Bardzo ładnie położony kompleks hotelowy z przepiękną plażą! Obsługa hotelowa bardzo pomocna i miła. Na terenie hotelu znajduje się także wypożyczalnia samochodów pod nazwą „World Gate Rent a Car” z której skorzystaliśmy w bardzo rozsądnej cenie rezerwując samochód już z Polski przez WhatsUp !! Check-in do hotelu przygotowany bardzo profesjonalnie i szybko już od samego lotniska. Check-out powinien być zorganizowany jednak sprawniej. Pokoje hotelowe co prawda sprzątane codziennie ale jakość sprzątania dość przeciętna. Codziennie zmieniana pościel i ręczniki. Jedzenie bardzo dobre a ilość restauracji (Rotana +Fanar) jest aż za duża i trochę ciężko z wszystkiego skorzystać. Na dowidzenia bardzo miły gest hotelu w postaci super wykonanej lokalnej muzyki - to było naprawdę miłe! Ogólna ocena 5/6 za słabą jakość sprzątania w pokojach.

Brak było na terenie całego hotelu zasięgu wi-fi, szczególnie na plaży. Brak mapy pokazującej budynki, restauracje oraz inne obiekty - trudności w znalezieniu restauracji. Na plaży brak wystarczającej ilości leżaków, ciągłe poranne rezerwacje ręcznikiem leżaków. Brak koszy na śmiecie na basenie.

W pokoju bardzo mocno śmierdziało stara szmata z klimatyzacji. Zaskoczył nas brak mini barku w pokoju - była tylko woda. Mieliśmy ograniczenia internetu WiFi - mogły działać tylko 4 urządzenia. Nie było internetu poza budynkami. Mało imprez przy basenie. Bardzo słaba dostępność informacji o imprezach na terenie obiektu lub zespołu hotelowego. Hotel Rotana jest jednym z najpiękniejszych w jakich bylyśmy - zdjęcia w ofercie nie oddają tego. Ogromny teren, pokoje położone w domkach pośród ogrodu. Pokoje przestronne, czyste, sprzątane, duża łazienka z dużym prysznicem, wszystko działało bez zarzutu - a byłyśmy w standardowym najtańszym pokoju. Jedzenie absolutnie wspaniale - róznorodne, ogromny wybór, codziennie co innego, na kolacji live cooking na świeżym powietrzu. Kelnerzy przemili, zapamiętywali nawet o jaką kawę prosimy, i sami przynosili bez pytania w kolejnych dniach. Plaża bajeczna - ciągnąca się kilometrami z białym piaskiem, mozna nia spacerować, a poza terenem hotelu nawet spotkac wielblady ktore przychodzą sie na nia schłodzić. Ocean w którym kąpią sie wszyscy, zamiast w basenie, a ratownicy cały czas pilnują i aktywnie pracują na plaży. Hotel jest tak przepiękny i dopracowany, że choćbym bardzo chciała to nie potrafie wymyślić czegokolwiek do czego mogłabym się przyczepić. Obsługa niezwykle dba o komfort i bezpieczeństwo gości - zwracali na to szczególną uwagę ze względu na to, że byłyśmy na wyjeździe same jako dwie młode dziewczyny. Gdyby nie to, że chcemy zwiedzić nowe miejsca, wróciłybyśmy do Rotany bez zastanowienia. Jest znacznie większym obiektem niz Fanar, przez co nie ma tłoku - bez porównania.

Jestem bardzo zadowolona z obsługi sprzatajacej. Nasz pokój sprzątał Mohan, bardzo miły człowiek. Jeśli chodzi o leżaki na plaży to były stare, brudne ,połamane. Nie było miejsc na plaży aby poleżeć na leżakach ani na basenie. Wszystko zajete. Trzeba rano o 7 zająć wolne leżaki. Byliśmy na koniec sezonu, koniec kwietnia. Dzień przed naszym wyjazdem obsługa zaczęła wymieniać wszystkie leżaki na nowe tak samo przy barach i restauracjach, bo przyjeżdżali goście z Dubaju.

Hotel bardzo przyjemny, czysciutki pokój, sprzątany codziennie., wygodny, można spokojnie odpocząć po całym dniu szaleństw. Plaża cudowna, długa, z barami, przekąskami, morze ciepłe i że świetnymi falami. Nigdy nie mieliśmy problemu ze znalezieniem leżaków, nawet jeśli przychodziliśmy późno obsługa zawsze pomogła i znalazła miejsce. Nie korzystaliśmy z basenów więc nie mogę ocenić. Super przebiegł proces meldunku rewelacyjna organizacja. Muszę podkreślić, że hotel ma świetna obsługę, ludzie są radośni uśmiechnięci we wszystkim pomogą, nie ma problemu który nie zostałby rozwiązany. Bardzo polecam hotel.

During the Khareef - the monsoon season - the water level rises and a portion of it remains in the park all year round, making it an attraction for visitors. The next point on the route is Tawi Atayr (Well of the Birds), one of the most beautiful sinkhole, which is crossed by the limestone rocks of the Salalah hills. The depth of the sinkhole is more than 100 meters (330 feet), and with the help of a local guide you can go down the path to the bottom. Continuation of the journey along the Jebel Samhan Upland to the breathtaking plateau at an altitude of almost 1700 metres above the sea level. Then a drive to the Salalah antigravity point to see how cars in neutral gear automatically go uphill. It's a really amazing experience - a car can travel at speeds ranging from 40 to 60 kilometres per hour! Camel farm — a visit to the Salalah Farm, located near the Qara Mountains. The tour will start with a presentation of the cultivated fruit and vegetables, prepared by a guide. Then, a walk around the farm and time for taking photos. A short walk through a coconut plantation and tasting a cool coconut drink with fresh bananas straight from a farm. Walk to the farm of camels, which are the main means of transport for the inhabitants of the desert, as well as a source of milk, meat and wool. The guide will show you how to communicate with camels and will tell you about their history, and a farm worker will show you how to milk camels and how to climb the coconut tree to get fruit. Salalah City Tour — a trip to Salalah, the southern city of gardens, a tropical paradise. There is a small museum presenting archaeological findings. The Rub Al-Khali Desert stretches from the foot of the mountains, creating a huge sandy plain.
