna powierzchnia, która została zaprojektowana tak, aby nie można było się nudzić. Obiekt elegancki, pełen atrakcji, rozrywek i udogodnień. Wybór restauracji i wieczorów tematycznych przekroczył nasze oczekiwania! Jedzenie było przepyszne, świeże i różnorodne. Restauracja Sindbad i Aubergine oferowały muzykę na żywo i niepowtarzalny klimat. Obsługa hotelowa była bardzo uprzejma i zawsze dostępna do naszej dyspozycji. Jedyny minus to panujący zapach wilgoci w pokojach, którego nie da się pozbyć. Pokoje ciemne, zaprojektowane tak, aby nie dostawało się słońce do środka, ale klimatyzowane i wentylowane. Po czasie nie zwraca się raczej uwagi na ten zapach, ale pierwsze wrażenie było dość nieprzyjemne. Niemniej, wrażenia hotelu bardzo dobre, możemy polecić i chętnie byśmy wrócili.

Piękny hotel (byłyśmy w nowej części Fanar the Club - polecam), bardzo duże pokoje, ogromną łazienka i piękny balkon. Plaża super wraz z obsługą. Jedzenie w 12 restauracjach bardzo dobre, codziennie można wybrać sobie kolację tematyczna. Napoje i drinki nie są płatne - także do kolację co jest normą w wielu krajach.

Brak wody w ostatnim dniu w naszym budynku - zero pomocy ze strony hotelu, który nie zaproponował żadnego rozwiązania żebyśmy mogli się wygodnie umyć przed wylotem. Ogólnie bufet w restauracji głównej dosyć słaby i monotonne. Kelnerzy pracują za karę, kiedy się chce usiąść przy nienakrytym stole się oburzają. Walka o leżaki na co dzień! Przy basenie trzeba rezerwować leżak z samego rana - koszmar! Teren bardzo rozłożony, można spacerować godzinami! Morzę jest ładniejsze po stronie Hotelu Rotana. Ogólne wrażenie pozytywne.

Jedzenie było ok jeśli chodzi o śniadania i obiady, polecam korzystać z kolacji rezerwowanych w różnych restauracjach to jakość i podanie posiłków jest super.

Hotel Fanar w Salalah to naprawdę świetne miejsce na wypoczynek. Hotel jest bardzo czysty, zarówno w częściach wspólnych, jak i w pokojach. Obsługa dba o porządek na bieżąco, a ręczniki i pościel były regularnie wymieniane. Wyżywienie na wysokim poziomie – duży wybór dań, świeże produkty, pyszne owoce i desery. Każdy mógł znaleźć coś dla siebie, zarówno w kuchni międzynarodowej, jak i lokalnej. Pokój przestronny, dobrze wyposażony i codziennie sprzątany. Duży plus za wygodne łóżka i klimatyzację działającą bez zarzutu. Plaża hotelowa jest zadbana, z dużą ilością leżaków i parasoli. Czysty piasek, ciepła woda i piękne widoki – idealne miejsce na relaks. Jedynym minusem były animacje – prowadzone głównie w języku słowackim i włoskim, przez co trudno było w pełni w nich uczestniczyć. Drobna niedogodność to leżaki przy basenach, które były zajmowane już około 5 rano – niestety nie z winy hotelu, ale przez samych gości. Ogólnie jednak hotel Fanar to bardzo dobry wybór dla osób szukających komfortowego wypoczynku w pięknej lokalizacji.

Fantastyczny hotel, czysty, zadbany, obsługa bardzo miła. Bardzo smaczne i urozmaicone jedzenie, tego oczekiwałem na wakacjach. Wszelkie atrakcje dostępne na obiekcie hotelu, nie trzeba się mocno fatygować by skorzystać z wszelkich rozrywek, ponieważ są one na wyciągnięcie ręki. Jestem w pełni przekonany, że absolutnie każdy znajdzie tu coś dla siebie.

Drive to Mirbat, a former fishing village with a rich history and a walk through the city streets. Mirbat is also a port with frankincense trade and an ancient Arabian horse breeding center. Then a drive to Al-Mughsail beach, where sea water is thrown out through openings in the limestone rock. To the west of Salalah there are many beautiful beaches and Al-Mughsail is one of the most popular. The depth of the sinkhole is more than 100 meters (330 feet), and with the help of a local guide you can go down the path to the bottom. Continuation of the journey along the Jebel Samhan Upland to the breathtaking plateau at an altitude of almost 1700 metres above the sea level. Then a drive to the Salalah antigravity point to see how cars in neutral gear automatically go uphill. It's a really amazing experience - a car can travel at speeds ranging from 40 to 60 kilometres per hour! Walk to the farm of camels, which are the main means of transport for the inhabitants of the desert, as well as a source of milk, meat and wool. Salalah City Tour — a trip to Salalah, the southern city of gardens, a tropical paradise. Lost City of Ubar and Rub Al-Khali — visiting the lost city of Ubar, where the remains of ancient buildings were discovered in 1992. It is believed that Ubar was inhabited from approx. 2800 BC to approx. 300 AD and was an important centre of frankincense trade before it was absorbed by the rising dunes. There is a small museum presenting archaeological findings. The Rub Al-Khali Desert stretches from the foot of the mountains, creating a huge sandy plain. The region is known for its archaeological sites. The program also includes Wadi Dawkah, where you can see incense trees, then free time in Thumrait. Day trip. A night in the Rub Al-Khali desert — an unforgettable night in the Rub Al-Khali - the world's largest sandy desert. In the afternoon, depart in Jeeps towards the desert.
