The building maintains a perfect balance between aesthetics, culture and a deeply rooted Islamic tradition. Then drive to the Royal Opera Theater - visiting one of the most technically advanced opera theaters in the world. In the afternoon, walk along the Mutrah Promenade, which stretches for about 3 km along the coast, overlooking the old Muscat, including the Mutrah Mosque, whose hallmark is the blue dome. Every evening, the promenade is filled with locals and tourists walking among the numerous pubs and restaurants. Drive past the most famous forts of Muscat: Jalali, Mirani and the Al Alam Palace. 3. DAY. NIZWA - JABREEN - AL HAMRA (route: approx. 540 km)
Breakfast. Check out. A visit to the bazaar in NIZWA, known for its local, artistic silver and copper products. Time for photos at the Nizwa fort. Then drive to JABREEN - visiting the most impressive fortress in Oman. As one of the few Oman forts, this one has a lot to discover inside its extensive defensive walls. Drive towards Al Hamra. Walk through impressive palm groves. Transfer to the United Arab Emirates to the border crossing in Mezyad. Transfer to a hotel in the Dubai area. Accommodation, dinner and overnight.
4. DAY. DUBAI
Breakfast. Transfer to Bastakiya - the old district of DUBAI. A ride by the water taxi - abra through the bay, during which you can admire beautiful views of the Deira district. An opportunity to buy unique souvenirs, gold and spices in the markets. A visit to Dubai Mall - the largest shopping center in the world. Photo stop at the Grand Mosque, the luxurious sail-shaped Burj Al Arab Hotel and the Atlantis Hotel on the man-made island of The Palm. Transfer to the modern Marina district, famous for its monumental skyscrapers, luxurious apartments and hotels. Time for photos. Transfer to Miracle Garden - a visit to the largest botanical garden in the world (approx. 45 million plants). Transfer to your hotel in the Abu Dhabi area. Accommodation, dinner and overnight.
6. DAY. ABU DHABI (route: approx. 170 km)
Breakfast. Check out. Visiting the capital of the United Arab Emirates - ABU DHABI. The program includes visiting one of the largest mosques in the world - Shejka Zayed, which can hold approx. 40 thousand. of the faithful. Marble finish and various decorations and sculptures create an amazing effect. Then a visit to the "Heritage Village" - an open-air museum showing the life of the local population before the discovery of oil. In the afternoon, drive along the coast of the Corniche, an upscale neighborhood with gleaming white mosques, glassed skyscrapers, and elegant apartments. The last point is the island of Yas, which is home to the Formula 1 track and the only Ferrari amusement park in the world. Transfer to the hotel in the direction of Al Ain. Świetnie zorganizowana wycieczka po północy Omanu i Zjednoczonych Emiratach Arabskich. Przewodnik, Pan Piotr, był przewidujący, odpowiednio zmieniał plan wycieczki, żeby umożliwić nam zobaczenie jak największej ilości miejsc; poza tym cechował go profesjonalizm i szeroka wiedza z zakresu świata arabskiego (i nie tylko). Uważam, że plan wyjazdu zakładał rozbudzenie w nas zainteresowania historią, kulturą i religią tych krajów, ponadto - zachęcał nas do dalszych poszukiwań czy odwiedzin (np. południa Omanu). Fantastyczny pomysł Pilota z propozycjami literatury dotyczącej np. różnic w postrzeganiu islamu przez ludzi Zachodu i Wschodu. Poza tym to tak, jak nam początkowo powiedziano, oba kraje znacznie się różnią: mnie osobiście podobała się ta cudowna gościnność, interesująca historia i przepiękne górskie (a jednocześnie pustynne) krajobrazy Omanu, choć - nie ukrywam - Dubaj poraża ilością rekordów architektonicznych czy infrastrukturalnych; statystyki tego, co jest najwyższe, najdroższe, największe, itd., można mnożyć i mnożyć w tym mieście. Dodam jeszcze, że majestat meczetu, który odwiedziliśmy w Abu Dabi, jest po prostu nie do opisania ani nie do oddania na zdjęciach. Polecam również bardziej wnikliwe obejrzenie galerii fotografii w Al Ain, ponieważ ta wystawa jest jak pamiętnik z życia człowieka, który przemierzał pustynię wraz z beduinami. Bardzo dobrze też oceniam dobór lokalizacji hoteli (w Muskacie blisko plaży, a w Abu Dabi w centrum, jednak niedaleko promenady spacerowej). Standard hoteli dobry (choć ten w Al Ain przekroczył nasze najśmielsze oczekiwania, był nowoczesny, bardzo czysty, do tego z wręcz fenomenalną ofertą gastronomiczną). Jedzenie różnorodne, na plus przede wszystkim oceniam ilość pysznych sałatek i świeżych owoców. Z takich ciekawostek to dodam, że, m.in., śpiewano nam piosenki w autokarze i mieliśmy okazję wypytać bardzo przyjaźnie nastawionego Omańczyka o jego życie (zawodowe i prywatne) w Dubaju. Do tego niezapomniane wrażenia z wieczoru na pustyni. Miłym zaskoczeniem była też ilość i różnorodność czasu wolnego w trakcie całego pobytu, dzięki czemu nie odnosiło się do końca wrażenia wycieczki ściśle zorganizowanej.

Bardzo dobrze zorganizowana wycieczka z mnóstwem atrakcji. Wspaniały przewodnik Pan Piotr, który posiada wielką wiedzę na temat zwiedzanych krajów i niezwykle ciekawie o nich opowiadał. Idealna wycieczka zarówno dla młodych osób jak i starszych. Minusem był jedynie słabej jakości hotel i jedzenie w Abu Dhabi.

Wycieczka dostarczyła nam wielu niesamowitych wrażeń. To było niezwykle ekscytujące doznanie. Polecam wszystkim, którzy są zafascynowani tym odległym światem i kulturą. Wspaniali ludzie, niezapomniane krajobrazy i przyroda oraz szokujące swym rozmachem budowle „Inny świat”.
